Stress is an excessive workload, feelings of distress and emotional tension that impedes individual performance. The nurses' work stress can be attributed to the nurse's primary duties and responsibilities, heavy workloads, and leadership types. This type of research was analytic with Cross Sectional research design. In this research, the independent variables are workload and the dependent variable is the nurses' work stress. One month research time in ICU Room dr. H. Moh. Anwar Sumenep, sample17 respondents with total population sampling technique. Questionnaire research instrument and observation sheet, data analysis using Spearman with α (0,05). The results of most of the workload of nurses were moderate 9 (52,9%). Most of the work stress of nurse is light 10 (58,8%) .The data analysis obtained p value (0,031) <α (0,05) then H0 rejected which mean there is relation of work load with nurses work stress in ICU Room dr. H. Moh Anwar Sumenep. Efforts to suppress the work stress of nurses ICU dr. H. Moh.AnwarSumenep done by applying a service system in favor of nurses. Nurses should also enjoy the world of work and try to create a conducive working environment.
Product introduction is an effort made by a company to introduce new products to the public. However, sometimes there are several obstacles that cause sellers to be unable to show their products to potential buyers, such as during this pandemic. There are many ways to introduce a product, namely through photos or videos. At this stage, a marketing strategy is needed so that the target market is more familiar with the products being sold and can be used as business advantages. Marketing strategies can be done by utilizing technology, one of which is by using Augmented Reality. In augmented reality, there are three characteristics that form the basis of the system, including a combination of the real and virtual worlds, real-time interactions, and the last characteristic is the shape of an object in the form of a three-dimensional or 3D model. The Augmented Reality model used in this study uses the marker method and the application can be applied to an Android smartphone. By using augmented reality technology, the introduction of a product will feel more interactive and effective. In addition, it can increase the product's marketing appeal.
This study aims to dig deep information about the effect of positive and negative teacher expectations on the learning achievement of students in MI. The method used is a survey-associative quantitative research method. The population as well as the research sample was 20 people from the teacher for variable X and 30 students for variable Y. Data analysis was carried out by using multiple regression analysis techniques. From the data analysis conducted, several research findings indicate that positive expectations (X1) and negative expectations (X2) simultaneously do not have a significant effect on student achievement (Y). The strength of the relationship between Variable X1 (Teacher Positive Expectations) and X2 (Teacher Negative Expectations) simultaneously to Y (Student Learning Achievement) is 0.304 = 30.4% with the influence of variable X on Variable Y of 9.3% and 90, 7% is influenced by variables other than the expectation variable. The regression equation that can be formed from the results of data processing is as follows: Y '= 5.310 + 0.006X1 - 0.094X2. From the above equation it can be seen that the effect of positive expectations (X1) on student learning achievement (Y) is positive. This means that if teachers' positive expectations increase, the learning achievement of students will also increase. However, if the positive expectations of the teacher decrease, the learning achievement will also decrease. While the direction of the negative expectation variable (X2) on learning achievement (Y) is negative. That is, if negative expectations increase, learning achievement will decrease. But, on the contrary, if the teacher's negative expectations decrease, the learning achievement of students will increase

Camping ground planning of Alun-alun Suryakencana in Mt. Gede Pangrango National Park, West Java. A good campsite requires a plan. Planning is done zoning area that can be used as a camping area without disturbing the existing ecosystem and equipped facilities so that users can feel comfortable while in the area of the campground. Alun-alun Suryakencana at an altitude of 2750 m asl is part of the Mount Gede Pangrango National Park of West Java. This research was conducted in October 2016-August 2017, this research method refers to Rachman's (1984) complete thinking process in Norma (2013) which applies secondary data analysis at field study stage which consists of inventory, analysis, synthesis, concept, and planning. The final result of this planning is a Campsite Plan that is implemented in Alun-alun Suryakencana.
