During the pandemic, the Ministry of Education, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia launched a policy of flexibility in the use of school operational assistance funds (BOS). This policy aims to make school principals as managers in schools able to adjust the budget for school needs in accordance with conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to describe the quality management and financing of education during the COVID-19 period at the UISU Siantar Private High School. This research is descriptive research. Data were collected through observation, literature study, document analysis, and interviews. The results showed that UISU Siantar Private High School had managed education financing in accordance with government expectations and BOS fund management standards. In the future, it is hoped that the management of the UISU Siantar Private High School, especially the principal and treasurer, will continue to be responsive and transparent in the preparation of school activities and budgets (RKAS) and the use of BOS funds, especially regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, which has not been completed until now.
This research is a package that was carried out in a period of 3 years to develop a learning model based on the framework of Indonesia's national qualifications in an effort to improve students' vocational high school soft skills. The first year conducted last year found a draft learning model was found, namely the OSGIPE model. In this second year a formative trial was carried out on the OSGIPE model through individual, small group, and limited field trials. In the second year it was found that the OSGIPE model was feasible and effectively used to improve the soft skills of vocational high school technology students. There was a significant increase in students' soft skills by 23.05%. In the third year, a summative trial will be carried out, namely through a wide-scale test to see the effectiveness of the OSGIPE model for further dissemination.
The purpose of this study is to develop a blended learning model to improve students' learning outcomes in drawing techniques and AutoCAD, to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of a blended learning model. Research and development methods using R & D Borg and Gall, with odd semester students who take the technical drawing courses in mechanical engineering education courses. The results showed that, the blended learning model that was developed was feasible to be used in learning drawing techniques and AutoCAD, the learning model based on blended learning could effectively improve learning outcomes in drawing techniques and AutoCAD and there were differences in learning outcomes in drawing techniques and student AutoCAD, and superior results learn to draw techniques and student AutoCAD using blended learning based learning models developed.
This study aims to produce a product in the field of education administration in the form of a clinical supervision model assisted by technology and information, which is expected to improve the quality of the implementation of clinical supervision during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was carried out in the MAS YPI Batang Kuis Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used in this study is the Research and Development method with level 1, namely conducting research and producing an internally validated model. In three stages of research, three sets of analysis were used: stage 1 preliminary study, stage 2 development model, and phase three model validation. The research subjects are teachers and private madrasah. Data were obtain edusing three data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation analysis. The data analysis technique used a qualitative approach: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are called the clinical supervision model assisted by technology and information. This model is the result of the development of the model by redesigning components that are considered to have an effect on improving the quality of the implementation of clinical supervision implemented in madrasah during the covid-19 pandemic. The model was validated through a Focus Group Discussion with the principal as a practitioner and experts. This model contains four clinical supervision implementation stages: the initial planning stage, initial meeting, observation, and feedback findings, along with the application used. To make it easier to implement, this model is equipped with a guide so that the head of the madrasah will find it easier to learn and apply.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
