The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of value barriers, risk barriers, image barriers, cost barriers and usage barriers on the use of mobile banking in millennial generation customers. This research used a quantitative approach and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling which conducts research on a group of subjects with certain characteristics or is considered closely related to previously known population characteristics. This research was conducted by distributing 140 online questionnaires to mobile banking users and there were 110 questionnaires that were reversed and processed. Sampling methods use snowball sampling. The results indicate that there was a positive but not significant effect between risk barriers and mobile banking adoption intentions. However, there was a negative influence between image barriers and mobile banking adoption intentions. Moreover, there was a positive influence between perceived cost barriers and mobile banking adoption intentions, there was a positive influence between the barriers to use and mobile banking adoption the intention to adopt. Finally, there was a significant influence between value barriers and mobile banking adoption intentions.
This research iams to know the effect of Product Quality to interest of repurchasing wardah lipstick of economics faculty students of tadulako university. The research method used in this research is descriptive causal.. The population in this research is student female use Brand Wardah Lipstick at Tadulako University of Palu. Sampling technique using Snowball, with the samples of 60 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires. The method of analysis using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that product quality variables significantly influence the interest in buying back Lipstick Wardah brand on student Tadulako University Palu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Lipstik Merek Wardah pada Mahasiswi Universitas Tadulako Palu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dikhususkan pada mahasiswi pengguna Lipstik Merek Wardah di Universitas Tadulako Palu. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Snowball, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh secara signifikansi terhadap minat beli ulang Lipstik merek Wardah pada mahasiswi Universitas Tadulako Palu.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality consisting of Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Guarantee to patient satisfaction In Morowali District Hospital Central Bungku. The problem in this research is whether the service quality consisting of Physical Evidence, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Guaranteed simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on patient satisfaction In Morowali District Hospital of central Bungku. Based on that opinion, the sample size is 15 (5 1) 15 (6) 90. To prove the hypothesis, the research use multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study found that simultaneously the quality of service significantly influence patient satisfaction In Morowali District Hospital Central Bungku. This means that the variables of Physical Evidence, Empathy, reliability, partially significant effect on patient satisfaction variable, name Response Power and Assurance partially have no significant effect on patient satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri atas Bukti Fisik, Empati, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap dan Jaminan terhadap kepuasan pasien Di RSUD Morowali Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kulitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari Bukti Fisik, Empati, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap dan Jaminan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien Di RSUD Morowali Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Berdasarkan pendapat tersebut maka besar sampel adalah 15 (5+1) 15 (6) 90. Untuk membuktikan Hipotesis tersebut, penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa secara simultan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien Di RSUD Morowali Kecamatan Bungku Tengah. Artinya variabel Bukti Fisik, Empati, kehandalan, secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien, namaun Daya Tanggap dan Jaminan secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien.
