Industri pengolahan apel di Batu merupakan industri yang berpotensi untuk berkembang lebih besar dan mampu menyerap jumlah tenaga kerja yang tidak sedikit. Industri sari apel di Batu Malang dituntut bukan hanya mampu menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dengan harga yang kompetitif. Akan tetapi juga dituntut untuk mampu mengirimkan produknya kepada konsumen tepat waktu, tepat jumlah dengan efektif dan efisien. Untuk tercapainya tujuan tersebut diperlukan koordinasi di antara suplier bahan baku, produsen dan distributor. Oleh karena itu implementasi manajemen rantai pasok diperlukan untuk tercapainya tujuan tersebut. Digunakan supply chain operation reference (SCOR) untuk memetakan aktivitas dalam rantai pasok sari apel Brosem. Selanjutnya bobot untuk tiap aktivitas dalam SCOR dicari dengan menggunakan analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok menggunakan objective matrix (OMAX) dan traffic light system (TLS). Dari hasil pengukuran kinerja, ada tujuh KPI yang bernilai sangat rendah dan perlu segera diperbaiki. Tujuh KPI tersebut yaitu: ketepatan pengiriman produk, tingkat harga bahan baku, biaya pengiriman produk, lead time pengiriman pesanan, ketepatan waktu pengiriman, sertifikasi suplier dan tingkat kerusakan fasilitas dan alat produksi. Kinerja rantai pasok sari apel secara keseluruhan bernilai sebesar 7,4 atau level cukup. Rekomendasi perbaikan difokuskan pada KPI yang bernilai rendah dan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok sari apel..
The development of manufacturing sector with digital platforms is the latest technological advances in industry 4.0 era. The use of e-commerce as business digital platform in marketing activities is very potential to be developed for improving SMEs performance. To build a digital platform that fits with the needs of SMEs and users, Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was conducted to obtain informations in designing a customer-based digital platform. After the customer's needs were obtained, product specifications, concept development and selection, product design testing, industrial design analysis, and prototyping also had been conducted. The analysis showed three highest ranking for digital platform design were an application with specific information product, attractive design of the interface, and adequate security. Furthermore, the function criterias were arranged to formulate alternatives, i.e. how to log in, button shape, color, font size, and database properties. While the screening and assessment criteria were based on ease of transaction, availability of information, and ease of use.
PT ASIMAS is an enterprise that cultivates and sells oyster mushrooms. One of the most crucial materials in the production of oyster mushrooms is bran. PT ASIMAS is currently facing several difficulties in performance evaluation of bran suppliers, such as no clear standards in the performance evaluation process of suppliers and late shipment of bran. The objectives of this research are determining the proper criteria and subcriteria and providing improvement recommendation for the enterprise and bran suppliers. This research determined the weights of criteria and subcriteria using Analytic Network Process (ANP). After that, the performance of bran suppliers were assessed through Scoring System with OMAX. This research eventually resulted in 8 criteria and 14 subcriteria. The results of performance evaluation are as follows: Mr. H (4.9699), Mr. Z (4.3622), and Mr. N (4.0869). This research result also provides 14 improvement recommendations: 7 for the enterprise and 7 for suppliers.
