The aim of the study is to analyse the advocate’s letter of enquiry as a means of obtaining information by advocates to carry out their professional activity in the conditions of military operations. Attention is drawn to a number of issues that complicate the process of submitting advocate’s letter of enquiry and the proper use of this mechanism and procedure by an advocate, namely, during the deployment of military operations. Ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement opens up new prospects not only for Ukrainian and European producers, but also provides for interesting objectives for advocates to consult the private sector in the process of building new markets. In this article, we propose to make a comparison and consider the issue of access to the advocate’s letter of enquiry of Ukrainian and Polish specialists during the protracted hostilities. As a result of the research, problems were identified and proposals were made for a simplified procedure for submitting an advocate’s letter of enquiry as a means of legal communication in the field of advocacy as a necessary condition for the period of military operations. El objetivo del estudio es analizar la carta consulta del abogado como medio de obtención de información por parte de los abogados para el ejercicio de su actividad profesional en condiciones de operaciones militares. Se llama la atención sobre una serie de cuestiones que complican el proceso de presentación de la carta de consulta del abogado y el uso adecuado de este mecanismo y procedimiento por parte de un abogado, a saber, durante el despliegue de operaciones militares. La ratificación del Acuerdo de Asociación UE-Ucrania abre nuevas perspectivas no solo para los productores ucranianos y europeos, sino que también proporciona objetivos interesantes para que los defensores consulten al sector privado en el proceso de construcción de nuevos mercados. In the work the authors provides a statistical analysis of the problem, considers possible measures for the prevention and correction of cyber addictions among the younger generation. Proposed: a scheme of interaction in the formation of media culture; a preventive cyber addiction prophylaxis scheme; a number of practical recommendations on the peculiarities of socialization of adolescents with cyber-addiction are described; the basic principles of working with cyber-addicts are highlighted. It is emphasized that the ways of overcoming cyber-addictions should have a socio-psychological direction aimed at: correction of behavioral deficiencies; changing the life program so that a person has the opportunity to satisfy his needs focusing not on the virtual environment, but on the surrounding reality; developing the ability to establish constructive relationships with people around; displacing being in cyberspace from leading activities; normalization of emotional response to difficult life situations.
In the study, the authors determined psychometric markers of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in combatants. The study was conducted during 2016—2018, 150 military personnel were examined. The sample was formed by the criterion of the PTSD presence/absence in combatants. Two groups of comparison were formed: the group 1 consisted of 93 persons with diagnosis of PTSD (F43.1) according to the ICD-10 criteria; the group 2 consisted of 57 conditionally healthy persons (without signs of PTSD). All the examined persons were men, their average age was 33.71 ± 1.34 years old. They were mainly sergeants and privates of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), who served under the contract, the average duration of their participation in military actions was 214.7 ± 41.55 days. Research methods: clinical-psychopathological, clinical-anamnestic, psychodiagnostics ones: Mississippian Scale of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (military version) (T. M. Keane et al., 1987); Questionnaire for the Severity of Psychopathological Symptoms (SCL- 90-R) (L. R. Derogatis et al., 1977, adapted by V. Starcevic et al., 2000); Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) (A. S. Zigmond, R. P. Snaith, 1983); The Scale of the Clinical Assessment of the Severity of Violations by Y. I. Levin (1995). The results of the investigation expanded the information on the mental status of the AFU combatants who took part in the military actions in the East of Ukraine, by means of quantified assessment of PTSD symptoms. An important component of the rehabilitation of combatants with PTSD is the establishment of an appropriate therapeutic environment the against patient-based approach in order to potentiate the psychological, psychotherapeutic work aimed at restoring the interrelations of combatants at the level of micro- and macroenvironment.
