<p>ABSTRAK</p><p><br />Latar Belakang: Edukasi gizi yang tepat dapat merubah remaja putri untuk berperilaku hidup sehat. Inovasi program edukasi yang dapat memotivasi remaja putri dalam mencari dan mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi secara teratur sangat dibutuhkan sehingga dapat menurunkan prevalensi anemia di Indonesia.<br />Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh edukasi melalui buku diary gizi terhadap pengetahuan gizi, minat mencari tablet zat besi dan kepatuhan remaja putri dalam mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi (Fe).<br />Metode: Quasi experimental (Non-Randomized group pre–post test) study dengan 50 subyek penelitian yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok perlakuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswi remaja putri di SMA di Kota Pontianak, dengan kriteria umur 14-16 tahun sudah haid dan bersedia menjadi subjek penelitian. Intervensi berlangsung selama dua bulan efektif. Kelompok intervensi diberikan tablet zat besi (Fe) + buku Diary Gizi dan kelompok kontrol tanpa buku Diary Gizi. Tablet zat besi (Fe) yang diberikan mengandung 60 mg Fe elemental dan 20 mg asam folat. Data dianalisis menggunakan software komputer dan disajikan dalam bentuk tekstular dan table, dengan uji statistik Chi square dan t test. <br />Hasil: Hasil penelitian program suplementasi zat besi (Fe) dikalangan remaja putri belum popular. Tingkat pengetahuan siswi yang mendapatkan edukasi gizi dengan Buku Diary lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswi yang mendapatkan edukasi melalui penyuluhan (p<0,05). Siswi dari kelompok buku Diary Gizi lebih patuh dalam mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi (p<0,05). <br />Kesimpulan: Pemberian dan aktivitas dengan catatan harian buku Diary Gizi dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kepatuhan remaja putri dalam mengkonsumsi tablet zat besi (Fe). Penggunaan Buku Diary Gizi dapat dipertimbangkan dalam mensukseskan program suplementasi zat besi (Fe) pada remaja putri<br /> <br />KATA KUNCI: buku diary gizi; kepatuhan; konsumsi; pengetahuan; remaja putri; tablet zat besi (Fe)</p><p><br /> <br />ABSTRACT</p><p>Background: Proper education about nutrition can change adolescent females to have a healthy lifestyle. Innovation of education programs which can motivate female adolescents in finding and consuming iron tablets regularly is highly necessary, so that it can decrease the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia.<br />Objectives: To find out the effect of Nutrition Diary-Book education on nutritional knowledge, effort to find iron tablets and consuming iron tablets in adolescence.<br />Methods: A quasi experimental study (non-randomized group pre–post test) was conducted with 50 subjects divided into two groups. The age of the subjects were 14-16 years old, already had menstruation and were willing to be research subjects for 2 months. Iron tablets and nutrition diary-books were administered to intervention group and were administered to control group without nutrition diary-books. The results were analyzed using chi square and t-test.<br />Results: The level of knowledge who get education about nutrition by having nutrition diary-books is better compared to female students who get the education through elucidation (p<0.05). The female students from the intervention group were proven to be more obedient in consuming iron tablets (p<0.05).<br />Conclusion: The administration of nutrition diary-book and activity of writing nutrition diary-book can be used to increase knowledge and adherence in consuming iron tablets among adolescent female students.</p><p>KEYWORDS: adherence; adolescent; iron tablet; knowledge; nutrition diary-book</p>
<p class="abstrak"><em>A good generation must be created through effort and real work. One generation is a group of schoolchildren who are the nation's investment. A complete generation must be supported by good nutrition. In order to fulfill good food ingredients, of course, it requires proper nutritional knowledge. This study aims to determine the effect of the nutrition lottery draw game media on increasing nutritional knowledge in elementary school children. The research design used a quasi-experimental design (Non-Randomized group pre-test post-test) with research subjects of as many as 48 children divided into 2 (two) treatment groups (each group consisting of 24 people). The subjects of the study employed the students in Elementary School 17 and 20 Siantan, Jungkat District, Mempawah Regency in March 2021. Data analysis with Wilcoxon test and Man-Whithney. Furthermore, the intervention was carried out for one month effectively and divided into 2 (two) groups, namely, one group was provided games treatment and one group had no treatment. There were differences in knowledge scores before and after the intervention in the control and treatment groups. There was no difference in the increase of knowledge scores in the treatment and control groups.</em></p><p class="abstrak"><em> </em></p><p class="abstrak"><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> <strong>Games, Nutritional Knowledge, Schoolchildren</strong></em></p>
