Ilmu informasi teknologi dan komputer adalah salah satu ilmu yang banyak digunakan diberbagai bidang kehidupan, salah satunya adalah penggunaan Ilmu teknologi komputer untuk mempermudah pekerjaan perangkat desa. Akan tetapi bagi seorang perangkat desa, pekerjaan itu tidak lah mudah. Salah satu kendalanya adalah minimnya kemampuan perangkat desa untuk memahami teknologi yang ada, sehingga mereka memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan administrasi. Keadaan yang serupa terdapat pada perangkat desa Tan Saril Kecamatan Bebesen Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Oleh sebab itu solusi yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) Adalah mengadakan suatu pelatihan ilmu teknologi terkait pekerjaan administratif. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini telah dilakukan sesi pemaparan materi baik secara teori maupun aplikasi pada software. Anggota yang hadir sebanyak 15 orang. Pada akhir kegiatan pelatihan telah dibentuk beberapa kelompok kecil yang terdiri dari 3-4 orang untuk mengerjakaan latihan berupa pembuatan surat dan pembuatan banner. Hasil dari latihan tersebut akan dinilai baik dari sisi output maupun prosesnya. Seperti membuat surat dan membuat banner. Dari segi kriteria output, dinilai berdasarkan pemahaman 4 kelompok, dimana telah terpenuhi dengan kriteria nilai 80% tuntas. Sedangkan dari segi proses, respon yang diberikan oleh seluruh peserta juga sangat positf. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan telah berhasil dari sisi proses dan output. Disease is one of the factors that reduce the population of horses in Indonesia, in general, disease is a health problem. (T et al., 2015) In terms of origin, diseases can be grouped into two categories, namely diseases caused by infection and diseases caused by non-infection. Non-infectious diseases are diseases caused by the state of the body itself, such as allergies. and hormonal imbalance. The analytical method in this study uses the Certainty Factor (CF) method with several stages, namely data collection, problem identification, system design, system analysis, system implementation, and testing. Forward chaining reasoning technique which begins with the process of data collection and diagnostic facts. (Khoirul et al., 2021) forward chaining is carried out by using existing facts to draw conclusions, each fact will produce a conclusion in the form of a diagnosis and the process of indicating a measure of certainty against a fact or rule. The results of the study found that the results of collecting disease data, symptoms and rule bases obtained from an expert, can be made a disease rule chart, several symptoms of one type of disease and several symptoms with several diseases. Targeted outputs: Compulsory outputs are Monograph Books with ISBN with the title Application of Certainty Factor to detect racehorse disease (Case Study: Central Aceh Regency) and additional outputs of the Sinta 3 Accredited National journal.

The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method is suitable for the decision making process because it can determine scores for each different criteria, then proceed with the best alternative selection process. In the SPK (decision support system) is used web-based that can be accessed anytime, anywhere. So that at school, high school students (high school) can access the system through the school's computer. Requirements analysis is divided into 2 types, namely functional requirements (Functional Requirements) are types of requirements that contain the processes that will be carried out by the system and non-functional requirements (Non Functional Requirements) are types of requirements that contain behavioral properties owned by the system. Criteria for test results is a requirement for decision makers in determining the selection of study programs in Higher Education, based on the DAT test, the results of which are divided into 3 criteria, namely verbal ability, numerical ability, and spatial ability. Of the 100% accuracy of the results on the system using the AHP method in this system only results in 75% of the accuracy of the results.
