This article is an advanced research from previous research, which aimed to test the use of eBooks and printed books in the schools outside urban areas. This study employed a quantitative approac h, using the General Linear Model (GML) through Univariate analysis technique. The data-collec tion Instruments were the students' learning outcomes' documents. The data obtained were processed using IBM S PS S S tatistic 21. The results showed the value of S ig (0.000) < α (0.05) so that H0 is rejected. Hence, there is an influence of teaching materials on the students' learning outcomes. Covariant analysis results in column B by 5.573 points showed that the learning outcomes of the students who used eBooks were higher by 5.573 points than those using printed books. This study employs that rural schools also experience the impac t of digitalization era in the modern learning era, as evidenced by the effectiveness of using eBooks which is higher than that of using printed books. Limited fac ilities are not the main thing in improving the quality of learning.
This research is based on the low motivation of learners in Vocational High School. Students are not common to play an active role in learning so that it makes them feel bored. Therefore, the teacher tries to use ARCS supported with video tutorial as a learning medium in order to create an interesting and fun learning atmosphere. The purpose of this article is to find out whether using ARCS supported with video tutorial can improve the students' learning motivation of Vocational High School. The writing method of this article is a review of relevant research journal literature. Conventional learning model causes the students are unmotivated and lazy to learn. Thus, it needs new learning model that is ARCS supported with video tutorial. The ARCS syntax combines the students' liveliness with scientific approach and materials that are easy understanding and interesting, then it is supported with video tutorial that make the students' attention in learning increase. ARCS learning is supported with video tutorial will make the learning directed and arranged regularly and interesting for the students. In the context of learning, it requires motivation support to improve the students' learning outcomes. Through ARCS learning supported with video tutorial in Vocational High School, the students are able to be understand the relation between one contexts with others so that the students' learning outcomes have a positive change. Besides, it can also create the confidence of students and become aware of the ability of students.
The ADEM repatriation program is one of the government's commitments to address the education problems of children of Indonesian migrant workers (TKI) abroad who have difficulty obtaining access to education services. The objective of service was to increase references for learning media use to teachers. The method employed in this community service activity was a series of activities including preparation, training, and pemonitoran stages. The preparation stage was conducted through coordination of service team and partner, training was conducted all day by giving understanding on Lectora Inspire learning media, and pemonitoran stage was conducted through WhatsApp group functioning to monitor the work and to give the participants the space for informal debriefing. The output of this training activity is an increase in teacher skills in using learning media. Generally, the participants of training attended the activity enthusiastically and this training’s benefit could be seen from 95% participants arguing that the material of the training was relevant to the participants’ needs.
This type of research is quantitative research with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 application. The population in this study are all students of marketing program of SMK Negeri Boyolali on entrepreneuship learning. Through the sampling formula Issac and Michael obtained as many as 175 student samples. Sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling. Technical analysis used is structural equation model analysis. Testing hypothesis with significant level 5% obtained by coefficient of beta (original sample) at specific indirect effects equal to 0,105. It shows that entrepreneuship learning has positive predictive properties of entrepreneurship intention (EI) through students' subjective norms. The value of t-count is 2,844, the value of t-table is 1.96 then t-count > t-table (2,844> 1,96). It shows that student EI is significantly influenced by entrepreneuship learning through students' subjective norms. While the value of coefficient of determination (r-square) obtained coefficient of determination for subjective norms (SN) variable shows that the amount of contribution, contribution given by entrepreneurship learning (EL) variables 9.3% and the value of coefficient of determination for EI variable shows that the amount of contribution, contribution given by variable SN 37.8%. So this research is well used in the development of economic learning innovation, especially entrepreneurship subjects.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
