The purpose of this study was to improve children’s fine motor skills through collage play in groip A at Muslimat NU Banjarmasin Kindegarten. This research is collaborative classroom action research using Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. The subjects of the study are 10 children in group A at Muslimat NU Kindergarten. The object of this study is the children’s fine motor skill. Guided observation is used for this instrument. The data analysis technique is carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. This research was conducted in two cycles. The result shows a gradual increase in children’s fine motor skills. Improvement of children’s fine motor skill through collage play in the implementation of pre-liminary research 40,45% and in the first cycle increased to 50,59%. In 2nd cycle, the child’s fine motor ability increased with percentage 80,68%.
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Flash Card media to improve early childhood hijaiyah letter recognition conducted at Raudlatul Athfal Al Hanafiah Kotaanyar Probolinggo using qualitative methods of case study types. Participants in this study as many as three people, namely the principal, class A teacher, and class B, were taken with a purposive sampling approach. The results of research on the effectiveness of Flash Card media to improve the introduction of early childhood hijaiyah letters show that the analysis of the needs of flashcard media is the first step in researching the application of Flash Card media. Second, create a learning design by RPPH guidelines by applying flash card media. Third, the implementation of flashcard media consisting of 29 hijaiyah letter flashcards, which then early childhood takes cards one by one
This paper describes the charismatic principal in improving teacher work discipline in pesantren-based madrasah. Teacher work discipline is quite essential because departing from the work discipline of the teacher, and it can also be seen how the process and quality in the institution. This research takes place at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid Paiton, which incidentally is a pesantren-based madrasah. This study aims to contribute ideas guidelines for madrasah principals in improving work discipline. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The informants included the head of the madrasah, deputy head, organizational builder, waka curriculum, waka student, teacher, and one student of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid Paiton, through purposive sampling. The data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's concepts, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or data verification. The research results obtained include; 1) A strong personality aura that is respected as one that affects the discipline of the teacher's work; 2) Being responsible for the main tasks and positions becomes the teacher's consideration for discipline; 3) Visionary in compiling and innovating about the future direction of the madrasah; and 4) Becoming an example in all aspects for their subordinates in the discipline.
Skripsi ini membahas tentang Penerapan Metode Outbound untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestetik anak di Raudhatul Athfal Nurul Yaqin Simpang Sungai Duren Muaro Jambi Usia 5-6 Tahun, penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas yang mengacu pada model Kemmis dan MC. Taggart meliputi empat tahap yaitu (1) perencanaan (2) tindakan (3) observasi dan (4) refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 3 kali pertemuan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif ddan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Raudhatul Athfal Nurul Yaqin Simpang Sungai Duren Muaro Jambi kelas B2 tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 20 orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kececrdasan kinestetik anak melalui penerapan kegiatan outbound. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil pada penelitian ini menyatakan adanya peningkatan kecerdasan kinestetik anak melalui penerapan kegiatan outbound. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan skor rata-rata pra siklus kemampuan berbahasa anak yaitu 40% siklus I meningkat menjadi 61,25% dan mengalami peningkatan paling tinggi pada siklus II menjadi 83,75%. Temuan penelitian bahwa penerapan metode outbound dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestetik pada anak di Raudhatul Athfal Nurul Yaqin Simpang Sungai Duren Muaro Jambi.
Artikel ini membahas tentang Pengembangan Motorik Kasar Pada Kelompok B Melalui Tari Kreasi di Raudhatul Athfal Nurul Islam Sebrang Kota Jambi, penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindak kelas yang mengacu pada model Kemmis dan MC. Taggart meliputi empat tahap yaitu (1) perencanaan (2) tindakan (3) observasi (4) refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri 3 kali pertemuan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuali dan kuantif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Raudhatul Athfal Nurul Islam Sebrang Kota Jambi kelas B1 tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 15 orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan motorik kasar anak melalui penerapan tari kreasi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil pada penelitian ini menyatakan adanya peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar anak melalui penerapan tari kreasi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan skor rata-rata pratindakan kemampuan motorik kasar anak yaitu 35,3% siklus I meningkat menjadi 53,5% dan mengalami peningkatan paling tinggi pada siklus II menjadi 65,83%. Temuan penelitian bahwa pengembangan motorik kasar dapat dikembangkan melalui tari kreasi di Raudhatul Athfal Nurul Islam Sebrang Kota Jambi. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Motorik Kasar, Tari Kreasi
