International trade in the era of globalization is essential. With international trade, the world economy becomes interconnected (Sharing economic) and interdependent. This study aims to find out and analyze how much influence international trade has on improving domestic welfare. The method used in this study is the PLS method, which is a type of multivariate research. International trade as an independent variable and welfare variable as the dependent variable is a construct of the overall model. Trade variables are indicated by FDI and Net export variables, while welfare variables are indicated by variables of income, consumption and wealth. From the results of this research, it was found that the construct variable namely international trade as an independent variable had a significant effect on the dependent variable, welfare. While the indicators for each variable, namely the value of FDI and Net exports, has a significant impact on international trade variables. Likewise with welfare indicators, namely the level of income, consumption and wealth also affect welfare.
The contribution of Muhammadiyah in the field of economic empowerment in the community still does not seem real. The study of the concept of community economic empowerment based on religious, social organisations needs to be done to find a more effective approach. This study aims to examine the ideas or conceptual ideas of economic empowerment from Muhammadiyah Scholars and from Muhammadiyah Structural which have been written in the published form so that the meeting point can be found in an effective format of community economic empowerment. This study uses a library approach. The results in the research are grouped into two sources of economic empowerment concept ideas, namely; the concept from Muhammadiyah intellectuals and the concept from Structural Muhammadiyah. Firstly, from the perspective of Muhammadiyah scholars emphasising the full Structural involvement of Muhammadiyah in empowering the community's economy by fostering, mentoring and developing, building a network of entrepreneurs, business networks and distribution networks, played a role as a mediator between Muhammadiyah member entrepreneurs. Secondly, the concept of community economic empowerment in the perspective of Muhammadiyah Structural, there is not much difference with the first idea, but more emphasises the development of Muhammadiyah's Economic network and its members and focuses on economic empowerment at the branch level.
This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic work ethic and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of the BTN Syariah Malang Branch in 2018. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that based on multiple linear regression analysis test results (t test) note that Islamic work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise with organizational commitment that gives a significant effect on employee performance. Multiple linear regression analysis simultaneously (f test) known that the two independent variables of Islamic work ethic and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study concluded that Islamic work ethic and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance.
This study aims to determine the public perception of health services that use the program of National Health Insurance in Dr. H. Slamet Martodirdjo Pamekasan Madura as well as the existence of BPJS Health itself. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. Methods of data collection in this study is to use questionnaires (questionnaires) and interviews. The sample in this research is obtained by purposive sampling method. Based on the existing criteria, obtained 168 respondents. Data analysis method is done by using likert scale, with data scoring analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis from the existing sub-dimensions, some sub dimensions responded positively by the community, some sub dimensions responded to doubt / neutral such as the availability of drugs for patients BPJS, BPJS patient acceptance procedures, and sub dimensions of hospitality, courtesy. The best community response is in the Assurance dimension associated with the availability of a specialist physician with a score of 707 in the agreed category. Neutral response with the highest score of 570 is in the sub-dimension of the doctor trying to calm the patient's anxiety about the illness suffered. In addition there is also a negative response that is in the sub Empathy (concern) related nurses spend a special time to communicate with patients score 404 in the category disagree. In addition to the sub dimensions of access (acess) related service personnel do not discriminate the patient's economy responded negatively with a score of 398 in the category disagree.
<span>Muhammadiyah is one of the largest religious organization in Indonesia that has stood more than a century and became an organization with the world's greatest asset, however up to now Muhammadiyah still does not have a definite format of economic movement. The dialectic of Muhammadiyah economic movement remains a fascinating debate. This study aims to examine the ideas of Muhammadiyah's economic format that have been outlined by Muhammadiyah figures, experts, and scholars in the form of writing to look for the intersection of thought into a single entity the main idea of Muhammadiyah Economic Format. This research using the method of the library research with the source data that is be retrieved from the secondary data that have been written by scholars, scientists, and experts of the Muhammadiyah economic movement have ever written about the format of Muhammadiyah economic movement. The results show that there are three groups of main ideas about the format of the Muhammadiyah economic movement, that is; <em>First</em>ly, Incorporated Movement, is incorporated in the management merger business which it strengthened networking either in vertical or horizontally. <em>Second</em>ly, Community economic empowerment movement, This movement emphasizes full structural involvement in economic empowerment by providing information on market opportunities, capital, business training, financial management and making business innovations. <em>Third</em>ly, the Comprehensive Economic Movement, namely; the Economic Movement that integrates Incorporated and Empowerment. Muhammadiyah's economic movement needs to be built in two directions by combining Incorporated and Empowering, through structuring and merging Muhammadiyah's business entities with economic empowerment of Muhammadiyah citizens.</span>
