The huge development of the Internet, the increasing number of users, low cost Internet access and cutting-edge connection technology equipment are forcing companies to adapt rapidly to ecommerce, and thus change the classic logistics process, including changes for logistics functions. Moreover, tourism companies feel this dynamic market and its flexibility, primarily due to the supply chain actors of touristic products -the tourists -who adapted themselves quickly to the new technological offers and already mastered web interfaces specialized in selecting and delivering travel packages. Moreover, their feedback is often instantly. Barely arrived at the destination they point out their opinions, send pictures in social networks, based on their own logistic type they have developed themselves. It is clear that tourism companies have to adapt to e-logistics, since they operate beyond tourism products themselves, primarily with informational products. A tour operator can develop destinations that can be managed in a stock that can be called informational stock. With this virtual component touristic product can be changed quickly depending on the feedback that requires this. Differentiation that occurs between e-touristic products stocks, informational stocks and classic tour packages stocks is required by their special cost management and their ability to change and adapt faster to the market. E-logistics required to adapt the supply chain process to the informational chain that leaves the point of origin and reach the end point to meet such customer requirements in this new medium of the Internet where the space or time notions have a new understanding and lose their normal dimension.
Under the conditions of the current economic-social development within the industrial company’s management, there occurs a new function, that of logistics, which has a decisive influence on the company’s other functions. Thus, the industrial company’s logistics is systematically approached, emphasising its elements, namely: production logistics, commercial logistics, operational logistics, sales support logistics, pilotage logistics. In the industrial company’s organisational structure, logistics has an independent position, and the implementation of any logistical study within the company incurs costs related to the supply transportation, related to the distribution, related to the operation of warehouses, etc. These costs can be deemed as being total costs that depend on the total quantity that is subject to the logistical process. Any activity of logistics within the company can be analysed by means of a questionnaire called Logitest. The absence of the activity of logistics within the company or an inappropriate activity of logistics may lead to the occurrence of a logistic drama—the Logidram that emphasises the client-supplier conflict, the conflicts inside the company, the conflicts with the logistic operators, etc.
The study highlights some communication instances of actual approach of human society evolution in contrast with traditional communication. During the history of communication dates back to prehistory, with significant changes in communication technologies (media and appropriate inscription tools) evolving in tandem with shifts in political and economic systems, and by extension, systems of power (Innis, 1951), communication can range from very subtle processes of exchange, to full conversations and mass communication. Human communication was revolutionized with speech approximately 100,000 years ago, Symbols were developed about 30,000 years ago ( Diringer, 1982) and writing about 5000 years ago, with Aristotle defining first some metrics of communication, remarcable philosophers as Kant, Hegel, Witgestein, Haidegger, Gadamer developing basics of communication, then in XXth century, communication being defined as science, involving all sciences, whole world, because in fact "It is impossible not to communicate" (first axiom of communication). This evolution passed from simple messages, speeches, poems, novels to sophisticated discourses, reducing time response, emphasizing part of messaging, enlarging participation, media involving, persuasion techniques, sound and image in message, all of these convey to viral communication.
