The aquaculture sector has an important role for the development of a country. Aquaculture not only plays an important role in economic growth, but also in the food security of a region. Aquaculture is important because this sector produces products or commodities that are not only of high economic value but also functionally useful. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to provide fish farming assistance with the Yumina Bumina system to increase community productivity. Service activities begin with collecting information through interviews with related parties regarding strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and constraints in catfish farming, then proceed with counseling to Pokdakan Mina Jaya about benefits and sustainability and their impact on partner production and marketing levels. the resulting catfish. This community service activity was carried out for 2 months. The partner in this service activity is the Mina Jaya Catfish Cultivation Group located in Banjar Laplap Kauh, Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar with 17 members. The result of this community service is that partners can apply the Yumina-Bumina technology system. The implications of this activity are business opportunities, increased income, and employment.
One of culture entity in the city of Denpasar is the Endek cloth. There is a history of the development of Endek cloth in Bali, this cloth has been handed down from generation to ancestor of Bali, every year to year this cloth always experience rapid development. Method used is qualitative descriptive research method. The results show that that the program "Elections Duta Endek Denpasar City" is very effectively implemented every year as an effort to preserve local culture with the tip of the spear is the younger generation. The suggestion of this research is that it would be better if the Balinese people take care of and preserve the heritage of the ancestors and introduce to the broad audiences, in the sense not only to the Balinese people, because in fact the Endek cloth can also be combined with other fabrics.
One of the ecotourism that is developing in Tabanan Regency is ecotourism which is managed by indigenous peoples with the aim of empowering local indigenous communities. One of these actor collaborations is known as the Hexahelix Concept, which is a collaboration of six actors in managing ecotourism areas. This research uses mixed methods with the main focus on qualitative methods and strengthened by quantitative research methods. The indicator used in this research is the role of each actor in solving the problems faced by the manager. There are 13 informants to be interviewed and 75 respondents. The results of this study are the role of government actors as evidenced through the provision of road infrastructure access to the location of the ecotourism area in the Kelating Adat Village, the role of community actors (Indigenous Villages and BUPDA) in the development of ecotourism areas in the Kelating traditional village is realized through the establishment of the Baga Utsaha Padruwen Adat Village (BUPDA). ), the role of private actors in the development of ecotourism areas in the Kelating Traditional Village is realized through its CSR program in the development of ecotourism areas in the Kelating Traditional Village, the role of university actors in the development of ecotourism areas in the Kelating Traditional Village is realized through the implementation of community service activities through the creation of a master plan, and the role of media elements and creative communities in the development of ecotourism areas in the Kelating Indigenous Village by helping to promote and publicize the location of the ecotourism area in the Kelating Traditional Village through social media content created by the creative community, and publication of articles or literature. exclusive putan in newspapers by mass media.
Palm leaf craft is one of the crafts that has good prospects and is in great demand by tourists because it is made of natural materials and has a very artistic shape. The palm leaf craft business is the economic foundation of the community in Madangan Kelod, Gianyar. However, the prospect of this palm leaf craft business is still not optimal. Based on observations, there are palm leaf craft business groups that really need help to overcome the problems they face. The problems faced by this craft business group are inadequate production equipment, lack of insight into online marketing, lack of knowledge of group management, division of tasks members and recording the administration of financial statements carefully and thoroughly. The purpose of this program is create availability of adequate equipment and partners being able to increase the amount of handicraft production by 30%, partners being able to increase sales by 30%, and all members of the craftsman group being able to understand group management and be able to make group bookkeeping. The method of implementing this activity is preceded by collecting information from partners' conditions, designing activities to be carried out, followed by program socialization, conducting training, mentoring and evaluation.
ABSTRAKPenetapan Permendikbud Nomor 1 Tahun 2021 tentang Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Pada Taman Kanak-Kanak, Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah Menengah Pertama , Sekolah Menengah Atas Dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Dalam Permendikbud tersebut ditetapkan pemberlakuan sistem zonasi diatur bahwa sekolah yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah daerah wajib menerima calon peserta didik yang berdomisili pada radius zona terdekat dari sekolah. Permasalahan PPDB yang ada di lapangan yaitu tidak sebandingnya daya tampung sekolah SMP dengan jumlah peserta didik yang melakukan pendaftaran dikarenakan luasnya jangkauan zonasi 1 pada SMPN 3 Gianyar, maka dari itu banyaknya peserta didik yang tidak bisa diterima. Pelaksanaan PPDB di Gianyar kurang optimal karena masih menggunakan sistem luar jaringan (offline) sesuai dengan Perbup No 18 Tahun 2021, akibatnya pendaftaran PPDB di SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar mengalami kelebihan peserta didik. Adapun tjujuan dari penelitian ini diantaranya, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis optimalisasi kebijakan sistem zonasi dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 di SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar dan juga untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor penghambat serta upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan dari kebijakan zonasi dalam pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) di SMP Negeri 3 Gianyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teori yang digunakan adalah teori Implementasi kebijakan. Teori Implementasi Kebijakan yang dipakai terdiri dari 6 (enam) variable diantaranya standar dan sasaran kebijakan atau ukuran dan tujuan kebijakan; sumber daya; Karakteristik organisasi pelaksana; Sikap para pelaksana; Komunikasi antar organisasi terkait dengan kegiatan-kegiatan pelaksanaan; dan. Lingkungan ekonomi, sosial dan politik yang dapat dijabarkan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data diantaranya, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penelusuran online dengan menggunakan sumber data primer maupun sekunder. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana Analisis data dalam penelitian kualitatif dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data berlangsung, setelah selesai peengumpulan data dalam periode tertentu. Pada saat wawancara, peneliti sudah melakukan analisis terhadap jawaban dari informan. Apabila jawaban yang di wawancarai setelah dianalisis terasa belum memuaskan, peneliti akan melanjutkan pertanyaan lagi, sampai tahap tertentu sehingga datanya sudah tidak jenuh.
