Abstract. Education as the long-term solution to prevent and recover disasters in any kind of society faces a new challenge, social network. The increase number of internet users especially those in young age (adolescence) brings many consequences, related with anti-terrorism as a novel disaster management. Indonesia has Pancasila as the nation ideology, but the effect of the understanding this ideology has not been explored yet. Educators have focused on the material that would appear only in the exam, and tend to neglect the material that would be appearing in the real life. Previous study found that students are the vulnerable target of terrorism ideology, so they should be protected and guided. This study aimed to analyze the effect of between believe of the nation ideology and understanding the sensitive words for adolescence students. This research focused on the grade of students understanding about several sensitive words which often used by media to describe certain act or group which resulted to phobia and generalization. This phenomenon becomes greater time by time, along with the least effort to filter the media which now become bias and set aside the journalism ethic. The object of the research involved for about 193 students in age 13 -21 which claimed as adolescence and active internet users. They have asked to answer several questions related with their understanding to several sensitive words like, "individualism, fundamentalism, radicalism, and terrorism". Furthermore, the students' believe about Pancasila as the nation ideology will also be questioned, whether this ideology create or effect the vulnerability of the students. The important of the ideology for them, is questionable. The result will show the grade of understanding and vulnerability of adolescence population to react the issue that probably become a trigger to disaster in sociopolitical.
Masyarakat merupakan pemegang kepentingan utama dalam penyelenggaraan e-government. Namun demikian, dalam konteks penelitian e-government, orientasi terhadap masyarakat masih belum banyak dieksploitasi karena sebagian besar proyek e-government hanya mentransformasi layanan dan informasi yang semula masih tradisional menjadi menggunakan teknologi. Model-model penilaian kematangan e-government yang sudah ada pun sebagian besar hanya mengukur kemampuan teknologi e-government. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan penilaian kematangan e-government yang menempatkan masyarakat sebagai fokus utamanya. Faktor-faktor kematangan didapatkan melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif grounded theory. Objek penelitian adalah layanan e-health dan Surabaya Single Window (SSW). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada tiga faktor yang diukur dalam penentuan kematangan e-government yang berorientasi kepada masyarakat, yaitu lembaga, interaksi, dan layanan online. Model ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif alat penilaian implementasi e-government yang lebih komprehensif karena mengukur dari tiga sisi, yaitu lembaga pemerintah, interaksi pegawai pemerintah dengan masyarakat, dan layanan e-government yang disediakan. Society is responsible for implementing e-government. Nevertheless, the context of research on e-government, orientation to society has not been exploited due to numerous projects which are only transformed service and information from previous traditional users to technology. Most of existing models of e-government was only used to determine the ability of the government. Therefore, it is necessary to develop maturity assessment of e-government placing society as major focus. Its factors are derivable from qualitative research approach of ground theory. The objects of research were e-health and Surabaya Single Window (SSW) services. The results of the study indicate that there were three factors measured in determining maturity of e-government oriented to society; the factors are institution, interaction and online services. This model could be used as more comprehensive alternative to assessment tool of e-government implementation because it measured three aspects, namely, institution, interaction of employees and provided e-government services.
Websites is important for services industries, such as hopitals, because it help to deliver the information of services provided by the hospitals to their customers. However, Rumah Sakit Darmo Surabaya has not measure the performance of its website yet. Several studies related to measuring the success of information systems in hospitals use the Delone and McLean model as a measuring tool. Those researchs have a vary results. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the performance of the Rumah Sakit Darmo Surabaya website and to understand the factors that influence it by adapting Delone and McLean success model. Respondents of this researh are 130 website visitors. The data obtained through questionnaires were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Out of nine hypotheses proposed, only three can be accepted. This research prove that system quality and service quality affect user satisfaction and that usage affects net benefits.
Perkembangan dunia teknologi berjalan sangat cepat. Selaras dengan hal itu, kebutuhan manusia hususnya dibidang bisnis juga semakin berkembang. salah satunya adalah R.M. Lesehan Berkah Ilaahi. Rumah makan ini merupakan rumah makan yang memiliki banyak pelanggan. Dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah pelanggan, maka [penumpukan antrian banyak terjadi. Di samping itu rumah makan ini memiliki potensi untuk dapat terus mengembangkan bisnisnya. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mampu memfasilitasi proses pemesanan melalui online serta mampu membantu pemilik bisnis dalam melakukan promosi dan penawaran, terlebih kepada pelanggan yang daya belinya tinggi. Jurnal ini memaparkan proses pembangunan sistem pemesanan berbasis web dengan menekankan pada tahap analisa, desain, dan implementasi. Analisis kondisi lapangan dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan, studi literatur sistem lama, wawancara dan kuesioner pelanggan. Hasil analisa akan digambarkan menggunakan notasi UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk selanjutnya diimplementasikan dalam sebuah aplikasi e-CRM menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta basis data PostgreSQL. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Object oriented dengan memanfaatkan Yii Framework yang merupakan framework PHP berbasis Model View Controller (MVC). Selain itu digunakan pula bootstrap framework dari sisi desain aplikasi untuk memberikan fleksibilitas aplikasi ketika diakses dengan device yang resolusinya lebih kecil seperti telephon genggam. Kata kunci : Observasi, Wawancara, Kuesioner, UML (Unified Modeling Language), Yii Framework, Object oriented, Model View Controller (MVC), bootstrap framework.
Studi ini membahas pengembangan aplikasi layanan pusat karir dengan memanfaatkan platform Mapbox untuk menampilkan informasi tentang penyebaran alumni. Dari hasil wawancara terdapat aplikasi yang sudah ada tetapi belum dapat berjalan optimal, terutama dalam memberikan informasi tentang penyebaran lulusan Stikom Surabaya. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menyajikan penyebaran alumni dalam bentuk peta digital, mendistribusikan kuesioner secara digital, dan menyajikan laporan yang informatif. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Prototyping dan framework CodeIgniter versi 3.1.0 dengan PHP. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan aplikasi Tracer Study dengan memanfaatkan peta digital MapBox untuk menampilkan peta penyebaran alumni. Dengan penelitian ini dapat membantu SCC dalam memberikan informasi tentang penyebaran alumni dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan di tingkat struktural, dekan fakultas dan pimpinan Stikom Surabaya.
