In the industrial pig farm for 26 thousand heads, the analysis of the influence of a forage factor on bacteria carriers of a uterine pig population in connection with mass morbidity of dairy piglets on anaerobic enterotoxemia is carried out. Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia, Pasteurella multocida, Clostridium perfringens, Neisseria spp., Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger which are able to form biofilms, were isolated from five samples of “SK-1” compound feed for pregnant sows and from the blood of animals (n=20) fed with this compound feed. The structural basis of the most stable biofilms in vitro were the aerobic fungi Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans. Biofilm-forming variants of these bacteria showed multidrug resistance to 30 antimicrobial drugs (synthetic penicillins, cephalosporins, fluoroquinolones, aminoglycosides, tetracyclines, combination drugs). Isolates of associative microflora isolated from the blood of sows were pathogenic for 30% of laboratory mice. It was found that probiotic agent No1 (composition based on Bischofite with probiotics) showed the universal bactericidal activity against the bacteria Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia, Pasteurella multocida, Clostridium perfringens, Neisseria spp.
The article analyses structural and morphological changes of endometrium related to ovary cycle and condition of genital function of cows. It has been determined that during estrus, we find high functional activity, activation of physiological secretion processes, intensification of protein lipid metabolism. Endometrium of proesrtrus shows activation of regenerative processes accompanied with development of connective endometrium matrix. Such condition characterized by accumulation glycosaminglycans and increase the reactive activity of acid proteinglycans of deep phase of fibrous matrix proteins. Endometrium of cows during metestrus is charachterized by simultaneous dystrophic degenerative changes caused by hormone-dependent cell desquamation, and cell proliferation initiation. In postmorbid condition endometrium shows differentiation of stroma cells, vessel territories and uterine glands, reduction of proliferation processes, depression of regenerative ability and neoangenogenesis.
Comparative estimation of the periods sexual cycle under futile inseminations cortex and heifers sexual mature age in facilities Sumy region. The profitability of dairy farming in the farms of Sumy region will remain an unresolved issue to this day, as the indicators of reproductive capacity of breeding cows and repair heifers need analysis and correction. Inadequate feeding and inadequate care of pregnant cows and parturients are often added to this. As a consequence of the above - the reproductive capacity inherent in this species of animals is not fully realized, most cows remain infertile, and farms are short of calves and milk. The percentage of barren animals can be calculated only at the end of the calendar year, taking into account the data of statistical reporting, while infertility must be fought daily. Detection of infertile animals is effective only in the case of regular obstetric and gynecological medical examinations on the farm. It is during this time that experts find out the causes and calculate the percentage of the main components of infertility, which includes anaphrodisia. The article presents the results of the study of the main folds of anaphrodisia of cows and repair heifers of the experimental farm of Sumy region. The results of obstetric and gynecological examination, indicators of reproductive capacity of cows and heifers of mating age, reflect the basis of technology used in the economy, the intensity of use of breeding stock, as well as determine the economic feasibility of livestock in general. The main indicators of reproductive capacity of cows in the conditions of livestock farms are: indicators of inseminations, fertility, number of hotels, indicators of fruitless inseminations, and also duration of the service period The aim of the research was to study and analyze the components of anaphrodisia of cows and repair heifers of the farm during the experimental years. The results obtained will be a criterion for assessing the state of reproductive function of the uterine population of cattle. The research was conducted at Kosivshchynska Agricultural Company, Sumy District, Sumy Region, on Holstein-Friesian cows during 2019-2020. The main indicators of reproduction of uterine cattle were studied on the basis of annual reports. The obtained digital material was processed by methods of variation statistics using Student's parametric t-test. It was found that a significant percentage of culled animals occurred due to functional disorders of reproductive ability, namely due to repeated and ineffective inseminations. It was found that in 2019, 19.3% showed a sexual cycle after calving in less than 30 days, in 2020 - 18.9%, in 31-60 days in 2019 - 27%, in 2020 - 26%, in 61 -90 days in 2020 - 52.7%, in 2019 - 51.8%, for 91-120 days in 2019 - 22.1%, in 2020 - 23.5%. There is a steady growth of the service period, which worsens the performance of the experimental economy. It was found that the largest percentage of culled cows and repair heifers were animals with anaphrodisia: in 2019 33.7% of the total number of culled animals, in 2020 - 51.10%. The number of inseminations during the experimental years decreased, and the insemination index increased : in 2019 it was equal to 60, and in 2020 -80. Studies in this area highlight the problem of infertility in cattle, which encourages the study of this issue, and the search for ways to solve this problem.
