In the paper the concept MONEY is considered to be one in a special class of concepts which we propose to call prothteconomic concepts, as they combine prothtologic (everyday) and academic (economic) elements. The prothtologic element of the concept reveals itself in the common national collective conscience, while the academic component manifests itself in the scientific conscience. The vocabulary used by the common national collective conscience describes the concept under study with different semantic attributes. Proverbs as parameological units fully illustrate the way the common national collective conscience expresses ideas and phenomena. The scientific conscience deals with terminological word stock. The comparison of the prothtologic components of the concept with the economic ones finds out coincidence in the plane of contents. As regards the plane of expression, it differs in a considerable number of instances. So the common national collective conscience has worked out its folk economics which has much in common with scientific economics and is stored in proverbs.
The article is devoted to the study of perspectives of creating innovational network of transnational cluster initiatives for provision of economic security of modern economic systems. The authors determine the notion of transnational cluster initiatives and allocate their peculiar features as compared to traditional clusters. The authors analyze statistical information about economic security of developed and developing countries of the world and build a model of economic security of modern economic system before and after creation of innovational network of transnational cluster initiatives. The advantage of forming transnational clusters for national economy consists in expansion of international innovational and technological cooperation and use of world practice of commercialization of technologies which covers the whole innovational cyclefrom fundamental research to realization of final products in the world market, including marketing of science-intensive goods and services.
The paper reveals the future teachers’ attitude towards freedom and responsibility in the context of sustainable development of education. Sustainable development seems to be impossible without the new generation of free, dignified, respectful, and responsible individuals. Freedom and responsibility are outlined from a pedagogical point of view. The concepts under study are considered to be of great significance for child’s development. The information obtained during the survey and questionnaire conducted with first-year students of the pedagogical university indicates that future teachers do not yet have sufficient experience to correlate adequately the possibility of revealing school students’ freedom and the need to be in charge of the behavior, actions and thoughts of their own. University students believe that school students generally take responsibility for completing individual assignments rather than common ones. Future teachers do not think that school students’ attitude towards education is responsible and trustworthy, would-be teachers doubt that school students are able to manifest freedom and responsibility to full extent. The empirical data drive to the conclusion that it is necessary to change future teachers’ attitude towards freedom and responsibility in their pedagogical activities. Future teachers are advised to change their attitude to freedom and responsibility in their activities.
В статье рассматриваются вопросы поиска и реализации подходов в организации лингвистического образовательного процесса, которые обеспечивали бы студенту условия для его успешной профессиональной адаптации в современном полиязычном обществе. Автор анализируют основные характеристики поликультурного пространства, выделяют политику полиязычия как одну из важных проблем государств, на территории которых проживают различные языковые общности, выявляют необходимость дополнения функций российской высшей школы консолидирующей функцией, способствующей взаимодействию культур в общем содержании образования. В статье приведены результаты социально-педагогического исследования методических компонентов профессиональной языковой подготовки студентов с учетом региональной составляющей, проанализированы национальный состав обучающихся и их готовность к профессиональной деятельности в условиях многонационального региона, изучены предложенные изменения в рабочих программах дисциплин учебного плана для актуализации полиязычного, поликультурного компонента в процессе обучения в университете, определены ценностные приоритеты обновления высшего образования в полиязычном контексте. На основании проведенного анкетирования автор выделил методические приоритеты построения региональной модели лингвистического образования в полиязыковом Оренбуржье: учет регионального компонента при формировании перечня профессиональных компетенций бакалавров; создание методического обеспечения учебного процесса, обязательной составной частью которого выступает региональный компонент образования; активизация внеаудиторной самостоятельной работы студентов, предусматривающей взаимодействие национальных обществ с образовательными учреждениями Оренбурга и области в рамках часов, отводимых на производственные практики; активизация проведения научно-обоснованных мероприятий, направленных на подготовку студентов к профессиональной деятельности с учётом социально-экономической ситуации на рынке труда, а также с учетом национально-культурной специфики населения Оренбургского региона.