Nutritional problems are the impact of consumption of nutrients that have not met the body’s needs. Poor intake can cause malnutrition, and vice versa. To find out nutritional intake, a food consumption survey is needed. The current food consumption survey still has some weaknesses when used in describing nutritional status. Researchers make a method called emoji food. Emoji food is a method used to express the perception of eating habits. Emoji food in the form of symbols adapted from emojis in the android smartphone chat application. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of Emoji food as a predictor of the determination of nutritional status of children aged 3-5 years in Kubu Village, Kubu District, Kubu Raya Regency. This study entered into the category of observational analytic research with a cross sectional approach where the measurement of the variables was carried out simultaneously from the individual in a single population and the measurement was only carried out at one time or period. From the results of the research BB/TB = Sig. (2-tailed) <5% (0.001 <0.05) which means BB/TB has a relationship with Emoji Food. BB/U value = Sig. (2-tailed) <5% (0.007 <0.05) which means BB/U has a relationship with Emoji Food. IMT/U Sig value. (2-tailed) <5% (0.001 <0.05) which means IMT/U has a relationship with Emoji Food. The conclusion of this study is the relationship of each of the variables of nutritional status, namely between BB/TB, BB/U, and IMT/U with the use of Emoji Food in children aged 3-5 years in Kubu Village, Kubu District, Kubu Raya District. Suggestions from this study Emoji food can be used as an alternative used in assessing and providing an overview of nutritional status.
ASI Eksklusif adalah ASI yang diberikan kepada bayi sejak dilahirkan selama enam bulan tanpa menambahkan dan/atau mengganti dengan makanan atau minuman lain. Pengetahuan merupakan faktor yang penting untuk terbentuknya tindakan seseorang. Terdapat berbagai macam media pendidikan yang dapat dilakukan salah satunya adalah media video animasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian media video terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan gizi ibu menyusui. Metode : Penelitian ini adalah pre-experiment dengan rancangan pretest-posttest one group design subjek penelitian adalah ibu menyusui di Desa Seponti Jaya. Sebanyak 25 Sample dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara langsung. Data analisis dengan menggunakan Wilcoxon untuk melihat perbedaan pengaruh pemberian media sebelum dan setelah diberikan intervensi. Hasil Penelitian : Rata-rata pengetahuan antara sebelum dan setelah diberikan edukasi terjadi peningkatan dengan p-value < 0,01. Kesimpulan penelitian : Ada pengaruh edukasi gizi melalui Media Video sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi terhadap pengetahuan gizi ibu menyusui
Vegetables and fruit in adolescents are useful to support their growth and development and good nutritional status. Knowledge is an important factor for the formation of one’s actions. There are various kinds of counseling media that can be done, one of which is poster media. This study aims to analyze the effect of giving poster media on increasing nutritional knowledge of junior high school teenagers. Methods : This study was a pre-experimental design with a pretest-posttest one group design. The research subjects were teenagers at Al-Bayan Muara Pawan, Ketapang regency. A total of 114 samples. Data analysis using Wilcoxon to see the difference in the effect of giving media before and after being given poster media. Research Results : There isi a difference in knowledge about the benefits of vitamins in vegetables before and after being given nutrition education using poster media for adolescents and There is a difference in knowledge about the benefits of vitamins in fruit before and after being given nutrition education using poster media for adolescents at the Al- Bayan Muara Pawan Islamic Boarding Schol, Ketapang Regency. Research suggestion : For Educational Institutions Media Poster can be used by multiplaying and spreading the poster where students pass or often gather so that the knowledge of islamic boarding school students can increase not only junior high school teenagers and for other researchers can conduct further research on other variables such as pocket money, physical activity and consumption behavior and nutrition education for parents.
