Keluhan muskuloskeletal Periode I sesudah bekerja 64,90±1,90; Periode II sesudah bekerja 55,40±1,84, terjadi penurunan sebesar 14,63%. Produktivitas Periode I 0,63±0,16 dan Periode II 0,75±0,19, terjadi peningkatan sebesar 19,05%.
: The rate of absorption of a government budget, especially on the construction projects, determine whether or not the optimal development of a region. The faster the budget absorption of the construction projects, the faster the perceived benefits. The purpose of the study was to determine the rate of the budget absorption, to find out the factors in the construction project procurement systems that affect the slow budget absorption of the Local Government of the Badung Regency as well as the efforts to minimize such delays. The data were obtained from the parties involved in the procurement of the construction projects through questionnaires as the research instruments. In addition, the data were also obtained through interviews, observations and documentations. The variables used in the study were 38 variables and 60 persons as the respondents. The data analysis was conducted through descriptive analysis, absorption analysis and factor analysis. The scoring system used a Likert scale, and data processing was conducted by SPSS. The findings of the study show that the rate of absorption of the Badung Regency Government’s construction projects for Fiscal Year 2012 - 2013 was not in accordance with the plan, but the increase was more than that of the previous fiscal year. While the results of the factor analysis by using SPSS indicate that the factors that affecting the slow absorption budget in the procurement system of most construction projects are: the fear and caution of the parties in carrying out procurement activities, the change in the activity package, the slow preparation of the Owner's Estimate (OE), the incomplete procurement documents, the misrepresentation of the procurement regulations and the slow process of procurements. And the most effective effort to enhance the budget absorption are the determination of the communication standards, the coordination and the synchronization in the procurement of construction projects with all parties involved in the procurement systems.
Majority of people in Pengotan Village, Bangli Regency, Bali, Indonesia, do not have healthy and decent housing and neighborhoods. In 2008, the Central Statistics Board (BPS) announced that there were 134,804 poor households in Bali, including those in Bangli regency. Pengotan village is one of the nine villages in Bangli regency with the highest number of poor households (956,517). One of indicators that determine the poor household status is the poor quality of traditional houses inhabited, such as untilled floor (exposed soil) and low quality bamboo wall. Thus it is necessary to redevelop those houses into habitable houses that meet the standard of safety, health and comfort. This standard was set by the government through the Building Act No. 28/2002. Some aspects of the house redevelopment are the physical aspects of the house, redesign of the system of structure with the addition of brick walls and bamboo reinforced concrete frame, also replacement of roof and floor. This study aims to improve the physical safety and thermal comfort of the building.
The Bali Province Government plans the development of Bali Cultural Centre as a comprehensive cultural information centre to support the development of Culture-oriented Bali Tourism. The Bali Cultural Centre site is situated in an area of post-mining remnants in Klungkung Regency. The sites located at coordinates 8°32‘41.35” - 8°34‘30.94” South Latitude and 115°24‘54.92” - 115°26‘6.99” East Longitude. This site is also portion of estuary area of the Unda River which has a high potential for the danger of cold lava flood from the Mount Agung eruption. The structure to manage cold lava floods at the Unda River estuary is being conducted. The construction is divided into two locations which design to satisfactory a 50-year design flood with discharge of 1436.11 m3 per second. The first location is at upstream (north side of Prof. Ida Bagus Mantra Street) using a single rectangular cross section. The second location is at downstream (south area of Prof. Ida Bagus Mantra Street) using a combine double rectangular cross section. These two types of cross sections are designed to accommodate the capacity of water discharge under normal conditions and still able to drain water discharge in the 50-year return period. The presence of this channel allows the cold lava flood flow directly towards the sea-shore and so as to reduce the risk. It is possible that the sediments settle at the base of the channel, therefore, channel shape normalization and periodic dredging for maintenance are essential.
