This study is conducted to develop the diagnostic test, which can be used to measure the higher-order thinking skill (HOTs) of students of first-grade senior high school in Bima district, West Nusa Tenggara. The step of developing instruments such as test which using modification model of Oreondo which include two activities such as test designing and test trials. The analysing technique of validity of content used Aiken formula, classical test theory used software Iteman 4.3, the model of Rasch used software Winstep and analysing reliability used software SPSS. The conclusion which can be taken are developing instrument has the characteristics as a useful instrument and fulfil requirement used to measure. This case proved from the data of analysis result which confirm that the instrument has been achieved the content of validity by expert judgment and obtained the empirical evidence, both as classical test theory or Rasch model.
This study aims to investigate the effect of basic skills counseling in peer counseling for adolescent students in studied Indonesian school. Peer facilitator program becomes a necessity for the students to have a good friend. Seeing the importance of the program for students, guidance and counseling teachers need to reach more students through peer counseling program in schools. The research method used a pre-test and post-test model with Wilcoxon Signed Two Rank Test on 14 students Youth Information and Counseling Center in representative high school. A significant change has been detected at attending skills, summarizing skills, questioning skills, behave genuinely skills, behave assertive skills, confrontation skills and problem-solving skills parameters but not at empathizing skills when the pre-test and post-test were compared. These results supported the observation to the checklist and interviews, which showed that adolescent students could do a peer counseling with other friends. This research is then beneficial for guidance and counseling teacher in conducting peer counseling services at Indonesia schools.
This paper presents the assessment model of competence certification for construction workers. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number: 2 years 2017 on Construction Service that the construction worker in the field of construction Services must have a certificate of competence work. In the implementation of the certification assessment of the competence for construction workers within the Construction Service Development Board (CSDB) required standard norms or guidelines used by the competency assessor of work in the test or assess the applicant certification of competence. The research model used in this study is a systematic review consisting of 4 stages, namely Problem formulation, Search literature, literature selection, analysis and interpretation. Assessment model of competence certification consists for construction workers, test material, assessment tool, usage manual and assessment guide. With this assessment model assessors will be more helpful so that the process of competence certification for construction workers become more optimal and produce a quality work.
The objectives of the research are (1) to identify the infrastructure of green open space (RTH) concept on the road corridor, (2) to analyze the fulfillment of road space conditions against the requirements of road functional (SLFJ), (3) to analyze the completeness and condition of the road facilities to meet the green open space standard (SRTH), and (4) to set up development directives and design concepts for the management and maintenance of road space infrastructures that support green open space standards based on road functional requirements. Primary data for the analysis were obtained by direct observation/survey at the research site in Jalan Abu Bakar Ali, Malioboro, and Solo in Yogyakarta City and survey of respondents of road users with questionnaires. Secondary data used to support the analysis are (a) road map and condition of around study sites, (b) assumptions in design standards, (c) standards on markers, signs, lighting, drainage, and (d) related study reports. The method of quantitative and qualitative analysis according to SLFJ and SRTH was applied rationally. It can be concluded that the knowledge and perceptions of respondents about the use of road space and environmental conditions around the road in the three locations was obtained in Good category with scores of 3.4; 3.52; and 4.2, respectively. In Jalan Abu Bakar Ali respondents responded Agreed (score of 4.18), meaning that it required additional facilities and maintenance of the RTH’s facilities and landscape. The management and maintenance of RTH's infrastructure and facilities of Jalan Abu Bakar Ali, Jalan Malioboro and Jalan Solo has been done by Yogyakarta City Planning Agency, organized and well-scheduled. Based on the evaluation of road functional requirement in Jalan Abu Bakar Ali (secondary collector), Jalan Malioboro (secondary artery), and Jalan Solo (secondary artery), all that are categorized as Conditional Function (LS). It means that the road has not fulfilled some road functional requirements in terms of utilization of road space, or there are still technical recommendations that must be met so that roads can be categorized as Function (LF). It obtained that Road Use Space (RUMAJA) is not effectively used, which characterized by still many permanent and non permanent buildings in the RUMAJA area. The design concept of the management and maintenance of road infrastructure should be based on the principle of maximizing road function (according to SLFJ) and the fulfillment of green open spaces on sidewalks and around (according to SRTH).

As the PKM groups, we were concluded that all participants were able to practice the results of the training by being able to made fish balls and fish nuggets that made from tuna and mackerel fish.
