Purpose: study of legal aspects of public financial activity in Ukraine by international financial organizations, analysis of their legal status, as well as their impact on the revenues of the general fund of the State Budget of Ukraine. Methods: general scientific and special legal methods were used in the work. Results: it was concluded that Ukraine’s cooperation with international financial organizations contributes to the improvement of the economic situation in the country and opens opportunities for attracting international financial resources aimed at implementing priority projects for the development of our country. Discussion: searching for ways to overcome existing problems in Ukraine’s cooperation with international financial organizations.

Мета: дослідити проблемні питання правового регулювання певних економічних нововведень та визначити тенденції розвитку фінансової системи України. Методи дослідження: дослідження проведене з використанням системи загальнонаукових та спеціально-наукових методів пізнання, що забезпечують об’єктивний аналіз досліджуваного предмету. Під час вивчення даного аспекту важливим є об’єктивність, ціннісний та структурно-системний підходи, а також використання логічних прийомів, зокрема аналізу та синтезу, порівняння, узагальнення. Результати: визначено головні особливості та проблемні аспекти запровадження нових економічно-правових форм та категорій у фінансову систему України. Обговорення: сучасний стан, особливості формування та пошук перспективи подальшого розвитку фінансової системи України, досвід країн ЄС щодо впровадження в законодавчу базу основ регулювання крипто активів, а також зменшення навантаження, зміна системи, безумовний дохід громадян, нові програми для бізнесу, закон про віртуальні активи, нововведення для підприємств.

to investigate the current mechanism for appeals against the decision of the competitive selection commissions of economic entities' heads in the state sector of economy as a type of a public-legal dispute and to express an opinion on the regulation of these relations in Ukraine. Research methods: general-scientific and special-legal methods of scientific knowledge, in particular: system-structural and functional methods, method of observation, method of generalization, methods of analysis and synthesis have been applied. Results: the current normative regulation of the procedure for appeals against the decision of the competitive selection commissions of economic entities' heads in the state sector of economy as a type of a public-legal dispute has been analyzed and the judicial practice has been assessed. Discussion: there is a significant lack of scientific research on appeals against the decision of the competitive selection commissions of economic entities' heads in the state sector of economy as a type of a public-legal dispute. This issue has not been considered in many aspects, and various objective indicators have not been taken into account, so the level of research on the theme is low. This is due to the novelty of this theme, as appeals against the decisions of competitive commissions in the public (administrative) process are from the beginning of 2020. Previously, this type of relations was considered only in the context of civil law.

The relevance of the researched problem is conditioned by the civilizational need of globalization entry of Ukraine in the European and world community with further reforming of its system of state administration in the financial sphere.
