Penyelenggaraan pendidikan tidak pernah terbebas dari permasalahan. Masalah-masalah yang muncul sangat beraneka ragam. Globalisasi menjadi salah satu faktor yang membuat pengelolaan pendidikan mengalami banyak perubahan. Selain itu, harapan pengguna jasa pendidikan harus benar-benar disikapi. Inovasi dapat menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Dengan berinovasi, hal-hal baru yang sesuai perkembangan zaman dan pemenuhan harapan para pengguna jasa pendidikan dapat dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan ialah studi pustaka. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menganalisis karya-karya ilmiah yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, inovasi dapat menjadi solusi permasalahan pendidikan dikarenakan selalu berupaya menghadirkan hal-hal baru. Setiap inovasi dapat dilakukan dengan cara memilih model dan strategi pelaksanaan yang tepat. Program inovasi, Sumber Daya Manusia, pelaksanaan dan juga anggaran biaya dapat disesuaikan.
AbstrakPengajian merupakan salah satu sarana dakwah dalam Islam yang paling efektif dalam menguatkan pondasi keagaaman umat muslim. Melalui aktivitas ini, masyarakat akan terfasilitasi dalam melakukan pendalamaan terhadap materi-materi keislaman. Selain itu, ini juga menjadi wadah bagi jamaah untuk saling bersilaturahmi. Hanya saja dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini, animo masyarakat untuk mengikuti pengajian mengalami penurunan. Hal ini juga terjadi di Desa Sumbersari, Kecamatan Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung dimana jumlah jamaah dari waktu ke waktu mengalami penurunan secara kuantitas. Berangkat dari fenomena tersebut, Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Muhammadiyah (STAIM) Bandung bekerjasama dengan Pimpinan Ranting (PRM) Muhammadiyah Sumbersari melakukan beberapa strategi untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas pengajian. Strategi tersebut diimplementasikan dalam bentuk inovasi penyelenggaraan pengajian melalui metode ceramah sekaligus dikombinasikan dengan on the spot training yaitu melakukan beberapa program bimbingan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat setempat. Selain itu, salah satu bentuk inovasi pengajian yang digagas oleh STAIM Bandung dan PRM Sumbersari adalah adanya program Subhad (Subuh Ahad), yaitu program ngariung atau berkumpul dengan seluruh jamaah untuk ngopi bersama setelah pengajian di hari Ahad subuh secara gratis. Hasilnya adalah animo masyarakat mengikuti pengajian semakin meningkat dan jalinan tali silaturhmi antar sesama jamaah semakin kuat. Through that activity, the community will get the opportunity to understand and deepeen the Islamic materials. In addition, this is also a place for the worshippers to stay in touch with each other. However, in the last few years, the public's interest in attending the halaqah has gradually decreased. It can be seen in Desa Sumbersari, Kecamatan Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung as the example where the number of worshipers from time to time had show a decrease in quantity. Based on this phenomenon, the Islamic Religious Education Study Program (PAI) Muhammadiyah Islamic College (STAIM) Bandung in collaboration with the Branch Leaders (PRM) of Muhammadiyah Sumbersari carried out several strategies to increase the quantity and quality of the halaqah. This strategy is implemented in the form of innovation in organizing halaqah through the lecture method as well as combined with on the spot training by conducting several guidance and mentoring programs for the local community. Other than that, another innovation initiated by STAIM Bandung and PRM Sumbersari to increase the local people participation in halaqah is by conducting the program Subhad (Subuh Ahad) which means a dawn at sunday. That program is designed simply like a gathering for all the local people in the Sunday Dawn called "ngariung" to have a coffee for free after the halaqah end up. The result showed that that the public's interest or the whorsipper interest in attending the halaqah is increasing and the relationship between fellow worshipers among each other is getting stronger. The relationship between science and religion in its development in the West is contradictory, giving rise to the typology of science and religion to describe the relationship. One form of typology is an integration that affects the education sector. This qualitative research aimed to describe the concept of the relation between science and religion and to describe the integrated learning system in one of the integrated boarding schools in West Java. The result of the study showed that science and religion in the view of Islam are integrated so that they cannot be separated because they are one science from Allah SWT. Regarding its application in learning in boarding school, it was found that learning did not separate between general science or science and religion in school subjects and daily activities to create students with noble character.
