This study aims to provide an analysis of the application of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in online learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of a literature study. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the application of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory can provide solutions to various obstacles found in the practice of online learning. The fulfillment of physiological needs, the need for security, the need for love and affection, the need for self-esteem, and the need for self-actualization will give students the confidence to keep their motivation in learning. Maintaining motivation which is the driving energy in learning provides space for teachers to be able to carry out learning according to planning so that learning outcomes become more optimal. Through this study, it is hoped that a positive paradigm will begin to build that online learning can be carried out effectively and efficiently so that it can be an option in the implementation of learning not only during the Covid-19 pandemic. <p><em>Character is a positive values and attitude of life, which is owned by a person so that it influences behavior, way of thinking, acting and ultimately becomes a culture. A person's character will be formed if given positive touches, both physically, mentally and spiritually. One method used is through the practice of yoga asanas as applied at the Ashram Gandhi Puri Sevagram Klungkung. The practice of yoga asanas with the principle of the ashram is able to have implications for changing the character of students towards noble characters. This study focuses on issues concerning the process of forming student’s character through yoga asana exercises and character values formed in students through Yoga asana practice at Ashram Gandhi Puri Sevagram Klungkung. This type of research is qualitative. Data from informants in this research was collected using a purposive technique and to obtain data used several techniques, namely participant observation, in-depth structured interviews, literature studies and documentation studies that were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results found that the process of character formation of Ashram students through three stages called kriya yoga, namely Tapah, Svadhyaya, and Isvara Pranidhana. In the Tapah stage, a yoga class is conducted which is correlated with panca kramaning sembah. Character values that are formed from the process of yoga asana practice at Ashram Gandhi Puri are the values of discipline, the value of curiosity, the value of responsibility, the value of hard work, creative value, religious value, and honest values.</em></p>
This study aims to describe the vital position of Shiva Nataraja as a source of inspiration in the creation of dance artworks. Referring to the phenomenon that many dance artworks, especially Balinese dances are staged in the implementation of a religious ceremony, it indicates that there is a spiritual aspect that animates a dance, and the cosmic dance of Lord Shiva, known as Shiva Nataraja, is seen as the source of his inspiration. This research was conducted qualitatively with the method of literature study. Data was collected through various literatures which were then analyzed through data collection, condensation, presentation, and data verification. The results of the analysis provide research findings that the philosophy of creating dance artworks originates from the concept of pancakrtya as the five activities of God and consists of srihti, sthiti, samhara, tirabhava and anugraha. These five activities that take place repeatedly lead to the emergence of basic standards in Balinese dance such as agem, tandang, tangkis, tangkep and others.
Abstract The purpose of writing the results of this study is to describe the results of yoga training activities in pasraman sisya and practising skills to strengthen the understanding of the essence of Hindu educational values. This research is qualitative with a case study approach to community service activities. The data collection techniques use participants' observation models, interviews and documentation studies, which are analyzed using data triangulate techniques. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that sisya was very enthusiastic about studying yoga movements given by the trainers. Besides that, in the process and concept, yoga teachings contain character values. One of them is the religious character and discipline reflected in the moral teachings of the rich tri parisudha, the concept of parhyangan, the teachings of panca Yama brata and panca nyama brata. Community service activities with yoga training and writing the results of this research are expected to provide benefits in the form of resource development of Hindus who have character and can be a reference library for relevant activities in the future. This study aims to describe the strategies used in efforts to achieve child development which took place at TK Dwijendra Mataram. The development of children who are the subject of research includes aspects of religious and moral values, physical-motor, cognitive, language, socio-emotional and artistic. Preschool age is a golden age for the growth and development of children. At this golden age a child must be given the right touch to reach the point of maximum development. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach in which the data obtained will be processed and then described in the form of words that describe the results of the study. To test the validity of the data, a triangulation technique was used, which in obtaining the data used the methods of interview, observation and literature study. The results of the study indicate that to achieve the development of religious and moral values, a habituation strategy is used, namely habituation to cultivate a religious and moral culture. Furthermore, on the physical-motor aspect, the teacher uses interactive learning strategies and participatory learning. In the cognitive aspect, the teacher uses a reward strategy, singing method and a Student Center Learning approach. In the language aspect, teachers use mentoring strategies to students to the fullest. Then on the aspect of socio-emotional development, the strategy applied is the fascinating storytelling method. As for the development of the artistic aspect, the school holds extra-curricular activities.
