Previous research only focuses on the difficulties and factors causing learning difficulties without any solution. This study aimed to identify learning difficulties, factors, and alternative solutions overcoming the problems of learning difficulties about viruses and bacteria. Data collection was carried out through the provision of a concept mastery test involving 195 students (8 schools) and in-depth interviews conducted by involving 37 students (4 schools) who received the lowest test scores. Data analysis was performed using a percentage formula to determine the proportion of difficulties for each competency. The results showed that students had difficulty with the highest percentage of virus material, those were the competence of analyzing the role of viruses in life (85.64%) and virus replication process (83.21%). The competence in bacterial material which has the highest percentage of difficulty (77.26%) in identify bacterial classification. The factors causing students to have difficulty learning virus and bacteria consisted of the nature of the topic (77.03%), attitudes and learning habits (60.81%), teacher’s teaching skills (37.84%), and school facilities (27.03%). Alternative solutions are: teachers reduce the content that is complex and detailed, carry out an interactive learning process (audiovisual/animation), providing more learning experiences through practical activities, and teaching through interesting ways.
To improve patient care requires intelligent and better Health Care, where it collaboration between many people is needed and resources. The use of data together by each agency needs to be done, to avoid repetition when doing data entry. In smart hospitals patient data can be received in real-time at various offices in smart hospitals or even smart hospitals in villages and towns. Medical technicians, nurses, and doctors and patients can also have access to test data without losing time in physically transferring the same information from different hospitals to another hospital. Implementation of IPV6 as a tool for the numbering of regional region and region class of hospital services, where the type of hospital in Indonesia itself consists of 5 classes of hospitals. The results in this research are IPV6 can be applied to patients who provide location information, which is integrated with the patient’s social media or can be tracked using GPS, patients will be very helpful in utilizing better hospital service facilities, the patient data in a shared database can be assessed jointly by the authorized party, in this case the hospital or the doctor handling of the patient is referred to and can be done more optimally.
This research is analytic with a survey approach. The location of this research is RSUD Tgt Chik Di Tiro Sigli. The population in this study were 134 inpatients in class III and the sample in this study was 93 people. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. The independent variables include air quality, temperature, humidity, room layout, noise, floor conditions, ceiling and lighting conditions, while the dependent variable is patient satisfaction. Data analysis used chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that the variables were air quality (p=0.009), temperature (p=0.002), room layout (p=0.013), noise (p=0.018) and floor conditions (p=0.006). Temperature has a significant effect on the satisfaction of class III inpatients at Tgk Chik Hospital in Tiro Sigli. The management and management of Tgk Chik Di Tiro Sigli Hospital should continue to strive to improve and maintain the image of the hospital through improving the physical environment and customer satisfaction.
The Problem of science learning at schools usually relates to teaching materials. Teaching materials used as study guides are usually not in accordance with the character and environment of students. This research aims to develop scientific teaching materials based structured inquiry assisted by animation media. The development procedure in this research uses the Dick & Carey model which has 10 development stages namely asses need to identify instructional goal, conduct instructional analysis, analyze learner and contexts, write performance objectives, develop assessment instruments, develop and select instructional material, develop instructional strategy, design and conduct formative evaluation of instruction, revise instruction, design and conduct summative evaluation. The quality of developed product was assessed through feasibility test by two experts and one teacher as a user. Feasibility aspects that are assessed are the content, presentation, language, graphics, and learning media. The feasibility percentage of each aspect was 84%, 88%, 85%, 79% and 83%. The average result of the feasibility presentation value is 83,8%. In conclusion, scientific teaching materials based structured inquiry assisted by animation media is very feasible to be applied in the learning process in junior high school.
