This research aims to study the background of building informal cultural ties as a medium of reharmonization between Balinese ethnic community and Sasak ethnic community in Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara Province. This study used qualitative interpretive design in order to find answers issues, namely background of establishing a cohesion bond between two ethnic communities. Based on the result of this research, it is found that there are four influential factors, namely cultural contact between Balinese ethnic and Sasak ethnic communities during the historic period, the implementation of Balinese culture and Sasak culture in Lombok, cultural adaptation of each cultural identity, and construction of informal cultural ties as medium of interethnic communication. The informal cultural ties have an important significance in maintaining the integration between Balinese ethnic community and the Sasak ethnic community in Mataram city. Based on this phenomenon, the recommendation that can be proposed is to maintain the sustainability of informal cultural ties through the cultivation of awareness in each ethnic community and involvement of traditional figures in providing intensive guidance on the importance of preserving the cultural values of ancestral heritage in maintaining social harmony. This study aims to analyze the social integration based on cultural traditional competence amongst communities of Hindu Balinese ethnic and Islam Sasak ethnic in the District Bayan, North Lombok Regency, Indonesia. Based on the results of the research found that differences ethnic and religious can be built a mutual communication which the accumulations can form a social consciousness, which is incorporated in the form of associational ties of culture art group. The symptoms can not be separated from the growth of multiculturalism attitudes since historical times. Amongst community of Hindu Balinese ethnic encounter with the community of Islam Sasak ethnic since the historical have a cultural identity which has been endowed by their ancestor. Cultural identity in each ethnic community has potentially forming acculturation. Traditional cultural competency displayed through cultural arts festival amongst the two ethnic communities as the medium to juxtapose each emotion so the opportunity to melt the barriers differences that exist between the two ethnic groups. That phenomenon has awakened mutualistic communication which was able to construct social solidarity. Art Cultural festival that encapsulates the two ethnic communities was used in social activities carried out by each ethnic communities. The case implies that the social bond amongst people who have different ethnic groups living in the region over the bridge cultural competence.
This study aims to examine the dynamics of traditionality ideology in building holy place among Hindus families in Cakranegara territory, Mataram city. This research was designed in the type of interpretative qualitative research using a case study model. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of classification, reduction, and interpretation. Tri angulation techniques, both tri angulation methods and tri angulation of data sources were used to check the validity of the data. The results showed that the dynamics of traditional ideology in building holy place of Hindu families had been indicated by transformation of cultural traditions at Hinduism practices in four dimensions. First, the position of placing the holy place later no longer applies traditional concepts in a rigid and standard manner. Second, with regard to the spatial size in the construction of holy place in at Hindu families is no longer fixed on the size of the spatial layout that is traditionally applied but adjusted to the situation and condition of karang paumahan (area of home). Third, the form of holy has adapted to the inclusion of external culture. Fourth, the number of pelinggih (holiy place buildings) tends to decrease, especially in the relatively small area of home. Pembangunan di bidang sektor pariwisata membutuhkan dana yang sangat besar, bersumber dari dana Pemerintah, swasta, masyarakat dan penanam modal asing. Indonesia sebagai Negara berkembang sering mengalami kesulitan dana dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan karena sumber dana yang terbatas. Pemerintah perlu merumuskan kebijakan dalam bentuk perundang-undangan serta, reformasi birokrasi sehingga mampu memberikan pelayanan publik yang optimal, serta menarik minat investasi asing agar mempercepat pelaksanaan pembangunan dalam rangka mewujudkan tujuan nasional, yaitu kesejahteraan masyarakat. Secara umum, peraturan tentang penanaman modal termasuk investasi asing telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 25 tahun 2007, tentang penanaman modal, Peraturan Presiden Nomor 27 tahun 2009, tentang Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu, serta Peraturan Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal Nomor 14 tahun 2015, tentang Tata Cara dan Prinsip Penanaman Modal, dan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 tahun 2014, tentang Pemerintah Daerah. Pembangunan pariwisata di Bali sangat pesat dengan dibangunnya berbagai jenis fasilitas pariwisata, dan ke depan, untuk menghindari kejenuhan perlu dikembangkan wisata alternatif, seperti Desa Wisata. Ditetapkannya Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Bali Nomor 4 tahun 2019, tentang Desa Adat mempertegas bahwa Desa Adat dapat mengelola Desa wisata.. Keterlibatan investasi asing dalam mengembangkan pariwisata yang bebasis desa adat sangat dimungkinkan, maka Pemerintah Daerah perlu bersama-sama Pemerintah Kabupaten/kota serta Desa Adat berdasarkan kedudukan dan kewenangannya dapat menetapkan peraturan untuk menjamin kepastian hukum bagi investor dan masyarakat dengan tetap berlandaskan pada prinsi-prinsip penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik.
