Nglebak Village is one of the Villages in Sukoharjo Regency which has the potential to be used as a model for SME centers because this village has many entrepreneurs and artisans in it. To achieve this goal SMEs must be prepared to meet broader marketing. Analysis is needed related to the challenges, obstacles, and how the readiness of the MSMEs in marketing, especially online marketing. SMEs readiness in conducting online marketing signifies the readiness of SMEs to serve consumers with wider reach and greater numbers. From the analysis conducted, it is known that the challenges faced by the Nglebak Village SMEs are competition from within and outside the country, the constraints are in terms of capital and lack of marketing knowledge. If these challenges and obstacles cannot be overcome, Nglebak Village SMEs can be said to be not ready to implement online marketing and serve consumers with a wide reach.Desa Nglebak merupakan salah satu Desa di Kabupaten Sukoharjo yang memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan model sentra UMKM dikarenakan Desa ini mempunyai banyak pengusaha dan pengrajin didalamnya. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini UMKM harus siap untuk memenuhi pemasaran yang lebih luas. Dibutuhkan analisis terkait dengan tantangan, kendala, dan bagaimana kesiapan dari UMKM tersebut dalam melakukan pemasaran terutama pemasaran online. Kesiapan UMKM dalam melakukan pemasaran online menandakan kesiapan UMKM untuk melayani konsumen dengan jangkauan lebih luas dan jumlah yang lebih banyak. Dari analisis yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Desa Nglebak adalah persaingan dari dalam maupun luar negeri, kendalanya adalah dari segi modal dan pengetahuan tentang pemasaran yang masih kurang. Apabila tantangan dan kendala tersebut tidak bisa diatasi maka UMKM Desa Nglebak dapat dikatakan belum siap untuk menerapkan pemasaran online dan melayani konsumen dengan jangkauan luas.
Islamic resurgence has taken place in the Muslim worlds, including in Indonesia. Representations of this resurgence are depicted by “the outer†dimensions of Islam, and almost represented by the “Bermazhab Islam†groups, both modernist and revivalist voices by neglecting “the inner†dimensions of Islam and the traditionalist voice (the “Islam Bermazhab†groups). This research aims to describe and explain the resurgence among the traditional Islam through majelis zikir, shalawat, taklim, and hadrah. Some interviews, observations, and literature studies were conducted to collect the data. The results are; first, the picture of Islamic resurgence is not balanced. The inner dimensions of Islam and voice of traditional Islam are the forgotten aspects regarding with Islamic resurgence. Second, there is an on-going resurgence among the traditionalists in the form of “santrinisasi†(becoming more pious) and “tradisinasi†(habituating) process of Ahlussunah wal-Jamaah teachings and practices. Third, majelis zikir, shalawat, taklim, and hadrah are means to preach and protect the thoughts and practices of the traditionalists. Fourth, there are internal and external factors in this resurgence process. Fifth, the dynamics of this resurgence consist of the resurgence of identity and literature of traditional Islam.
Tulisan ini berusaha mengaplikasikan teori-teori ushul fiqh dalam bidangekonomi Islam. Hal ini dilakukan karena melihat pentingnyaIlmu UshulFiqh dalam memahami hukum-hukum syara’ dan menjawabpersoalankontemporer di satu sisi, dan adanya persoalan baru yang terus menerusmuncul, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan masalah ekonomi Islam di sisilain. Teori-teori ushul fiqih yang urgen dalam mengembangkan hukum danmenjawab persoalan-persoalan kontemporer adalah teori-teori istinbathhukum, di antaranya adalah qiyas, istihsan, maslahah mursalah, sadduzzari’ah, istishhab, dan uruf. Kajian tentang hukum syara’ dan metodeistinbath hukum, tidak hanya dapat diaplikasikan dalam masalah ibadahsebagaimanaumumnyadalam pembahasan-pembahasan ushul fiqih,namun dua kajian itu juga dapat diaplikasikan dalam masalah-masalahekonomi Islam. Dengan demikian, sangat tepat, jika dalam perkuliahanushul fiqih untuk program studi Mu’amalat dan Ekonomi Islam, teori-teoritersebut diaplikasikandalam kasus-kasus ekonomi Islam agar mahasiswalebih mudah memahaminya, dan memiliki dasar hukum yang kuat dalammemahami konsep-konsep ekonomi.
Although Hadith is one of the main sources of Islamic teachings but the science of Hadith has received less attention from scholars who concern on Islamic studies in Islamic Higher Education Institutions (PTKI) in Indonesia. This can be seen from the lack of research on Hadith manuscripts. This study is intended to fill the gap and aims at mapping the theme and pattern of writing of Hadith manuscripts founded in the collection of the National Library of Republic of Indonesia. Of the 32 Hadith manuscripts, only 11 have been studied. The method used refers to the codicology and theory of ilmu Fahrah al-Ḥadīṡ. The findings of this study are that 1) it is assumed, from the theme mapping, that those Hadith manuscripts are summaries of the main Hadith books, whose content is related to the problem of the occult, the Prophet's moral (akhlaq), virtues of deeds (fadhilat al-a'mal), encouragement of good (targhib) and discouragement of evil (tarhib). Another finding is 2) in terms of the writing pattern of Hadith, based on the knowledge of Fahrah al-Ḥadīṡ, there are 8 patterns of writing of the Hadith based on Hadith manuscripts examined, namely the writing pattern of
