Sriwijaya State Polytechnic (Polsri) which is one of the State Education Institutions in South Sumatra has Diploma III and Diploma IV programs. Currently, it has 23 Study Programs from 9 majors both in the engineering and non-engineering fields. The demand for tools and materials to support activities in each department, the Center and Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) is done manually, where the department administration department records the needs needed by the department known by the head of the department. Utilize the data processing system using the EOQ method facilitates the processing of inventory data. To overcome problems in the management of goods data in the warehouse such as running out of stock when a request appears from the Department, Central, and UPT. Data processing that has been computerized takes place so it can be stored properly and easily managed. The result of this research is web-based on an inventory of goods data processing using the economic order quantity method.

Disposisi surat merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam kegiatan operasional suatu organisasi. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan efektifitas komunikasi surat tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembuatan aplikasi yang memudahkan pengguna dalam melakukan monitoring disposisi surat dari dan ke pimpinan di lingkungan Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan inisiasi penelitian dengan menetapkan latar belakang, permasalahan, ruang lingkup dan fokus pembahasan penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi Dokumen. Tahapan berikutnya adalah dengan melakukan analisis sistem yang terdiri dari Analisis Permasalahan, analisis Sistem yang berjalan dan Analisis Sistem Usulan. Perancangan menggunakan metode terstruktur dengan menggunakan diagram konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Implementasi Sistem dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MYSQL. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi Tracking Disposisi Surat berbasis Android Webview

Ekonomi kreatif (Ekraf) merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam peningkatan perekonomian. Ekonomi kreatif sering dikenal dengan istilah industri kreatif yang merupakan realisasi dari kreativitas dan keterampilan individu. Perkembangan ekonomi kreatif yang begitu pesat menciptakan sinergi yang tak terpisahkan dengan UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah). Propinsi Sumatera Selatan memiliki ekonomi kreatif yang dapat dijadikan andalan, sektor fasyen dan kuliner menjadi andalan utama dalam peningkatan ekonomi. Ekraf dan UKM merupakan kekuatan tersendiri dalam menggerakan roda perekonomian daerah. Berdasarkan data yang didapat dari Badan Pusat Statistik tahun 2016 jumlah usaha Ekraf yang ada di Propinsi Sumatera Selatan berjumlah 156.322 dan saat ini Pemerintah Propinsi Sumatera Selatan belum mempunyai sebuah sistem atau aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk memetakan semua sektor ekonomi kreatif yang ada. Untuk melakukan pemetaan Ekraf yang ada perlu dibuat aplikasi pemetaan Ekraf di Propinsi Sumatera Selatan. Agar aplikasi ini dapat diimplementasikan secara maksimal dan terhindar dari kesalahan baik program maupun aplikasinya, maka perlu dibuat analisis dengan menggunakan metode PIECES sehingga aplikasi ini dapat diterapkan pada Dinas Perindustrian Sumatera Selatan dan dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat umum terkait perkembangan Ekraf yang ada di Propinsi sumatera selatan.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many things, in one country and in an economic area that has declined or even collapsed. Social restrictions imposed in an area have decreased the level of sales for UKM. Work From Home (WFH) is one of the factors that cause consumers not to want to make purchases offline. Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) caused almost all shops to close, this greatly affected product sales for UKM players. Responding to this, UKM is trying hard to find ways to increase sales, one solution that can be done is to apply digital marketing so that they can continue to market products. The application of digital marketing can be done in various ways, including implementing web applications like e-commerce, social media, and selling through the marketplace. A very significant problem is that UKM is not ready to take advantage of digital marketing technology when the Covid-19 pandemic occurs so that marketing is not socialized and there is no online sales application which results in decreased income. This study aims to provide solutions in the application of digital marketing for UKM.

The purpose of writing this report is to solve the problem in the city of Palembang, about the sales container of small and medium enterprises (UKM) that do not exist. The solution of the problem is Palembang city requires a system of information on the sale of UKM to support the improvement of the sales system in the Industry ERA 4.0. The benefits of this information system is to facilitate the seller in selling the product through UKM E-Commerce, and this information system can also facilitate the buyer in purchasing UKM products in the city of Palembang without having to come to the store or come to the sales stand. Data is collected based on direct observation of activities related to informatics learning. The result is the information system of small and medium enterprises (UKM) in Palembang city. The conclusion is that the small and medium business information system (UKM) uses PHP and MySQL programming language that can be accessed by the Admin, UKM product vendor, and buyer through a browser that can increase sales and become a container of UKM in Palembang.
