The existence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia is considered as an economic buffer for three main reasons: 1) better performance at producing a productive workforce; 2) productivity increase through investment and actively following changes in technology; and 3) flexibility advantage compared to large business. The number of human resources who have the potential to become SME actors in Serang District is currently quite large, and the industrial sector is a superior sector that provides the largest contribution to the GRDP of Serang District. The purposes of this study were to find out how to map the financial potential of SMEs in Serang District and how to grow and map the economic sector in Serang District. This study used quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques (mixed methods), focusing on field conditions and the community in the studied area. This study found things that could increase MSMEs' financial potential in Serang District, namely capital, licensing, and product quality and marketing. Based on LQ analysis, the agricultural sector's outputs could be exported and expand the trade market share in other countries. Besides, Serang District is located in quadrant 3, with five potential economic sectors that could be developed further. Other economic sectors' potentials could be explored by subsector and be developed further.

The spread of the Corona virus that has spread to various parts of the world has an impact on the Indonesian economy, both in terms of trade, investment and tourism. In Indonesia, the spread of this virus began on March 2, 2020, many sectors of the economy were affected by this pandemic. Thousands of companies were forced to temporarily close to limit the spread of the virus, resulting in reduced levels of activity in the arts, entertainment and recreation, as well as in real estate agencies and IT companies, however, there are some sectors of the economy that are still able to survive. If we compare it in the gold trading sector, the data shows a large increase in the estimated price for 2020 ytd of US $ 1,830 / troys ounce, even the prediction of the average price in 2021 also shows a constant increasing number. This is what has made the gold business popular because many people consider the price of gold to be more stable during this pandemic. Now the government is trying to open several business sectors and continues to encourage SMEs to carry out online activities, but still in the regions and gradually increase tax revenue. In order to maintain business continuity that saves the national economy, the government has implemented various socio-economic policy programs, including incentive policies and tax facilities that can be utilized by taxpayers. The government has also provided a policy on interest rates and airplane ticket prices so that people are still interested in visiting several discount cities for tourist destinations due to the existence of Covid-19 which has greatly impacted the tourism sector. The crisis due to Covid-19 is currently occurring simultaneously, so that the impact is felt by vulnerable groups who are getting worse, including business groups that need mass crowds, groups of casual daily workers, street vendors, workers affected by layoffs, farmers, the community poor, and so on.

Indonesia is a country ranked fourth as the most populous country in the world, so it's no wonder there are many socio-economic problems. Development has several indicators, namely social conditions and economic conditions related to SDGs 3, 4, 8, 9 and 11 goals, where the goal to be achieved is to see which areas have optimal economic growth values. To encourage the achievement of SDGs in Indonesia, social conditions and economic conditions have a role to play in supporting economic growth. Economic growth in this study is described by the GRDP, namely the GRDP describes the total gross added value of each economic sector. By using a sustainability analysis technique, namely Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) using Tosmana software. Using the year of research in 2020 and research objects in 34 provinces. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the regions with optimal economic growth from social and economic conditions were North Sulawesi, Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, Lampung, West Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, Bali, Kep. Riau, Central Java, East Java and West Java. The relationship between socio-economic conditions on economic growth is expected to provide an increase in economic growth and see what programs have been successfully implemented that can have a positive influence on social and economic conditions.

This community service activity is intended to provide more knowledge to the residents of Bojongcae- Lebak Regency, especially for parents, and children and teenagers who relied on manual and limited teaching material for education with increasing the ability of partner groups in the world of education. The partner groups in this study are housewives who are members of the PKK group, and teenagers who have the ability to speak English better than housewives and other teenagers.The material provided in this community service program is internet based using social media instragram with the account name "ayokita.belajar". The material chosen by the service team are learning of English language and learning of skills related to daily needs, the selection of material and social media was agreed by the partner group, with this activity the partner group is expected to be able to provide teaching materials more creative, innovative and easily understood. Moreover, addition of knowledge about study by e-learning is expected that the process of providing subject matter can be more modern and follow more sophisticated technological developments. The result of this community service activity is that partner groups can create a training or learning activity with English-language material and training videos to improve their daily skills. To measure the quality of human capital, The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) introduced the concept of human resource capital quality, named the Human Development Index (HDI). HDI is based on three dimensions i.e.: life expectancy at birth, literacy rate, mean years of schooling, and purchasing power parity. In this study raised the issue of the high illiteracy rate in Cibadak, Banten Province and the low expectation for old school. The situation will certainly be a barrier to the development process and economic growth through the human development index. The results showed that factors that could cause low educational status and illiteracy were grouped by researchers in research indicator variables, namely education, family, external environment, and information factors. The local government must pay more attention to this situation, because human resources are the driving wheel of the economy. The people really need care like reading and writing training assistance from the local government.
