Universitas Bina Darma is a university that has a vision to become an international standard university driven by innovations in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The aim of this research is to support the vision of Universitas Bina Darma by creating an inventory information system for the university-wide implementation. The research uses Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) which defines the data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and its implementation. EAP consists of four levels, where by the top level is planning initiation, the second level consists of two stages namely business modeling, and current systems and technology, the third level consists of three stages of data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture. Lastly, the bottom level is implementation or migration plans. The results of this research is in the form of the Inventory Information Systems that has several menus, among others: procurement menu, maintenance menu, move transfer menu, space menu, loan space menu, asset menu and request menu. This Inventory Information System facilitates the faster processing of inventory data so as to produce quality report that is timely available when needed by the leadership, as well as facilitates the supervision of existing inventory.
This research aimed to construct the meaning of longing for the tradition of ngirup cuko pempek as a friendship communication for the people of Palembang in the Covid-19 pandemic era. This longing communication research is qualitative one. The object of research, namely the behaviour of longing for tradition ngirup cuko pempek. The research subjects are Palembang residents who often travel out of town. The research data used participated observation, interview and documents analysis obtained from informants. The data analysis technique used an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results of the research showed, 1) Ngirup cuko is the local wisdom and eating culture of Palembang citizens; 2) The meaning on the longing philosophy on ngirup cuko pempek shows love for the traditions identity of the region, kinship and togetherness, the friendship, as well as typically Palembang culinary promotion.
Power outages and electricity in the Palembang area are quite a problem. This situation has caused many complaints to (State Electricity Company/PLN) to re-solve this electricity service problem. Complaints from the public are received by the call center 123 and PLN PR officers. The title of the research is how is PLN's PR strategy in handling public complaints about Power Blackouts in Palembang? This study uses the Theory of Reduce Uncertainty and a strategy of complaint handling Public Relations with a qualitative descriptive method. The subject of this research is Public Relations officer of PLN WS2JB Palembang. The focus of this research is the strategy of the Public Relations section of PLN WS2JB in handling public complaints. The results obtained are PLN WS2JB Public Relations officers provide a place to complain verbally or non-verbally, and then conduct a corporation with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), then provide information on electricity and electricity outage schedules through media and official letters by PLN to Giant customers, and t Finally, I apologize to the public if the electricity goes out suddenly/accidentally without notification in the media, whether electronic media, social media, or print media.
The purpose of this study illustrate the Children who are born with disabilities or mental retardation. Has characteristics that are easily recognizable as mental retardation (mental obstacles), visual impairment (visual barriers), hearing impairment (hearing barriers), physical impairment (disability). With descriptive qualitative methods, this study using the Theory of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) on Ivar O.Lavass to change deviant behavior to control the behavior of children with Down syndrome. organize a matter of habit and teaching capabilities required to accept the way of communication and behavior in the family. The author has observed a child with Down syndrome by interviewing parents plus a look at the achievements that can be achieved Down syndrome children. It turned out that the success of Down syndrome children participate in daily life activities, introduced like a normal person, respond to and appreciated. Communication with mercy and patience and practice areas of interest, can make a Down syndrome child independently, achieving even be the name of the nation. Tujuan penelitian ini menggambarkan Anak yang dilahirkan dengan berkebutuhan khusus atau down syndrome. Memilik karakteristik yang mudah dikenali dengan sebutan tunagrahita (hambatan mental), tunanetra (hambatan penglihatan), tunarungu (hambatan pendengaran), tunadaksa (cacat tubuh). Dipandang sebagai orang yang tidak berguna. Belum banyak yang mengetahui bahwa mereka ini juga dapat mandiri dan berprestasi. Dengan melihat Komunikasi orangtua terhadap anak penderita down Syndrom. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan Teori Applied BehaviourAnalysis (ABA) dari Ivar O.Lavass yangdapat mengubah perilaku menyimpang untuk mengontrol perilaku anak down syndrome. mengatur masalah kebiasaan dan mengajarkan kemampuan yang diperlukan dengan menerima cara komunikasi dan perilaku dalam keluarganya. Penulis mengamati seorang anak down syndrome dengan mewawancarai orangtuanya ditambah dengan melihat prestasi-prestasi yang dapat diraih anak-anak down syndrom. Ternyata keberhasilan anak down syndrome kesehariannya diikutsertakan dalam aktivitas kehidupan, dikenalkan layaknya orang normal, direspon dan dihargai. Dengan komunikasi kasihsayang dan kesabaran serta latihan bidang yang diminati, dapat menjadikan anak down syndrome mandiri, berprestasi bahkan dapat mengharumkan nama bangsa
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komunikasi pelayanan prima pada Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LP2M) UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan komunikasi dan pelayanan prima dilakukan LP2M belum berjalan dengan baik. Perlu perbaikan-perbaikan dalam sarana prasarana dan perlu penambahan pegawai sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan perlunya komunikasi antar sesama pegawai untuk keseragaman informasi.
