This research aims to determine the influence of macroeconomic variables on stock return and its impact on corporate values. The population in this research is the sector of agriculture because based on the results of the sector's observation, the most severe decline in performance among others. Further sampling is done by the purposive sampling method, so from 22 companies that listings only 15 companies that meet the criteria. The analytical technique to be used in this study is to use a double linear regression analysis technique expanded with a pathway analysis method to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables of one variable with other. We find is an inflation and interest rate negatively and significantly affecting the return of shares. The exchange rate positively and significantly affects the stock return and the influential stock return rate positively and significant to the corporate values.
ABSTRAK Pemberdayaan UMKM merupakan usaha yang tampil sebagai salah satu kelompok usaha yang dapat dijadikan penentu atau andalan dalam mengelola tata kota usaha daerah. Dengan demikian UMKM mendapat perhatian dari semua kalangan, karena dianggap mampu menggerakkan minat usaha yang berbasis ekonomi kerakyatan dan mampu memotivasi dalam mengembangkan potensi daerah dalam menyongsong era globalisasi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan penyelenggaraan pelatihan kewirausahaan mengenai pentingnya manajemen keluarga sebagai pembentuk keberhasilan wirausahawan, memberikan penyelenggaraan pelatihan kewirausahaan mengenai inovasi sebagai modal penting dalam kegiatan bisnisnya, memberikan penyelenggaraan pelatihan kewirausahaan mengenai kreativitas sebagai modal penting dalam kegiatan bisnisnya. Metode pelaksanaan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan, memberikan implementasi digital marketing dalam mengembangkan usaha selama pandemi corona. Target materi pada kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masayarakat ini tercapai dengan cukup baik karena materi webinar dan implementasi digital marketing agar dapat mengembangkan peluang usaha terbatas menjadi peluang usaha yang dapat menghasilkan profit secara maksimal. This study aims to determine whether the Fama & French Five-Factors Asset Pricing Model can explain the excess return expected by investors. The population used is the LQ 45 index with large capitalization and liquid. Based on the sample in this study was used by 25 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The results show that the variables in the Fama & French Five-Factors Asset Pricing Model have a significant effect on the excess return, which is 65.7%. Partial testing results also show that all variables in this study have a significant effect on excess return. This means that the Fama & French Five-Factors Asset Pricing Model in this study period can explain the expected rate of return of shares by investors.
Human resources in a company will always communicate with each other. In this business world, nothing can be accomplished without communicating effectively with employers, employees, clients, suppliers, and customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of communication climate on motivation, to analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance, and the influence of communication climate on employee performance mediated by motivation. This study used descriptive analysis research methods and path analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The unit of analysis in this study were all employees of PT Lazada Express Bandung, so the population in this study were all employees totaling 52 people. The sampling method using a saturated sampling method so that the number of respondents as large as the population of 52 employees. The results showed that the climate of communication has an influence on employee motivation. The magnitude of the influence of the communication climate on employee performance is 79.60%. and there is an influence between work motivation on employee performance and motivation does not mediate the effect of communication climate on employee performance.
Workers as the main actors of SMEs need to understand environmental management as an aspect in order to increase business productivity. Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) is a tool that can be used to manage the SME workforce by involving environmental aspects. The purpose of this study is to determine the priority of Green HRM criteria for SMEs in Bandung Regency. It is hoped that by producing Green HRM criteria for SMEs and the level of importance for each criterion, strategic steps can be formulated in optimizing Green HRM for SMEs in Bandung Regency. In this research, the research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The method of data collection is done by using a questionnaire with a scale of comparison, interviews and field observations. The data analysis technique was performed using analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The results showed that the implementation of green HRM in SMEs was carried out in an organized manner starting from the recruitment process, selection, training and development, performance evaluation, awards, job descriptions of the workforce and workforce management based on the green concept. Among these processes, the training and development process has the highest weight, which shows it is the most important process in implementing green HRM in SMEs. job description of manpower and manpower management which is based on the green concept.
