Human resources are an absolute strength for the success of an organization, various challenges are faced by the company in achieving its goals, both internally and externally. One of the biggest challenges for companies at this time is the Covid -19 pandemic which has occurred for almost three years, not only in Indonesia. but also in almost all parts of the world. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is highly expected in conditions like this, where employees voluntarily show their extra roles outside of the mandatory duties assigned to them, such as helping co -workers without being asked, replacing sick co- workers, giving encouragement, and so on. This paper reviews the dimensions of OCB which consist of altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy, and civic virtue as well as their role in the company's change management to survive and continue to grow amid the Covid -19 pandemic. Written using a descriptive approach through literacy studies from previous studies, journals and related articles and writings compiled with the author's view, then presented systematically so as to provide an overview of the OCB of company employees in the midst of organizational change due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

This research entitled Inventory Control and Production Processes Its Effect on Product Quality in Karya Abadi Prabumulih UKM. The purpose of this research is first, to analyze the Inventory Control and Production Processes of the Effect Together on Product Quality. Second, analyze Inventory Control Influence on Product Quality. Third, the Production Process's Effect on the Quality of Produ in Karya Abadi Prabumulih UKM. The research design, this research is correlational which aims to examine the extent to which a variable on a factor is related to other variables. The design used uses a quantitative approach as one of the scientific search efforts (scientific inquiry) through the process of analysis using statistical techniques to reduce and classify data and determine relationships so as to produce a conclusion that can be generally accepted. The population in this study is the purchase of raw materials, production processes from UKM Abadi Abadi Prabumulih. This study is a study in which the population is converted into research samples. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The sampling criteria include, 1). Report on purchases of raw materials for the period January 2016 - December 2018. b). Monthly production report for the period 2016 - 2018. The results of this study are first, there is a significant influence of inventory control and production processes together on product quality. Second, there is no significant effect of inventory control on product quality. Third, there is a significant influence on the production process on product quality.

The Housewife Empowerment Strategy is intended to foster ideas in business development so as to increase the economy of home-scale food production houses and will be able to become highly competitive businesses. This activity is here to inspire and raise awareness of potential, as well as to develop knowledge, insight, and ideas in the development of the types of food produced. The method used in this activity is a guided training method, namely the method of discussion and training. This service activity focuses on training to make “Bread Sobek” which is one of the promising business ideas. In carrying out this activity requires several stages, namely explaining the ingredients needed in making bread and the function of each of these ingredients through small discussions as well as bread making training so that participants are not only able to make bread but also know the function of the ingredients for making bread. the.The results of the training activities show that new ideas for food variations that can be produced by highly competitive home-scale production houses have emerged, housewives have also been able to apply these new ideas as variations of the torn bread itself. with various variants that can make an independent business highly competitive.
