Environmental education aims to create people who have good environmental literacy. This study tries to explain previous studies related to how the level of students’ literacy and stakeholders’ literacy in green open space affects students' environmental literacy. This is descriptive research conducted in SMPN 2 Suayan. The purposes of this study are 1) to identify the environmental literacy of the students and the school community in the green open space 2) to identify the difference between students’ environmental literacy and school community in green open space. The sample consists of 70 students and 40 people from the school community. Measurement of environmental literacy is discussed in 3 domains, namely the domain of knowledge, attitudes towards the environment, and behavior towards the environment. The total number of instruments is 45 items. The reliability value of instruments for knowledge, attitude, and behavior domains are 0.874, 0.927, and 0.965, respectively, and are the high category. Collected data of students and school community were analyzed by using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. The difference in environmental literacy of students and school community in green open space was analyzed by using Mann-Whitney U Test. The environmental literacy value of students and school community are respectively 77.1% and 79.7% and are high category. The analysis on the achievement of environmental literacy scores shows that there are no significant differences in both groups. This concludes that the school community that has good environmental literacy will give a good influence on students’ environmental literacy and knowledge. The last, by knowing the roles of the school community and availability of green open space on achieving environmental literacy of students, all related stakeholders are suggested to upgrade the environmental literacy of the school community and support the availability of green open space in the school area.
The problems occurred at the Pelalawan Population and Civil Registration Service are wasteful in the time of service for population administration. Therefore, this study aims to make improvements in reducing waste of service time and provide recommendations for managing the administrative service process, thus, it can be used as a reference in the process of improving government service organizations. The method used is the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) method, by removing unproductive process steps, which focus on measurements, and applying technology to improve the quality of the target towards Six-Sigma. The results obtained by following the DMAIC process are the smallest timeliness in providing services with a gap value=(-1,196), σ=1,62; the ease of the service procedure with the gap value=(-0,917), σ=1,76; the competence of the officers in the service with the gap value=(-0,897), σ=1,76; and written and electronic information resources that are needed by the gap value=(-0,876), σ=1,78. The study proposes improvements by creating digital document archive settings, conducting the performance measurements using VSM map, building the queue system, creating a flow of services, designing a one door services, and improving the quality of resources by training the officers.
Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bermitra dengan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Depok. Pada kegiatan pembelajaran dan praktek sangat sering mengalami kesulitan mendapatkan komponen tertentu yang jarang didapat atau dijual di pasaran. Hal ini tentunya dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan mesin 3D Printing, karena guru-guru dapat membuat sendiri komponen dengan menggunakan mesin ini. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan pada guru-guru mengenai mesin 3D printing. Pelaksanaan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini dilakukan secara daring/online dalam bentuk Webinar dengan diskusi, tanya jawab, dan praktek, angket awal digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh para peserta guru memiliki pengetahuan tentang teknologi 3D printing. Hasilnya 100% guru-guru belum mengetahui teknologi mesin 3D Printing. Setelah pelatihan didapatkan hasil angket akhir menunjukan bahwa keberhasilan memberikan pemahaman pengetahuannya mengenai teknologi 3D printing bertambah. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari jawaban peserta dari dari segi kebermanfaatan 83,3% setuju dan 16,7 tidak setuju, dari tingkat kepahaman peserta menjawab 66,7% dan 33,3% tidak setuju.Kata Kunci: 3D Printing, guru, KomponenAbstract: This Community Service (PKM) activity is in partnership with a State Vocational High School in Depok. In learning and practice activities, it is very often difficult to get certain components that are rarely obtained or sold in the market. Of course, this can be overcome by using a 3D Printing machine, because teachers can make their own components using this machine. The purpose of this service is to provide training to teachers regarding 3D printing machines. The implementation of this community service activity was carried out online in the form of a Webinar with discussions, questions and answers, and practice, the initial questionnaire was used to find out how far the teacher participants had knowledge of 3D printing technology. The result is that 100% of the teachers do not know about 3D Printing machine technology. After the training, the results of the final questionnaire showed that their success in providing an understanding of their knowledge about 3D printing technology increased.
