Instrumen asesmen yang diterapkan kurang akurat, sehingga mengakibatkan guru dan orang tua kesulitan untuk mendeteksi hambatan perkembangan yang dialami oleh anak khususnya pada aspek perkembangan fisik motorik kasar anak. Guru kesulitan dalam membuat instrument penilaian yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menciptakan instrument asesmen hambatan perkembangan fisik motorik kasar pada anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (RnD) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan yaitu RDR yang dikembangkan oleh Borg & Gall. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 4 orang yang terdiri dari 2 orang ahli instrument penilaian dan 2 orang guru. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang siswa. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu wawancara dan angket. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen melalui validitas dan reabilitas instrumen. Analisis Reliabilitas Instrumen menggunakan rumus Percentage of Agreement. Hasil penelitian yaitu hasil validitas isi instrumen asesmen hambatan perkembangan fisik motorik kasar anak sebesar 1,00 dengan kriteria validitas sangat tinggi. Hasil Uji reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 1,00, sehingga dinyatakan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis validitas instrumen maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrument asesmen hambatan perkembangan fisik motorik kasar pada anak usia dini layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu instrumen dapat digunakan ole guru dalam mengukur perkembangan fisik motorik kasar pada anak usia dini.

One of the control efforts is health education which aims to increase the knowledge of DM patients about independent nutritional management of DM patients. This study aims to develop nursing science, namely information about the effect of health education on independent nutrition management of DM patients at Tamangapa Puskesmas, Tamangapa Village, Manggala District, Makassar City. This type of research used a quasi-experimental research design with a pre-post test design approach. The research has been conducted at the Tamangapa Puskesmas, Tamangapa Village, Manggala District, Makassar City. The population in this study were all patients with Diabetes Mellitus who were undergoing treatment on the day of the study. The samples in this study were 51 people and used total sampling. The results obtained are that there is an effect of health education on independent nutritional management of DM patients at Tamangapa Public Health Center, Tamangapa Village, Manggala District, Makassar City.
