This study aims to describe the implementation of improving school culture-based human resources at SMPN 1 Pematangsiantar. The culture that exists in schools is actually able to become the basis for improving human resources. School culture is closely related to the values, vision and mission of the school that have been built and agreed upon by the school. This research was conducted within the framework of a qualitative research approach. A qualitative research approach is a process followed to explain perceptions and cases about a matter in a way that reflects the truth in their typical environment and as a whole using various data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study revealed that the hallmark or characteristics of SMPN 1 Pematangsiantar, North Sumatra Province, namely, based on discipline and being a school of character in forming a cadre of national leaders who are patriotic, have national insight, culture, independence, who are competitive in the fields of science and technology. technology, and skills within the framework of faith and piety have been transformed into a school culture which then contributes to the improvement of human resources. High discipline is one of the advantages of SMP Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar to improve human resources
During the pandemic, the Ministry of Education, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia launched a policy of flexibility in the use of school operational assistance funds (BOS). This policy aims to make school principals as managers in schools able to adjust the budget for school needs in accordance with conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to describe the quality management and financing of education during the COVID-19 period at the UISU Siantar Private High School. This research is descriptive research. Data were collected through observation, literature study, document analysis, and interviews. The results showed that UISU Siantar Private High School had managed education financing in accordance with government expectations and BOS fund management standards. In the future, it is hoped that the management of the UISU Siantar Private High School, especially the principal and treasurer, will continue to be responsive and transparent in the preparation of school activities and budgets (RKAS) and the use of BOS funds, especially regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, which has not been completed until now.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis supervisi klinis dalam keterampilan mengajar guru sejarah berdasarkan kurikulum merdeka di Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis jalur untuk menganalisis data. Populasi yang akan diteliti adalah guru sejarah Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Negeri. Karena keterbatasan penelitian maka pengambilan sampel hanya dilakukan di lima sekolah. Bahwa terdapat hubungan dan pengaruh yang positif antara Kompetensi Pedagogik dengan Supervisi Klinis. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh langsung Supervisi Klinis terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi antara Supervisi Klinis (X1) dengan Kompetensi Pedagogik (X2) diperoleh thitung (r12) sebesar 0,570. Hipotesis yang akan diuji untuk menjelaskan pengaruh supervisi klinis terhadap kompetensi pedagogik: H0: β31 <0, H1: β31> 0, H0 ditolak, jika t hitung > t tabel. Dari perhitungan analisis jalur, pengaruh langsung supervisi klinis dan kompetensi pedagogik memiliki koefisien jalur 0,425 dan t-hitung 4,457. Nilai t-tabel adalah 2,61. Oleh karena t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima; dengan demikian, supervisi klinis secara langsung mempengaruhi kompetensi pedagogik.
This study aims to analyze the use of internal and external environmental analysis in Strategic Management at SMPN 1 Laubaleng, North Sumatra Province. The external environment and the internal environment have a fairly important role in decision-making efforts to realize the school's vision and mission. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods by utilizing data in the form of documents, observations and interviews. In addition, literature studies are also used to support existing theories. SMPN 1 Laubaleng has 566 students, consisting of 242 male students and 324 female students, meanwhile, there are 31 teachers, with 18 classrooms. This represents great potential in the region to advance education. There are still many weaknesses in utilizing the results of internal and external environmental analysis, this can be seen in the still not optimal quality of education at SMPN 1 Laubaleng.

Untuk menjawab pertanyaan ini dapat mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia untuk penjelasan di atas, menilai pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia dan memberikan pendekatan untuk menominasikan proyek perbaikan dalam organisasi.Studi menunjukkan bahwa untuk pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia, organisasi harus mengembangkan kepemimpinan untuk menyebarkan strategi pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia yang luas (Dahou & Hacini, 2018;Vu, 2020). Strategi ini harus diterapkan dalam proses pemberdayaan untuk menciptakan keterampilan yang diperlukan dan pengetahuan yang sesuai dalam sumber daya manusia untuk pemecahan masalah dan tentu saja membuat mereka memotivasi dan memuaskan melalui mendorong mereka melalui pendapatan organisasi pribadi.Pemberdayaan adalah konsep manajemen yang dapat menghasilkan produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja yang lebih tinggi dalam organisasi (Deni et al., 2019).
