Dikelurahan Tugu Rejo Kec. Tugu Semang memiliki tangki air yang dikelolah secara swadaya untuk  kebutuhan air sehari-hari warga setempat yaitu KSM (Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat) Tirta Manunggal Jati, tangki air tersebut memiliki kapasitas 6900 liter air dan memiliki pelangan 93 rumah pada tahun 2016. Hampir semua warga menggantungkan kebutuhan air pada KSM Tirta Manunggal Jati. Permasalahan yang ada pada KSM Tirta Manunggal Jati adalah kurangnya pengontrolan dan pembersihan tandon air secara berkala sehingga tidak ada pencegahan dini dan pemberitahuan kepada warga apabila air pada tandon keruh. Karena tidak ada system kontrol maka air yang keruh itu mengalir rumah-rumah warga. Untuk mempermudah pengontrolan dan pembersihan air pada tandon air, perlu adanya sistem otomatis dalam  pengontrolan kekeruhan air serta pembersihan tandon air. Sehingga muncul ide untuk membuat sistem deteksi dan monitoring kekeruhan air dan pembersihan tandon air secara otomatis, sensor yang akan di gunakan dalam mendeteksi kekeruhan air adalah TSD-10. Sistem ini bekerja apa bila air pada tandon keruh maka pompa pembuangan akan hidup dan keran yang menuju rumah-rumah warga akan tertutup kemudian sikat pembersih akan hidup untuk membersihka tandon air sekaligus pemberitahuan status dan kondisi tandon akan langsung diterima oleh warga melalui perangkat android. Sistem ini berfungsi agar air kotor dalam tandon terpantau dan air kotor tidak mengalir ke rumah warga.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance with the Work Environment as a Moderation Variable. At one of the private universities in Semarang. The sample is all members of the population using a saturated sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is Moderation Regression Analysis. Hypothesis 1 testing shows that the value of t count = 2.745> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.005 < = 0.05 (significant). So (H1) which states that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Regression coefficient β1 = 0.257 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee performance. Hypothesis testing 2. Testing (H2) shows that the t value of the influence of the moderating variable is 2.599> t table = 1.645 with a significance number = 0.016 < = 0.05 (significant). (H2) which states that the Work Environment positively moderates the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The interaction test shows β2 = 0.175 (positive sign), this can be interpreted that a good work environment will strengthen the effect of work discipline on employee work discipline.  Keywords: work discipline,  Employee performance, Work environment

SMK Negeri 11 Semarang is a school that has four competency skills, namely Graphic Preparation, Graphic Production, Multimedia, and Animation. Every time they enter the beginning of the school year, school socialization and skills competencies are carried out to new students through the Student Orientation Period, using the lecture method from each of the Head of Skills Competencies. Researchers have created an attractive and informative audio-visual presentation media, packed with docudrama stories, namely documentary films. The results of validation tests conducted by expert experts and users show that the documentary films that have been developed by researchers fall into the very good criteria with a percentage of 93.75%. In addition, through the use of the 228 new students as respondents, it can be concluded that the documentary film developed by the author falls into the good criteria with a percentage of 61%.

The Village Fund Budget is a revenue-sharing fund between the District and Village Governments for the welfare of the community. The budget obtained is managed by the village government for community development and welfare. Budget management by the Village Government has been regulated in the Semarang Regent Regulation Number 8 of 2016 concerning Village Financial Management that that Changes to the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget are stipulated by Village Regulations. Budgeting that has to create a new form in Microsoft Excel will increase the length of work time and must understand excel logic. The absence of databases and security systems that are not yet available is a balance between the need for an information system for managing village expenditure expenditure budgets that will make time more effective in budgeting. This information system uses Visual Basic 6.0 with the MySQL database. The research method used is R & D which was developed by Borg and Gall (1983) through the following stages: Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop prelminary form of product, Prelminary field testing, Main product revision, Main field testing. Designing a system that will produce a prototype product that will be tested by internal and external experts who will assess the design is valid or not. If the design is valid, it will produce a Accounting Information System prototype product of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Management (APBDes) that can be used, but if the product is not valid, it will be repaired according to expert instructions until the product is declared valid and usable. After being declared valid by the expert, it will produce a prototype product that can be used.  The purpose of the village income and expenditure budget management information system in the Kaliwungu village is expected to be able to assist in the preparation of village income and expenditure budgets so that the time needed to prepare the report is quite effective and not too late. With the distribution of access rights and security systems, the information system for managing village income and expenditure budgets is expected to be safer

This study aims to design an ordering and sales information system at CV New Flashphone Semarang. Through the creation of the Ordering and Sales Information System, it is expected to be able to simplify the process of ordering and selling goods, as well as to make reports of goods more quickly, which is used by the company as a management tool in sales activities at CV New Flashphone Semarang.                 The research method used is the Real Time Processing research method, which is one of the processing with concrete processes that uses online media. This input is done continuously and can automatically be obtained through the sensor. In using this real time processing, the user gets much more benefit because the time it takes to get the results is instant. So you don't have to wait long to get the desired result. The reaction is much faster than some of the previous processing.                 The results of the research from the design of ordering and sales information systems are to make it easier for consumers to make purchases and order goods, as well as to facilitate companies in marketing their products and also make it easier for companies to control existing goods. Currently the company is still using a manual system in recording ordering transactions and selling goods, even though implementing an information system will minimize the risk of recording errors in reports, so that information is faster and more complete.
