Parenting is the way parents to educated their children. Each parent has different educational habits. Parenting patterns applied by parents in a family also vary, it is strongly influenced by how parents want to treat their children. In general, there are 3 parenting patterns, namely: authoritative, permissive, and democratic. When parents agree to apply the pattern of parenting that is considered the most ideal for their children, then the pattern of parenting that will apply the pattern of personality and habits within the child. In carrying out the parenting process of a parent child can provide an opportunity for the child to serve his needs on the simple side of things, as: when a one-year-old child begins to learn to hold a spoon and feed the food into his mouth by himself, in the supervision of his parents. Autonomy must be nurtured from an early age, and it is expected that autonomy can develop within the child. In developing the pattern of self-awareness in early childhood, as stated by Havinghurst that within a child there is an ability to make arrangements fortheir emotion that is nothing but the ability to perform emotional regulation. In this study, researchers want to know how much influence of adopted parenting by the elderly on independence and emotional regulatory ability in early childhood. The design used in this study is quantitative, by developing 3 kinds of scale instruments, namely: the scale of parenting, the scale of autonomy, and the scale of emotional regulation. The scale is used to measure each of the variables present in this research. The result of hypothesis test using anova formula, with the help of SPSS.17, shows a significance value of 0.002 with a significance level of 0.05 (95%), indicating that there is a significant influence of parenting pattern on the independence and emotional regulation ability of the child early.
Dukungan sosial adalah perasaan nyaman, merasa dipedulikan, dihargai yang diterima seseorang. Tujuan pembahasan kasus adalah mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Strategic Family Therapy untuk meningkatkan dukungan sosial di dalam keluarga. Prosedur pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan observasi. Intervensi yang diberikan yaitu Strategic Family Therapy dengan tujuan meningkatkan dukungan sosial di dalam keluarga. Hasilnya menunjukkan perubahan yang positif dimana semua anggota keluarga membuat kesepakatan untuk kepentingan bersama.Kata kunci: Family therapy, strategic family therapy, dukungan sosial
This community service program aims to provide knowledge and prepare people with disabilities to have cognitive and social provisions and independence. The implementation method of this service program is by transferring technology and knowledge, through workshops, mentoring, monitoring and socializing books and demonstrating science experimental therapy. Monitoring and evaluation will also be carried out to find out the feedback and achievements of this activity. The method of this program is to use science experiment-based therapy with the concept of my environment is my experimental space. The results of this program have proven to have an impact on improving the social and motor skills of partners. With experimentation, there will be social communication between the companion and the disability of ECE (Early Childhood Education)) crew so that the transfer of strengthening their social abilities and character can also be well established. Science experiments can be an easy, practical, precise and fun solution for them.
Perkembangan bahasa adalah salah satu aspek yang harus dikembangkan didalam diri anak usia dini. Perkembangan bahasa sangat penting dan menunjang setiap aspek didalam diri anak usia dini. Perkembangan bahasa mencakup kemampuan yang terkait dengan keaksaraan. Kemampuan keaksaraan meliputi beberapa indikator, yaitu: 1) Memahami aturan dalam suatu permainan, 2) Menyebutkan kelompok gambar yang memiliki bunyi yang sama, 3) Menyusun kalimat sederhana dalam struktur lengkap, dan 4) Menyebutkan kelompok gambar yang memiliki bunyi atau huruf awal yang sama. Upaya mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa pada anak usia dini perlu adanya kegiatan yang dapat memberikan stimulasi, yang menarik dan efektif bagi anak usia dini. Kehidupan anak usia dini tidak terlepas dari kegiatan bermain, maka pengabdi merancang sebuah kegiatan bermain didalam setting outbound, yang meliputi 3 macam permainan, yaitu: bisik berantai, bola berkata, dan holahoop. Kegiatan outbound diimplementasikan bagi anak TK B di TK ABBA 8 Kepanjen.
