Microbiology has an important role in solving human problems that are complex in many fields, such as environment, medical, and biotechnology. One of the important researches in microbiology fields is the counting of the number of bacterial colonies. This research is very important to estimate the number of bacterial cells in each millilitre or gram sample. However, the manual counting of bacterial colonies is a time-consuming task and is also very tedious. To help microbiologists, an automatic counting method of bacterial colonies based on bacterial colonies images is needed to be developed. However, the bacterial colonies images taking by the phones camera has low-quality. They are noise presence and lack of contrast, so the pre-processing method is necessary to be developed. This paper proposes the pre-processing method by using modified Perona-Malik Diffusion (PMD) and Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE). The modified PMD filter is used to reduce noise, while the CLAHE method is used to enhance the contrast. Moreover, the morphology operators are used for the petri dish extraction and bacterial colonies counting process. The experimental results show that the proposed method has better performance than the original PMD based on the average values of precision, recall, and F-measure.
Kesehatan reproduksi adalah suatu cara untuk mencegah dan menyelesaikan masalah kesehatan reproduksi, seperti kesehatan fisik, mental dan sosial serta penyakit-penyakit yang ditularkan melalui hubungan seks. Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi sangat perlu dilakukan, terutama dikalangan remaja. Hal inii dikarenakan pada masa remaja, terjadi peralihan dari masa anak-anak menuju ke tahap dewasa. Begitu banyaknya perubahan yang dialami remaja, baik fisik maupun psikologisnya, membuat remaja acapkali mengalami berbagai permasalahan dalam kehidupan. Tujuan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi diharapkan dapat mencegah dan melindungi remaja dari perilaku seksual beresiko yang dapat memengaruhi kesehatan reproduksinya sehingga dapat mempersiapkan remaja untuk menjalani kehidupan reproduksi yang sehat dan penuh tanggung jawab. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah tatap muka dan ceramah interaktif kepada remaja MA As’adiyah Lapai. Sebelum pemaparan materi, dilakukan pretest untuk melihat sejauh mana pemahaman siswa/i dan diakhir diberikan post test. Hasil kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman para siswa/i MA As’adiyah Lapai.
Pelajaran matematika merupakan pelajaran yang masih dianggap sulit bagi siswa. Hal ini dapat ditinjau dari hasil belajar matematika siswa yang masih rendah. Rendahnya hasil belajar disebabkan oleh pemilihan metode pembelajaran yang kurang tepat. Salah satu cara untuk menanggulangi permasalahan tersebut adalah menggunakan model pembelajaran yang melibatkan peran siswa secara aktif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Model yang mampu melibatkan peran siswa secara aktif adalah model peembelajaran kooperatif, salah satunya adalah tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT). Model dengan tipe NHT mengutamakan adanya kelompok-kelompok dengan anggota yang memiliki tingkat kemampuan yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIIIA SMP Kartika XX-2 Wirabuana Makassar. Faktor utama yang menjadi perhatian untuk diselidiki adalah nilai harian siswa, kemampuan siswa, dan hasil tes siswa. Penerapan model NHT dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, di mana setiap siklus memiliki 4 tahap. Tahap tersebut adalah perencanaan, aksi, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil observasi pada siklus 2 menunjukkan perubahan yang positif pada siswa. Perubahan tersebut dilihat dari segi prestasi, interaksi, sikap, dan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika secara individu sebagai dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar kelompok. Skor rata-rata hasil belajar matematika meningkat, yaitu 82,14 dan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 86,48%.
In the field of microbiology, the counting of bacterial colonies is fundamental and mandatory. This is done to estimate the number of bacterial cells in every 1 milliliter or gram of sample. The counting takes a long time and is tedious, so it requires an accurate and fast counting method. The image quality used is very low and contains noise. Therefore, a preprocessing method is needed to reduce the noise. The Perona-Malik filter method is known to be able to remove noise well. However, it is difficult to determine the appropriate gradient threshold parameter ( ) for each different image. To find the appropriate value of , the original Sobel Mask method and Sobel Mask Fractional-Order are used to estimate the value of . The experimental results show the results of noise reduction using PMD with a value of from the original Sobel Mask and Sobel Mask Fractional-Order. The results of the accuracy of determining the value of k with the Sobel Mask Fractional-Order (α=1.0) show higher results based on the F-Measure values for samples 1, 2, and 3 respectively 97%, 98%, and 90%.

Based on the results of observations, it is known that the teachers of SMA Neg. 1 Pakue has not been able to compile KTI and always relies on the services of others to make KTI when needed. This is what motivated the service team to conduct KTI writing training at that place. This training uses lecture, brainstorming and training methods to achieve the expected target. The results of the activity show that this training can improve the understanding, knowledge and experience of the service participants
