299The starting point for this research is the authors' hypothesis that global innovational networks play an important role in the development of the modern global economy because they stimulate international cooperation in the innovational sphere, the translation of knowledge in the global economic system, and general scientific and technological development and production development.The purpose of this article is to verify this hypothesis, conduct a complex study on the phenomenon of global innovational networks, and determine their purpose and role in the development of the modern global economy. The methodological basis of this research is founded on the logical modeling of economic systems and methods of structural and functional, systemic, and problem analysis.In the process of the research, the authors studied examples of global innovational networks created based on modern Europe that include countries from all over the world, namely, Horizon 2020, ERA.Net RUS, and Eurocores (European Collaboration Research). The authors also conducted complex analysis of statistical information on various global innovational networks, the dynamics of the quantity of innovational projects, realized participation in global innovational networks, and the significance of the global innovational indexes of countries of Western Europe (Great Britain, Germany, France, and Italy), Central and Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, and Latvia) and Russia in [2005][2006][2007][2008][2009][2010][2011][2012][2013][2014].The authors provide a sense of global innovational networks, including their peculiarities and advantages; build a structural and logical model of the global market of innovations; and determine the role of global innovational networks in the development of the modern global economy. Vizja Press&IT www.ce.vizja.pl 323The purpose of the article is to identify and analyze scenarios of business development in the agricultural machinery market under conditions of international trade integration using the case of present-day Russia and to determine the need for state support for domestic production. As a methodological provision, we use the scenario analysis method adapted by the authors for the determination and analysis of possible scenarios of business development in the agricultural machinery market under conditions of international trade integration. From the research results, the authors conclude that the Russian agricultural machinery market develops dynamically under the influence of multiple favorable factors and positive tendencies, which include a population' s income growth, increases in crop areas of farm crops, and state agricultural machinery modernization programs, among other. In view of recent events in the currency market, Russian manufacturers of agricultural machinery are presented with better opportunities to export their products. The performed analysis of features of the Russian agricultural machinery market under conditions of international trade integration shows that increased demand and market prices are probable and that this could lead to enterprise income growth. From our scenario analysis of business development in the agricultural machinery market under conditions of international trade integration, we identify the absence of an urgent need for state interference in market processes in the Russian market for agricultural machinery in the next five years. The article describes a method developed for determining the degree of damage to wheat grain caused by smut fungi, which makes it possible to determine its non-toxic level, to increase the measurement accuracy and reliability of the results obtained, to ensure ease of processing the results, to prevent further spoilage of wheat grain and ensure its safety without deterioration in quality. Since smut reduces yield and quality of grain and grain products, improving the sanitary condition of grain raw materials is an urgent problem. It was found that the developed method can significantly reduce the cost of the analysis (by 300-320 rubles), reduce the time for the analysis by 20-25 minutes, and reduce the measurement error from 15% to 10%.
