Pet owners, especially those often in contact with cats, are susceptible to Toxoplasma gondii infection. Personal hygiene is a control for various kinds of disease, one of which is Toxoplasmosis. The aim of this research was to analyze correlation between cat exposure and personal hygiene habits which consist of handwashing, using personal protective equipment and cleaning residents with toxoplasmosis. This research used cross sectional design with a sample size of 19 respondents, which was determined according to the simple random sampling technique. The research was done on the "Bungkul Cat Lovers" cat owners community 2018 in Surabaya. Data were analyzed using Fisher's exact test. Data were collected through Anti-Toxoplasma IgG and IgM Immunoglobulins laboratory tests, interviews, questionnaires and observations. Serologic test results showed that positive Anti-Toxoplasma IgMs were 0% and positive Anti-Toxoplasma IgGs were 31,4%. The result showed that there was a correlation between personal hygiene habits which consist of handwashing (p=0,041<0,05), using personal protective equipment (p=0,044<0,05) and cleaning residents with Toxoplasmosis (p=0,018<0,05). The conclusion of this research is that personal hygiene holds an important role in Toxoplasmosis.
This study aims to optimize health leadership in preventing Covid-19 from an early age in the village. The author believes that health status is determined by treatment; prevention can be more effective and efficient. We collect public health literature from many databases of public health publications. We start from the journal Esavier, Medpub, Google Book, and several websites that discuss public health issues at home and abroad. We are targeting based data published in the last ten years to find the latest data and validity. The research involves a data coding system, high evaluation, and conclusion drawing in order to be able to answer research questions with high reliability. We conclude that health leadership is characteristic of how medical roles lead people to health. Value health and maintain it until community members find physical and mental health. The medical team minimizes stress by communicating openly and creating a healthy and safe environment for its citizens' creative thinking and expression. These results are helpful for the development of literature and public health applications.
Internships are one of the efforts of the Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) to encourage employees to observe various dynamics of actual conditions and make multiple adjustments to take proactive steps to support the national industry. Cultural differences in the two types of institutions can be obstacles that cause uncertainty and anxiety. This study aims to determine the communication accommodation made by interns and the barriers experienced in the communication accommodation process. This study employed Communication Accommodation Theory (CAT) which refers to the four stages of the Giles model and Anxiety Uncertainty Management (AUM). It used is a qualitative interpretive approach with a case study method and data collection techniques with in-depth interviews. The study found that the interns accommodated convergence, divergence, and a little excessive accommodation to adjust their communication style to PT X employees. Communication accommodation aims at the intercultural adjustment process to form a mutual understanding between the individuals involved, create a feeling of comfort, lower communication barriers, and reduce uncertainty in interacting to achieve effective communication.
Sea transportation experiences risks and material loss in its operation. The most significant risks include damage to the vessel and sea pollution due to ship collisions and accidents. The carrier should prioritize the risks. When the underwriter does not cover the risk, the shipowner should establish an association covering the loss among the members to the extent the underwriter does not cover it. This study will examine the importance of the Rule to P&I Clubs and its impact on Indonesian carriers and will also find the differences between P&I Club and Insurance. The research adopts Library Resarch Method, dogmatic legal approach, a descriptive and analytical nature. Due to the method, the following sources have been used: Convention law, domestic legislation, case law, legal textbooks, journal articles, P&I Club Rules, preparatory works, and websites of international organizations and law firms. P&I CLUB covers many accidents which are not covered by any marine insurance. In pollution accidents, P&I covers every detail of the impact of pollution. The difference between P&I Club with marine loss insurance, in general, is that P&I Club covers the loss/damage more extensively, which is not covered by any marine insurance.
