Introduction. Under the crisis circumstances in the economy an important task for enterprises is to consolidate and sometimes expand their position in the market. In this context, it is important to analyze the indicators of resource use, that allow to assess their use level and identify areas to help improve their efficiency. Methods. The theoretical basis of the study is the scientific publications of domestic and foreign scholars to assess the effectiveness of the enterprise resources usage. The results are obtained through the methods: analysis – in the study of basic theoretical, methodological approaches to assessing the efficiency of resource use; abstraction – to determine the essential characteristics of the key indicators of resource efficiency; generalization – to systematize indicators for the efficiency assessment of enterprise resources use. The purpose is to search the directions to increase the efficiency of resources use in the conditions of an enterprise economic activity on the basis of the recent methodical achievements. Results. A thorough analysis of indicators for assessing the enterprise resources effectiveness on the basis of domestic and foreign scientists study is realized. It is proposed to systematize the most common indicators in order to assess the enterprise resources efficiency in quantitative terms into three groups: relative indicators of business activity (turnover ratios), indicators of resource management efficiency (turnover duration) and indicators of company assets efficiency for profit generation (profitability). An improved system of indicators has been applied to assess the resource use efficiency in the conditions of a real enterprise. Perspectives. Prospects for further research are to establish the degree of efficiency influence of enterprise resources use on the profit level with the mathematical models.
The article investigates the features of installation and construction risks insurance. It is found that relations in the field of insurance in Ukraine are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Insurance", but this regulatory act does not contain special provisions for construction insurance. It is emphasized that insurance in the field of construction includes a set of risks related to several branches of insurance. Objects of installation and construction risks insurance by relevant branches of insurance are identified. The types of insurance programmes in construction developed by world practice are systematized. Analysis of information from the websites of insurance companies operating in the insurance market of Ukraine and providing insurance services for construction risk insurance has led to the conclusion that currently in Ukraine, technical risk insurance is mostly carried out as property interest insurance during construction or installation work, or as the third-party liability insurance. In addition, the websites of most insurance companies provide only a list of objects and risks that are subject to installation and construction risks insurance. In some cases, this list is not specified and is represented by generalized wording (for example, IC ASKA). The analysis also has shown that indicative information on the level of insurance rates can be obtained only on the websites of 5 insurance companies out of 10 considered. Accordingly, conclusions are made about the state of development of risks insurance in the construction industry on the basis of the results obtained. In Ukraine in terms of installation and construction risks insurance, insurance companies provide insurance coverage of individual risks, not all risks (CAR), which may occur on the construction site, in contrast to world practice. Most companies provide construction risks insurance according to the rules of fire insurance. In addition, insurers' risks increase due to the low level of responsibility of developers to investors. Neither the legislation nor the terms of the contracts prevailing on the market require a higher level of responsibility. The construction industry in our country is developing dynamically, so there is a need for the improvement of construction and installation risk insurance. Nowadays, installation and construction risks insurance in our country is available only to large professional insurers who have reinsurance contracts with foreign reinsurers.

Вдосконалення моделі прогнозування прибутку банку з використанням кореляційно-регресійного аналізу. У статті проаналізовані сучасні наукові публікації стосовно основних методичних підходів до аналізу фінансових результатів діяльності банку. Зазначено, що ключовою складовою частиною аналізу фінансових результатів діяльності банку є факторний аналіз. Визначено, що сучасні дослідники в своїх наукових публікаціях для проведення факторного аналізу прибутку банку застосовують різноманітні факторні моделі. Акцентовано, що завдання визначення ступеня впливу факторів на прибуток банку може бути вирішене за допомогою багатофакторних кореляційно-регресійних моделей. Обґрунтовано та використано масив даних із фінансової звітності банку для розрахунку коефіцієнтів регресії та побудови регресійної залежності прибутку від факторів. Аргументовано та запропоновано вдосконалити найпоширенішу факторну модель та врахувати в ній, зокрема, операційні доходи та операційні витрати банку. The article examines the nature and role of communications in insurance management, which is not sufficiently covered in existing research. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the issues concerning the management of communications in the process of concluding, supporting the insurance contract, as well as in the process of work of the insurance company with the complaints of policyholders have not been studied enough. It is revealed that information, communications, together with tools to ensure their effective use, is part of the infrastructure of the insurance company management. Types of communication of insurance companies are studied. The authors distinguish two sub-processes of the communication process: the first involves the impact on target and other audiences of potential future consumers; the second sub-process helps to get feedback on the reaction of these audiences and convey their impressions to the insurance company. Both sub-processes are equally important, their unity and efficiency create a communication system of the insurance company. As a result of the analysis of available research, the authors have identified three stages of communication interaction of the insurance company with policyholders: the stage of attracting potential policyholders; the stage of communication interaction of the insurance company and the policyholder in the process of concluding and maintaining the insurance contract; stage of communication interaction of the insurance company and the policyholder in the process of working with complaints. The article considers the stages of communication interaction of the insurance company with policyholders the most significant subject of the external environment in terms of achieving the company’s goal. The authors note that at the first stage, insurance companies use traditional and non-traditional tools of marketing technologies as communication tools. In the second stage, communications take place during the sale of the insurance product (which is implemented in the following sequence: establishing contact with the client; forming the policyholder’s belief in the need to purchase insurance; registration of the insurance contract) and subsequent support of the insurance contract. At the stage of communication interaction between the insurance company and the policyholder in the process of dealing with complaints, mainly digital communication tools are used. As a result of the study, the authors have made the following conclusions: the available scientific publications do not pay enough attention to the nature and role of communications in insurance management, and there is no systematization of tools at each stage of communication interaction with insurance companies.
