The Corona Virus pandemic threatens the fabric of people's lives in all fields, including in the economic field. This study aims to analyze the shift in the economic sector during the Corona Virus pandemic. This research is a descriptive type of research with a mathematical quantitative approach using the Shift Share analysis tool to analyze sectoral shifts due to the outbreak of the Corona Virus Pandemic. Specifically related to the elements of the shift share analysis, it is found that: overall, all sectors in the five provinces, the value of the effect of national growth is negative; the value of the industrial mix, in the five provinces of Indonesia has the same sectoral characteristics. The industrial mix has a positive value in some sectors and the industrial mix is negative in other sectors; the value of Regional Shares in the five provinces varies considerably. This of course is influenced by the ability of each province to produce; the characteristics of the total effect value vary in each sector in each province. The total effect value is positive, this means that a sector in a province is classified as progressive. The total effect value is negative, this means that a sector in a province is classified as conservative. Suggestions for future researchers are that this research does not include elements of economic agglomeration. If there are researchers who are interested in further research, maybe it can be added related to the elements of economic agglomeration.
Islamic banks still have obstacles, one of which is the low level of public awareness, especially traders regarding Islamic banks, with the proven traders who still conduct transactions through conventional banks and even individuals (daily banks). Therefore, this study was conducted to determine whether or not there is a relationship between knowledge, religiosity, and social environment on the interest to save using Islamic banks. The method of this research is quantitative with an associative approach. The number of sample as 70 respondents with data collection methods using questionnaires and interview. Purposive sampling is a technique for sampling. The data analysis uses multiple correlation test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research are that there is a positive and significant relationship between variables of knowledge and social environment on saving money interest using Islamic banks with tcount values of 2.014 and 2.913. While the religiosity variable does not have a significant relationship to the interest in saving money using an Islamic bank with a tcount of 0.655. The coefficient of determination test (R2) gets a result of 23%, it means that the variables of knowledge, religiosity, and social environment only have a role of 23% of interest in saving using Islamic banks and the rest is controlled by other variables that is not tested in this study.

Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sumber daya manusia pada suatu jabatan tertentu dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan kesempatan kepada karyawan untuk mendapat promosi jabatan. Namun penilaian karyawan biasanya hanya dilakukan pada beberapa aspek tertentu sehingga akan menyulitkan pimpinan perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk memilih karyawan dengan level dan kemampuan yang hampir sama. Penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan rekomendasi promosi jabatan dengan kriteria Intelektual, Sikap, Perilaku dan kinerja menggunakan metode profile matching dalam memecahkan permasalahan yang terdapat pada promosi jabatan PT. Mitrausaha Gentaniaga. Metode ini dilakukan dengan tahapan: pemetaan Gap kompetensi, Pembobotan, Penghitungan dan pengkelompokan core factor dan secondary factor, selanjutnya penghitungan nilai total dan yang terakhir adalah penghitungan nilai rangking. Dari penghitungan nilai rangking maka diketahui karyawan dengan nilai tertinggi yang berhak direkomendasikan untuk memperoleh promosi jabatan adalah karyawan dengan kode SM2 atas nama Hendy mendapatkan skor akhir sebesar 4,65. In meeting the needs of human resources in a particular position can be done by providing opportunities for existing employees to get a promotion. However, employee appraisal is usually only done on certain aspects so that it will be difficult for company leaders to make the decision to choose employees with similar levels and abilities. This study is to provide recommendations for promotion of positions with Intellectual, Attitude, Behavior, and Performance criteria using the profile matching method in solving problems contained in the promotion of PT. Mitrausaha Gentaniaga position. This method is done in stages: mapping competency gaps, weighting, calculation, and grouping of core factors and secondary factors, then calculating the total value and the last is calculating the rank value. From the calculation of the ranking, it is known that the employee with the highest value who is entitled to get a promotion is an employee with the SM2 code on Hendy's name, earning a final score of 4.65.
