Service is very important factor in the service industry. Improving service quality can retain consumers and increase satisfaction. This study aims to examine and explain the magnitude of the effect of service recovery on customer satisfaction levels. The object of this research is Panin Bank KCU Pematangsiantar. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 97 customers using a purposive side. The collecting data method is using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses a simple linear regression analysis model. Data are testing for validity test, reliability test, normality test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the SPSS test showed that there was an effect of service recovery of 58.8% on satisfaction, and the remaining 41.7% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The t-test shows that there is a signifikant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study are to provide information to management in making service improvement policies. For subsequent research, the research variables can be developed like service quality and customer relationship management.Keywords: Service Recovery, Customer Satisfaction.
The Bank's Financial Performance Appraisal Method continues to evolve along with developments. This study aims to compare the level of financial performance of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in the period of Quarter I 2019 -Quarter II of 2020. The Bank's Financial Performance Level is measured through several assessments. These assessments include ratio assessments (ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO). This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The subject of this research is the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero). The object used in this research is the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero) Quarter I 2019 -Quarter II 2020. The data collection technique in this study is by downloading financial reports from the official website of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero). The analysis technique used is the ratio assessment. The results of this study note that the Financial Performance Assessment of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. (Persero) with this ratio approach shows a continuing downward trend.
This study aims to find out how efforts that can increase the income of the community through empowerment for the village community Mariah Hombang Huta Bayu Raja district. The problem of this research is to know what business needs to be done to increase people's income by utilizing spare time to increase the income of farmers and their families. Various efforts that can be done are: 1) Distributors of community production by involving the community as a social entrepreneur, 2) Empowering the community as human resources by conducting education and training, 3) Moving social action with a container of village organizations that can provide motivation for the spirit of coorporation. With the program by utilizing the Village Fund is expected to empower people in increasing revenue can be achieved and provide motivation for other villagers. Government programs in fostering village financial institutions or BUMDes will be achieved if the people of Mariah Hombang village get the support of local government of Simalungun regency in terms of capital and human resources improvement.
This study aims to determine the contribution and effectiveness of local taxes on Regional Original income in the city of Pematangsiantar. Pematangsiantar City is an autonomous region that does not have natural resources that can be exploited so that it requires creativity and innovation of local governments to be able to increase PAD from taxes which allows to increase Regional Original income in Pematangsiantar. In carrying out its functions as an autonomous region, regions must comply with existing regulations. including the consequences as a regional government, namely decentralization, which of course the financing aspec will also be decentralized.The research focused on using data from the Regional Revenue of Pematangsiantar in 2011 -2016 the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the contribution of each local tax post is still in the very poor category up to the lowest category, where the lowest local tax contribution to PAD is 0.05 percent up to the highest of 15.8 percent. While local tax collection has been effective with an average effectiveness rate of 90.39 percent per year.