ABSTRAKKehadiran madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (DTA) di lingkungan masyarakat, memiliki peran yang sangat vital. Di madrasah DTA, para remaja akan dididik dan dibina dengan ajaran Islam. Saat itu dilakukan, maka pada diri generasi bangsa tersebut akan tumbuh keimanan yang kuat serta akhlak mulia yang merupakan tujuan dari Pendidikan Nasional bangsa Indonesia. Untuk madrasah DTA yang lebih baik, perlu dilakukan pembinaan remaja. Apalah artinya madrasah DTA tanpa kehadiran para remaja yang memiliki semangat tinggi untuk mendalami ajaran Islam. Selain itu, diperlukan pula pembenahan kurikulum ideal yang sesuai kebutuhan. Masyarakat pada Rukun Warga 11 Kelurahan Kopo Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler Kota Bandung, memiliki madrasah DTA. Sayangnya, semangat para remaja untuk belajar di sana terlihat rendah. Pun pada keberlangsung pembelajarannya, belum nampak kurikulum ideal. Para santri hanya hanya mengikuti pembelajaran sesuai kehendak para pengajarnya.Dengan dilakukan pembinaan remaja dan pembenahan pada kurikulumnya, kualitas madrasah DTA di Rukun Warga 11 Kelurahan Kopo Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler Kota Bandung, menjadi meningkat. Para remaja mulai bersemangat datang ke masjid/madrasah, serta mempelajari materi pelajaran yang jelas. Berlahan tapi pasti, dengan dilakukannya pengaktifan kembali Ikatan Remaja Masjid dan penataan kurikulum, dalam kurun waktu kurang dari satu bulan, madrasah kembali didatangi para santri untuk belajar mengaji. Setidaknya terdapat 12%, atau sekitar 18-24 santri warga yang konsisten terus datang. Jika program pengabdian terus dilakukan, jumlah tersebut dipastikan akan terus bertambah, dan madarasah akan kembali ramai oleh santri. Kata Kunci: Madrasah DTA, Remaja, Masjid, Kurikukum. What is the meaning of a madrasah DTA without the presence of teenagers who have high enthusiasm to explore Islamic teaching, In addition, it is also necessary to reform the ideal curriculum according to needs.The community at the 11th hamlet Kopo urban Village, Bojongloa Kaler sub-district, Bandung City, has a madrasah DTA. Unfortunately, the enthusiasm of teenagers to learn there looks low. Even in the ongoing learning, the ideal curriculum does not yet appear. The students only follow the lessons according to the wishes of the teachers.With teenagers coaching and improvements to curriculum, the quality of madrasah DTA at the 11th hamlet Kopo urban Village, Bojongloa Kaler sub-district, Bandung City, has increased. Teenagers are getting excited to come to the mosque/madrasah, and learn clear subject matter.Slowly but surely, with the re-activation of the Mosque Youth Association and reorganization of curriculum, in less than a month, the madrasah were again visited by students to learn reciting the Koran. There are at least 12%, or about 18-24 resident students who consistently keep coming. An educational Complex located in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia comprises of schools from various levels, starting from kindergarten to high school. The interaction and synergy of these schools is becoming crucial to build positive development, networking and energetic academic culture, and hence creating progressive school concept. This study aims to determine the potential synergy of schools located in an educational complex in Bandung. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The techniques of data collection are observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that the interaction between schools in this complex has been developed. Several actions that have been conducted by each school principals to enhance the synergy include building awareness among leaders, agreeing to carry out the concept of school unification, building effective communication among school leaders, assigning teaching staff to teach at several levels, inventorying things that can be synergized, making understanding and conducting periodic evaluations. Meanwhile, to become a progressive school, continuous positive leadership are required to improve and to develop the existing networks.
