Education is the business of adults to prepare children to be able to live independently and is able to perform the duties of his life as well as possible. The toddler years are a golden period for the growth and development of children. Development of each child must be observed, education and teaching needs to be tailored to the child's development. Montessori is early childhood education leaders who opened the eyes of their sensitive period in children, Montessori asserted that education is self-education. Montessori then use the freedom and liveliness of the child with the best in the method, so that each child had the opportunity to evolve according to the nature and talent. In Islam, God entrusted the child is to be protected and educated with the best. Therefore, addressing the development and early childhood education, the need for an educational program that is designed in accordance with the child's developmental level.This study aims to describe and analyze the Montessori concept of early childhood education in the perspective of Islamic education. Data collection through literature study is based on primary and secondary data. Data analysis using analytic descriptive with inductive thinking patterns.The results showed: 1) Montesssori shift from teacher-education center central (teachers as a source of learning) be child-central (protégé as a center of learning); 2) Sensitive Periods expressed early age is a sensitive period; 3) The freedom and independence according to the Montessori system is not real freedom, but freedom is limited; 4) Child's Self-Construction stating that children construct their own development of his soul; 5) At the time of early childhood have a soul absorbent range of knowledge and experience in his life. Montessori concept in Islamic educational perspective, the emphasis is on the child's intellectual is right. However, it should pay attention to other aspects such as emotional aspects and skills.
The present study aimed to discover the effect of social support on single mothers' subjective well-being. This study employed a correlational approach. One hundred fifty nine single-mothers in Bantul regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia were involved in this study, determined using quota sampling. The data were collected using social support and subjective well-being scales. Simple linear regression was used to analyze the data. The present study exhibited that social support significantly affects single mothers' subjective well-being. This study can be used as a reference proving that social support is much needed by a single-mother to obtain subjective well-being. Therefore, a service in the form of a psychoeducational group is required in the community to enhance social support on single-mother. It can also be in the form of psychoeducational group and counseling services for single-mother to enhance her subjective well-being.
All living things need water, because water is the most important essential material for life. One of the substances in water is iron (Fe). According to Permenkes RI number 492 / MENKES / PER / VI / 2010 levels of iron (Fe) allowed in drinking water is 0.3 mg/L. This study aimed to determine the amount of Fe metal content in PDAM water in Pidie Jaya Regency (Mon Krueng Meureudu PDAM, Panteraja PDAM, and Ulim PDAM) using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (SSA) method with wet destruction. The results of the analysis of iron content in PDAM water in Pidie Jaya Regency are PDAM Ulim 0.0628 µg/L, Panteraja PDAM 0.1068 µg/L, and Meureudu PDAM 0.0055 µg/L. In other words, PDAM water in Pidie Jaya Regency is still at the specified level. It is expected that PDAM Pidie Jaya will continue to maintain the quality of iron (Fe) levels so as not to exceed the maximum levels that have been set.
The Indonesian government encourages the process of internationalization of higher education by increaseing the number of foreign students studying in Indonesia. However, based on UNESCO student flow data in 2018, it can be concluded that Indonesia is not yet a popular study destination for students even in the ASEAN. Therefore it is necessary to investigate the factors that drive foreign students to choose Indonesia as their education location. The factors examined are: Country Environment with sub variables perception about Indonesia, academic quality, environment (climate and weather), marketing programs, immigration process, opportunities to learn language and culture, Institutional characteristics with sub variable programs offered, significant others who influence country choice, creative capital, significant others who influence university selection, university academic quality, financial assistance/scholarships, interaction with lecturers and research topics, university location, City Location with sub variable diversity, level of tolerance and nondiscrimination factors. Data were collected through questionnaires to 106 foreign students studying in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used Principal Component Analysis (CPA). The results show that there are 2 new factors namely academic and scholarship factor and geographic and bilateral relationships factor that are considered by foreign students to choose Indonesia as their study destination.
This study aims to determine the interpersonal communication of PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar. The learning activity of PAI students at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar, as well as the influence of teacher interpersonal communication on the learning activities of PAI students at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar by using quantitative descriptive types. And the data analysis method is a simple linear regression with SPSS 25 program and the frequency percentage formula. The total population is 864 students, while the sample taken by the author is a random sample of 10% of the population, namely 86 respondents. Interpersonal communication of PAI teachers based on the perceptions of students, the total average of interpersonal communication of PAI teachers is 39.16, which means that the interpersonal communication of PAI teachers is in the high category and the learning activity of PAI students in SMA. Negeri 8 Makassar is a total of 64 questionnaires. ,35 means that based on the perceptions of students, active learning. PAI students are in the high category. The results of the analysis using simple linear analysis in the SPSS program show a simple regression formula which is known that the learning activity of students is influenced by 1,269 points of teacher interpersonal communication plus a constant value of 18,631. The other 3% is influenced by other variables.
