Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja supply chain management suatu perusahaan sudah terlaksana dengan baik dilihat dari keempat perspektif balanced scorecard. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Alove Bali IND. Jumlah sample yang diambil sebanyak 20 karyawan PT. Alove Bali IND serta 5 agen PT. Alove Bali IND, Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan pendekataan balanced scorecard. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa Kinerja PT.Alove Bali IND diukur malalui perspektif keuangan kurang baik dikarenakan masih terjadi fluktuatif di tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2014 dan dalam menjalankan operasionalnya perusahaan masih sangat tergantung oleh hutang. Pada perspektif pelanggan kinerja perusahaan sudah terbilang baik dikarenakan nilai rata-rata keselurahan responden adalah sebesar 4.20. Pada perspektif bisnis internal kinerja perusahaan sudah terbilang sangat baik dikarenakan nilai rata-rata keselurahan responden adalah sebesar 4.78. Pada perspektif Pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan kinerja perusahaan sudah terbilang sangat baik dikarenakan nilai rata-rata keselurahan responden adalah sebesar 4.61. Warehouse Management System is a database-based computer application system, which used to improve warehouse efficiency in maintaining the accuracy of inventory data by recording every transaction in the warehouse. The purpose of this study was to determine efficiency of material handling costs incurred after implementation of warehouse management system. The research was conducted at PT Uniplastindo Interbuana Bali with simulation of implementation warehouse management system. Based on calculations, application of WMS able to increase cost efficiency and time efficiency in material handling because the system is able to provide accurate material placement data. Data during simulation shows a smaller amount of time compared to before simulation, which means less costs are incurred. Existence of system also makes it easy for related admin to collect data on real stock in the field. Just In Time is a system designed to get good quality, reduce costs, and achieve time and cost as efficiently as possible by eliminating the waste. This research was conducted at Pizza Hut Delivery Kerobokan, aimed at knowing and analyzing Just In Time implementation in improving inventory cost efficiency. Data collection method is done by observing the object under study. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive quantitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the traditional purchasing system that was implemented in 2016 is still not effective, because it still uses the traditional system which causes waste. Pizza Hut Delivery companies should implement the Just In Time purchase system, enter into agreements with suppliers regarding the quality, quantity and time of raw material delivery with an agreement with the supplier of the company to minimize storage and ordering costs. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are essential in improving a nation's economy. MSMEs can survive in a declining economic condition and also have the ability to absorb a large number of workers. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the global economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of information technology variables on the performance of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is qualitative with a literature review approach. Several articles relating to information technology and MSME performance were used as references. The results obtained by MSMEs feel the positive impact of the role of information technology during the Covid-19 pandemic. Further research is expected to examine the role of information technology in the MSME sector. For example, SMEs in food, clothing, and others. SMEs must choose technology adaptations from the business activities and adjust to their existing financial capabilities. The government must help create adaptations for MSME actors during the Covid-19 pandemic, such as providing training and adequate technology infrastructure.
This study aims to explain the role of relational capability and informational capability in mediating the effect of social media adoption on business performance. The population of this study is the owners of the fashion sector SMEs in Bali. The sample size used was 114 businesses with a purposive sampling approach. The analytical technique used is Path Analysis using the SEM-PLS approach. The results show that the adoption of social media has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Social media adoption has a positive and significant effect on relational capability and social media adoption also has a positive and significant effect on informational capability. Furthermore, relational capability has a positive and significant effect on business performance and informational capability has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Relational capability and informational capability can significantly mediate the effect of social media adoption on business performance. Therefore, it is important for SME owners in the fashion sector in Bali to intensify the adoption of social media to build relational and informational capabilities in order to increase business performance.
