It is necessary to know the state of the Universities in Latin America. The general objective was raised, to analyze the situation of Covid-19 and Universities in Latin America, considering different aspects. Methodology, the research presents a qualitative-interpretative design, documentary type, 30 documents have been selected, carried out in the period 2020 - 2021; including: scientific articles, review articles and information from websites of recognized organizations. The keywords used in the searches were: Covid-19, Latin America, universities in Latin America and Covid-19 universities in Latin America. Results, COVID-19 is keeping children and adolescents around the world out of schools and universities. Conclusions, the teachers and students of Latin American universities make permanent efforts to continue their academic and research activities. COVID-19 has exposed the shortcomings in terms of infrastructure and mastery of ICTs.
The first cases of COVID-19 in Venezuela occurred in mid-March 2020. The number of cases remained relatively low until May when it began to increase, reaching its maximum in August 2020. The purpose of this work is to present the clinical, hematological, and laboratory studies carried out on 139 patients hospitalized at the El Ávila Clinic, a private hospital in Caracas, between June 30 and September 15, 2020.

Methodology, in this research, 39 documents have been selected, carried out in the period 2016 - 2021; including: scientific articles, review articles and information from websites of recognized organizations. The keywords used in the searches were: African universities, African higher education, African universities COVID-19. Results, Universities in Africa receive inadequate funding, while maintenance costs rise; the Covid-19 pandemic had already had an impact on normal university expenditure and in short, the vision is to create world-class universities, based on African models and solutions. Conclusions, during the pandemic, African universities have closed their doors and due to the lack of technological resources and Internet access for students, classes cannot be taught properly.
Se realizó la investigación, con el objetivo de integrar los procesos de construcción de una institución educativa de nivel superior, utilizando ambientes virtuales de aprendizaje, usando dentro de su actividad académica los recursos informáticos más apropiados y diseñar una guía de instrumentos curriculares informáticos para la gestión de aula de una universidad de Ecuador. Metodología, la modalidad de la investigación utilizada en este proyecto es: campo, bibliográfica y proyecto factible. Resultados, todo instrumento pedagógico que se utilice en la educación es óptimo ya que esto beneficia tanto al docente como al estudiante en todos los niveles y más en la educación superior donde el estudiante viene con criterios formados y llenos de aspiraciones a absorber nuevos y mejores conocimientos y que mejor que el uso de instrumentos informáticos que sirvan de ayuda en este sistema educativo. Conclusiones, se establece que la nueva forma de presentar y llevar el desarrollo de la educación es primordial para motivar a los docentes que laboran en este centro de estudios, ellos se muestran muy optimistas con el nuevo rumbo que tomaría la educación.
