Students in their lectures faced on academic and non academic challenge. In academic challenge, such as orientation period, lecture, assignment, mid test, final test, community service and thesis. From non academic challenge, student who join in organization student should be smart to divide their time in campus. Facing the academic and non academic challenge, student must to have toughness in him self to be able face and resolve their lecture as well, student must to have self efficacy. Self efficacy is a judgment one’s ability to organize and execute tasks aims to produce an achievement. Self efficacy can be enchanced through training program, one’s of outdoor training program can be called Outbound. Outbound defined by learning process by interacting through experienced, Outbound is simulation of game in outdoors and have goal to get experience has meaning. This is quantitave research with analysis Paired Sample T-Test. Data collection by use experiment method, pre-experiment design. Researcher deploy self efficacy pre-test scale and self efficacy post-test scale as many as 20 item, data collection techniques use multistage random sampling. Respondent in this research is student in Udayana University, as many as 30 respondent. Result from this research found probability 0,000 (p)<0,05. This means there Outbound influence in self efficacy student. In addition from analysis regresion amount of success variable can be predicts an increase of self efficacy post-test variabel. Driving behavior is one of the routine activities carried out by individuals on a daily basis, both with two wheeled and four wheeled vehicles. A driver who drives his vehicle can see driving activity is a complex activity. So to be able to drive safely, responsibly and have good driving ethics and behavior, one must also have certain psychological aspects to support soft skills consisting of cognitive, affective and personality. Based on this, the researcher tried to arrange a Form A Psychological Test to obtain a Driver’s License. Psychological Test Form A is administered both online and offline. The construction of the test was carried out based on three aspects of the National Police Chief Regulation No. 5 Year 2021. The items of the psychological test form A have gone through field testing with 41 participants who already have a driving license (SIM) and were selected based on the results of the content validity evaluation with expert judgment, the level of diffilcuty and discriminatory power of the item, and the reliability of each sub aspect. Psychological test form A consist of three aspect and nine sub aspects with a total of 57 items, which has a reliability coefficient of each moving between 0.639 to 0.936.
Change is necessary for a company to survive in the global competition. Intrapreneurship and perception of career development are essentials in allowing companies to be responsive. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether intrapreneurship and career development perception are predictors of readiness for change. This study involved 193 employees who have worked at least two years and have a minimum high school degree. Several measurement tools were used: (1) employee readiness for change scale with the reliability 0.827, (2) intrapreneurship scale with a reliability score of 0.912, and (3) perception of career development scale with a reliability score of 0.873. Respondents were recruited using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study achieve a value of p <0.05 and R2 = 0.414, indicating that intrapreneurship and perception of career development contribute 41.4% in explaining employees' readiness for changes. Thus, this research becomes an important study of employee readiness for change.
The results of previous studies have shown that career planning has proven effective in improving career decision-making in vocational, junior high, and age students, but there has been no research that examines the relationship between career planning and career decision making in high school students. This study aims to determine the relationship between career planning and career decision making for high school students. The type of research used is quantitative research. The study population is students of class XII and aged from 17-19 years. The sampling technique used is a sampling quota with a total sample of 170 high school students. Data collection uses online media (google form) because the research was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic. The career decision-making gauge consists of three aspects and 20 items with reliability is 0.974. The career planning measuring instrument consists of five aspects and 55 items with reliability is 0.938. Data analysis was performed with Pearson Correlation. The results of this study show that there is a strong and positive correlation between career planning and career decision making with the influence of career planning of 43.3%. That is, when students have good career planning, they will be able to make career decisions well. The results of this study can be a reference for the school to equip students with career planning programs, as well as a reference for students to prepare themselves with various information related to career planning. Hasil penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan karir terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan karir pada siswa SMK, SMP, dan usia pencari kerja, namun belum ada penelitian yang mengkaji hubungan antara perencanaan karir dan pengambilan keputusan karir pada siswa SMA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perencanaan karier dengan pengambilan keputusan karir siswa SMA. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII dan berusia dari 17-19 tahun. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah kuota sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 orang siswa SMA. Pengumpulan data menggunakan media online (google form) karena penelitian dilakukan selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Alat ukur pengambilan keputusan karir terdiri dari tiga aspek dan 20 item dengan reliabilitas adalah 0,974. Alat ukur perencanaan karier terdiri dari lima aspek dan 55 item dengan reliabilitas adalah 0,938. Analisa data dilakukan dengan Pearson Correlation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang kuat dan positif antara perencanaan karier dengan pengambilan keputusan karier dengan pengaruh dari perencanaan karier sebesar 43.3%. Artinya, ketika siswa memiliki perencanaan karir yang baik, maka akan dapat mengambil keputusan karir dengan baik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pihak sekolah untuk membekali siswa dengan program perencanaan karir, serta menjadi rujukan bagi siswa untuk mempersiapkan diri nya dengan berbagai informasi yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan karir.
