Abstract. Purpose: to work out and study influence of author's physical training program on functional fitness of military college officers. Material: in the research 83 3 rd year cadets of military college participated (experimental group, n=41; control group, n=42), of age 19-21 years. The cadets' functional state was registered by indicators of Shtange's test, Genchi test, test of Ruffiet -Dixon, Cooper's test. The volume of trainings was 4 hours a week. Results: it was found that the acting training programs do not permit to completely prepare combat soldier's organism for fulfillment of his tasks. We also found the purposefulness of special exercises and means' application in physical trainings, which would be approached by their structure to military officers' professional actions. Conclusions: it is recommended to conduct training with complex combining of different physical training sections (accelerated motion, overcoming obstacle course, hand-to-hand fighting and etc.) with special means ( armor vest, tactic unloading system, helmet, weapon, gas mask, training grenades and so on). Key words: military, college, functional state, readiness, physical load.Introduction 1 Analysis of scientific works 1, 6 showed that in conditions of anti-terrorists operation professional functioning has certain specific features and put forward high requirements to physical and psychological fitness of ground troops' military officers. In works 3, 6 it is noted that the main characteristics of professional functioning are watching at checkpoints, guarding of strategic objects (airports, railway stations, hospitals, storehouses and etc.) fulfillment of tasks in cities and towns (moving in ruined buildings, in premises with restricted space and so on.). Fulfillment of tasks in such condition requires from soldiers to manifest high coordination in complex conditions.Scientists [2,4,8] mention that significant physical and psychic loads result in military officers' nervousemotional tension. All these cause tensed work of cardio-vascular and respiratory systems. A number of authors [10,11,19] say that nervous-emotional tension results in the following: weakening of workability; increase of heart beats rate (HBR), breathing and BP; weakening of attention concentration; narrowing of attention and memory; increase of mistaken actions; quick fatigue. In works of many scientists [14,16,17] it is underlined that regular physical training increase plasticity of organism's regulatory systems. It happens at the account of functional reserve improvement. High physical fitness of military officers significantly expands their functional potentials [9]. With it adaptation to regular physical loads results in economizing of energy losses, when fulfilling military tasks [5,8].Analysis of works 10, 15 showed that in the process of physical training it is necessary to use special exercises and means, which by their structure would be maximally approached to soldiers' professional actions. It also significantly raises functional potentials o...
The purpose of the work was to study the structure and content of tests of physical training of the armed forces of foreign countries and further development of the test of physical fitness of servicemen, testing its effectiveness in the system of military-professional activities. To solve the goal, the following tasks were formed: to analyze the main components of the guiding documents on the organization and verification of physical fitness of servicemen, their tasks and areas of implementation; to determine the basic principles of the organization of testing and assessment of physical fitness in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of foreign countries. Materials and methods. The main material was scientific articles, archival data, guiding documents on the organization, structure and content of the test of physical fitness of servicemen in the armed forces of leading NATO countries. Achieving the goal was ensured by using a set of adequate general scientific research methods. In particular, the story was chosen because it allows a more diverse description of a relatively wide range of issues. However, various sources of information were used to minimize subjective views and judgments, but primarily literary and documentary. At the same time, we used a critical approach to the choice of available sources of information. The formation of a circle of literature sources was carried out after their search in the database Scopus, SPORT Discus, Web of Science. They also took into account the temporal aspect of the appearance of information on certain topics, especially foreign leading scholars. Similarly, there was a direct study of printed literature sources, including information from journal articles on lists of used literature. In total, more than 50 sources of information were analyzed, followed by a final review and 22 sources of literature, including 7 foreign authors, the material of which was processed using general scientific methods, including analysis and synthesis, systematization, generalization. Results and discussion. It is determined that the reform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the absence of sufficient funding, clear guidelines and objectives, structure and functions negatively affects the state of military-professional activities of all types and kinds of troops, including the state of physical training. We have singled out the principles according to which the content of testing and assessing the physical fitness of servicemen at different stages of military service and its different conditions is formed. The main direction of all principles is the interdependence of physical fitness of servicemen and the effectiveness of combat training tasks. Based on the results of our literature analysis of the system of testing and assessment of physical training of the armed forces of leading countries, we concluded that in the system of testing physical fitness a certain gradation was carried out by type of armed forces and military specialties. Conclusion. It is proved that the opinion of the majority of domestic and foreign experts on the formation of tests of physical fitness in the Armed Forces of Ukraine does not differ significantly from some provisions of the guidance documents on physical training and testing complexes of foreign armed forces
Purpose: to investigate the impact of classes in the program of physical training of cadets of military institutions of higher education at the stage of primary training with the use of crossfit tools on the physical development of cadets. Material & Methods: was organized and conducted. anthropometric study and calculation of indices of physical development of cadets. The study was conducted in the sanitary section of the National Academy of Ground Forces named after Hetman Petro Sahaidachny by medical personnel 30 minutes after the ascent. Results: it was determined that conducting training sessions using crossfit equipment has a positive effect on strengthening the musculoskeletal system of cadets and improving their muscular system (especially the muscles of the back, legs and shoulder girdle). During the study of body weight, there were positive changes in the direction of weight reduction by 3.62 kg (t=2.52; p<0.05) at the end of the experiment; the average value of VL in EG improved compared to the initial data by 245.48 ml (p<0.001), and in EC – by 78.22 ml (p<0.05); the difference between the dynamometry indicators of the left and right hand of the EG at the first and fifth stages of the study was 3.18 kgc and had positive significant changes (t=3.18; p<0.01), the difference between the dynamometry indicators of the left and right hand of the CG was 2.19 kgf and had positive unreliable changes (t=1.85; p>0.05). As a result of the pedagogical experiment, it was determined that the dynamometry indicators of the right and left hands of EG and CG cadets at the end of the experiment differ significantly (p<0.01), which indicates the effectiveness of the physical training program. The chest circumference of the cadets at the beginning and at the end of the experiment has reliably stable results and is only 2.04 cm (p>0.05) and are reliable. As for the Quetelet index, there were positive changes towards improvement, namely: at the beginning of the experiment it was 4.85 g/cm (t=0.69; p>0.05), at the end – 25.80 g/cm (t=4.09; p<0.001), which emphasizes the positive impact of exercise and crossfit. Conclusions: it has been proven that the application of a physical training program at the stage of primary training with the use of crossfit equipment ensures the positive development and strengthening of the musculoskeletal system of cadets, the improvement of their muscular system. Under the influence of systematic crossfit classes, the VL increases, the circumferences of the chest and shoulders increase, the volume of the waist decreases, and body weight stabilizes. These circumstances have a positive effect on the work capacity of cadets, improve their physical health, improve their well-being and increase their work efficiency.
