Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar IPA berbasis inkuiri terstruktur untuk meningkatkan literasi sains peserta didik SMP pada materi sistem gerak makhluk hidup. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah model Dick & Carey. Pada tahap evaluasi formatif dilakukan melalui validasi bahan ajar oleh tiga orang ahli dan satu orang praktisi, uji coba terbatas terhadap bahan ajar IPA yang dilakukan di kelas VIII, dan uji validitas dan reliabelitas instrument tes literasi sains yang dilakukan di kelas IX. Aspek kelayakan yang dinilai oleh keempat validator terhadap bahan ajar IPA yang dikembangkan yaitu materi dan desains produk. Persentase rata-rata nilai kelayakan dari keempat validator yaitu aspek materi 80,7% dan aspek desain produk 80,9%. Penggunaan bahan ajar IPA pada uji coba terbatas mendapatkan respon praktis dari guru kelas VIII dengan rata-rata skor 80,0% dan respon sangat praktis dari peserta didik dengan rata-rata skor 84,0%. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument tes literasi sains menunjukkan bahwa dari 15 soal dinyatakan 10 soal valid (r> 0,338) dan reliebel Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,338.
The one form of a research as an advanced action suggestion of the research done by Handayani et al. (2013) was construction of a base data of alumni that could easily reach all alumni of Biology Education Study Program FKIP University of Mataram, as they are widely separated in some parts of Indonesian region. This descriptive research provided some explanation in relation to the profile of the alumni Biology Education Study Program FKIP University of Mataram. The alumni base data was constructed based on SQL. The result of research explained that the alumni base data using SQL program was very helpful for analysis of separation and various kinds job of alumni, so the Biology Education Study Program FKIP University of Mataram could do evaluation and developing as the needed of market or job market. This research also showed during the periods of 30 years, the alumni of Biology Education Study Program FKIP University of Mataram that work as a teacher with some fluctuation. There was 92% as a teacher for the alumni period 1980-1994, and slightly increased became 93% for alumni period 1995-2004, than decreased sharply became 54% during the period of 2005-2014.Keywords: Base Data, Alumni, Based on SQL
The Problem of science learning at schools usually relates to teaching materials. Teaching materials used as study guides are usually not in accordance with the character and environment of students. This research aims to develop scientific teaching materials based structured inquiry assisted by animation media. The development procedure in this research uses the Dick & Carey model which has 10 development stages namely asses need to identify instructional goal, conduct instructional analysis, analyze learner and contexts, write performance objectives, develop assessment instruments, develop and select instructional material, develop instructional strategy, design and conduct formative evaluation of instruction, revise instruction, design and conduct summative evaluation. The quality of developed product was assessed through feasibility test by two experts and one teacher as a user. Feasibility aspects that are assessed are the content, presentation, language, graphics, and learning media. The feasibility percentage of each aspect was 84%, 88%, 85%, 79% and 83%. The average result of the feasibility presentation value is 83,8%. In conclusion, scientific teaching materials based structured inquiry assisted by animation media is very feasible to be applied in the learning process in junior high school.
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan potensi penggunaan parasitoid dalam pengendalian lalat buah Bactrocera di Pulau Lombok. Data atau informasi diperoleh melalui kajian pustaka (studi referensi). Hasil kajian pustaka menunjukkan bahwa di Pulau Lombok telah ditemukan beberapa spesies lalat buah dari genus Bactrocera yang menyerang beberapa jenis buah yaitu mangga, jambu air dan belimbing. Ditemukannya beberapa jenis parasitoid dari lalat buah yaitu Biosteres vandenboschi Fullaway, Opius makii Sonan, Chalcidoidea, Eurytomide, Diapriidae dan Eulophidae di Pulau Lombok dapat digunakan untuk pengendalian populasi lalat buah. Konsep penggunaan parasitoid dalam mengendalikan populasi lalat buah dapat diterapkan melalui tahapan berikut: isolasi parasitoid, pengembangan parasitoid dan pelepasan ke alam.Kata kunci: Parasitoid, lalat buah Bactrocera
