Indonesia is known to be the nation that puts investment priority on building infrastructure for the last six years. The most remarkable achievement was the national road and toll road construction that was in the year 2015-2016 the ministry of public work and housing had constructed 1,845 kilometers national roads excluding the toll road of about 1,000 kilometers connecting major cities in Java Island, the following year 2017 built 776 kilometers, 2018 built 766 kilometers and continue on by building toll roads and national roads including flyover bridges connecting cities in major islands of Indonesia of about 400 to 500 km each year. Such roads had been built to solve traffic problems which certainly lowering the stress of driving cars all around the city as well as driving intercity and interstate. This publication is to anticipate future road problems by allowing roads to certain extend will need to be enhanced due to its topological site or surrounding drainage failure by reconstructing the road under green road concept that can absorb rain water to be deposited in the soil for better soil fertility around road areas. Such concept had been realized by designing a prototype layup geopory machines specially designed to construct porous road that will eventually require by road management to avoid rain water trap that corrode asphalt from rain water inundated pond. The porous road is also categorized green road that help production of such road in new housing areas or areas that is built under environmental friendly concept. This paper is made available after completing two major research one was about geopory material that absorb water and two was about road production machine specifically build to layup mortar geopory material on the road. In addition, this idea was eventually realized from the teaching activities under Project Based Learning approach on the two credit units of Capita Selecta subject of Manufacturing System, Furthermore, commercial Investment will be discussed for further consideration as business person may interested in.
<span>Indonesia is located at the equator occupy areas north and south of its bearing atmosphere where about 270 million people live the land of very rich soil and are also rich in mineral sediment demanded heavily for today's technology including nickel, bauxite, lithium, and aurum with its close articles such as thin and uranium. So numerous heavy mining equipment works around the clock. Unfortunately, the other potential products of the rich soil were somehow neglected as the nation left such activities to its traditional practice by utilizing man and animal to cultivate the plantation, so that the productivity of the land from the surface is very minimal such that the average productivity of the soil only reach 27% compared to its champion in the developed countries per acre per year. The study on such low soil productivity is caused by two main problems, such that the lack of massive soil processing technology and low attraction for the worker to pursue their career in farming as more money is offered by the transportation sector being an online transport business. This article is a series published on the tractor research initiative that aims to provide a functional medium tractor powered by a 30 HP engine that can do the basic work of a tractor including lifting soil on the surface so that oxygen will fill up the soil and the mineral can reach the root of the plant life on it and kill the unfavorable weeds in the process. The article will discuss all functional elements of the tractor and necessary specifications from design, manufacturing, and final assembly. Further publications will involve optimal design and construction to head for the final products of its commercial endeavor.</span>
Pengembangan industri di negara-negara mulai maju menjadi sangat menarik bagi pemanufaktur peralatan orisinil sejak sepuluh tahun terakhir dengan bukti makin kuatnya kehandalan sistem industrial yang dikembangkan oleh negara-negara tersebut secara terpisah. Periode unik ini dikenal sebagai inovasi disruptif dimana generasi sebelum milenial masih pada posisi produktif sementara teknologi digital menggantikan hampir semua alat dari profesional tersebut dengan mengabaikan peralatan praktis yang digunakan selama ini. Oleh karena itu, sementara perubahan sangat cepat berjalan terus menerus, sebagian besar aspek produktif dari komunitas menyambut positif kepada generasi mudanya dengan memberikan arena produktifnya melalui pergantian kepemimpinan unggulnya secara damai. Dunia manufaktur sebagai salah satu arena yang sangat jelas terlihat merespon inovasi disrupsi dengan memetakan persyaratan sistem dengan mentransformasikan perusahaan tradisional menjadi perusahaan manufaktur kelas dunia. Proses transformasi cepat di dunia manufaktur dilakukan pada pemasok dari hampir semua pemanufaktur peralatan orisinil dengan menstrukturkan level pembangunan sistem manufakturnya dan meningkatkan peralatan produksi dengan teknologi digital dan juga mempertahankan indikator kinerja utamanya sebagai pemasok handal. Rekaman perjalanan perbaikan tersebut diteliti dan dibuat tersedia ke publik melalui agen pemerintah lokal sehingga perusahaan menengah dapat memenuhi permintaan persyaratan pemasufaktur peralatan orisinil. Metodologi pengembangan sistem manufaktur di uraikan dalam tulisan ini termasuk benefit bagi kebanyakan perusahaan yang sedang mengejar posisi pesaing kelas dunia.