Дослідженнями доведена роль сироватки кордової крові та препарату «Актовегін» в процесах відновлення постморбідного ендометрія за рахунок вмісту репродуктивних гормонів, цитокінів, проферментів, ферментів, рецепторів, адаптогенів, факторів росту, імунорегуляторних агентів, транспортних білків та інших мультипотентних компонентів. Вищезгаданий ефект від застосування кріоконсервованої сироватки кордової крові досягається й при тривалому її зберіганні: -18-20◦С, оскільки низька температура забезпечує збереження біологічно-активних сполук в нативному стані й фізіологічних співвідношеннях. Досліджено дію сироватки кордової крові та препарату «Актовегін» на процес ремодуляції морфо-функціональних властивостей ендометрію за постморбідного стану за рахунок нейротрофічного впливу, модуляції та корекції процесів неоангіогенезу й інгібуванні тканин ендометрію. Результати досліджень показали, що достовірно меншою на 14,4 % (р<0,001) порівняно з показником групи тварин де препарати не вводились, була кількість днів від корекції відтворної функції до прояву стадії збудження при застосуванні 10 мл. сироватки КК з актовегіном (3,86±0,36 та 14,38±2,1, відповідно). Кількість корів що отелилися після застосуванні 10 мл. сироватки КК п/ш з актовегіном 10мл (400 мг) в/м (93,75%) була більшою на 53.3% порівняно з тваринами де очікувався спонтанний прояв охоти. Таким чином, застосування сироватки кордової крові та поєднане застосування сироватки КК і препарату «Актовегін» дозволяє відновити морфологічну структуру ендометрія та відновити баланс між факторами активаторами та інгібіторами ангіогенезу, що обумовлює оптимальні умови для формування материнської частини плаценти.
The results of the study of the effect of cord blood serum and “Actovegin” (Takeda, Ukraine) on the reproductive function of cows in a comparative aspect are presented. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of cord blood serum and Actovegin on the reproductive function of uterine cows in a comparative aspect. Materials and methods. The research was conducted during 2017-2020 in four dairy farms of Sumy region with tethered and untied maintenance. In 128 cows of different breeds and productivity, the timing of sexual cycling was studied and analyzed in comparison with the spontaneous sexual cycle with the use of cord blood serum and the drug "Actovegin" (Takeda, Ukraine). Results. It was found that in cows with tethered content, the number of days from the introduction of 15 ml of cord blood serum to the manifestation of the excitation stage was significantly less compared to the spontaneous manifestation of sexual desire (5.63±0.36 and 14.38±2.1, respectively). When cows with loose content were administered 10 ml of cord blood serum in combination with the drug "Actovegin", the number of days before the manifestation of sexual cycling was lower by 18.3 % compared with the rate of spontaneous sexual desire (4.31±0.38 and 18.25±1.89, respectively). Conclusions. As a result of using 10 ml of cord blood serum in combination with the drug "Actovegin", in cows of different productivity and under different housing conditions, the number of days before the onset of the stage of arousal is significantly reduced compared to the spontaneous manifestation of sexual desire. Cows of different productivity and with different housing conditions come to the sexual desire significantly faster with the use of 15 ml of cord blood serum compared to the spontaneous manifestation of sexual desire.
