Nowadays, many teenagers are faced with various challenges related to sexuality, such as the case of adolescent pregnancy enhancement, and high levels of sexually transmitted diseases (IMS) such as HIV/AIDS. This is hard for the teenagers to avoid because of several factors, such as the development of a child who is looking for a personal identity and always wants to try new things in their environment. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of adolescents ' health education through video media to change students ' knowledge of adolescent free sex impact in one of the high schools in Jogyakarta. This type of research is pre-experimented with a research plan of one group Pretests postest. The number of respondents was 97 students using total sampling technique. Bivariate analysis of the statistics of Wilcoxon, with an error rate of 5% (0.05). Most of the knowledge of respondents was pre Test 69 (71.1%), and post Test 61 (92.4%). The average level of knowledge of respondents pre test mean = 77.53 and the knowledge level respondent post test mean = 89.77 with the significance value of knowledge variable 0.000 (P value < 0.05) (α). There is a health education influence through video media to student knowledge about the impact of adolescent free sex age.
Background: Quality of service is an important indicator in measuring patient satisfaction. Based on the results of a preliminary study in 10 patients, in terms of the dimension of reliability quality, 30% said satisfied and 70% less satisfied; in terms of the dimension of empathy quality, 20% said very satisfied and 80% satisfied; in terms of the dimension of assurance, 90% said satisfied and 10% unsatisfied; in terms of the dimension of responsiveness, 10% said very satisfied, 80% satisfied and 10% less satisfied; in terms of the dimension of tangible, 90% said satisfied and 10% less satisfied. the aim of this study is to identify the association between dimension of health service quality and patient satisfaction in Maternal & Child Health and Family Planning Polyclinic at Pimary Healthcare Center (PHC) of Gedongtengen, Yogyakarta. Methods: This research employed a descriptive analytical method with cross sectional approach. The population consisted of 170 respondents. Samples were taken using purposive sampling, resulting in 119 respondents as samples. Data were statistically tested using Kendall’s Tau. Results: The results of statistical test indicated that there was a correlation between the dimension of reliability, empathy, assurance, responsiveness, and tangible to patient satisfaction. Conclusion: There are correlations of the dimensions of reliability, empathy, assurance, responsiveness and tangible with patient satisfaction.
Pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi merupakan hal yang sangat penting, baik untuk remaja maupun lansia. Kenyataan masih banyak remaja dan lansia yang belum mengetahui mengenai kesehatan reproduksinya dengan baik. Pengetahuan tersebut dapat diperoleh dari berbagai sumber yang salah satunya adalah media massa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak orang mengakses pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi pada lansia. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan total sampling, data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan populasi seluruh pemiarsa yang mengakses program kesehatan reproduksi di Radio Retjobuntung di Yogyakarta pada bulan Desember 2020. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Chi Square. Hasil dalam penelitian ini pengakses program kesehatan reproduksi lansia lebih besar usia produktif dibandingkan dengan lansia dan jumlah pengakses laki-laki lebih besar dibandingkan jumlah pengakses perempuan. Sebagian besar memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang cukup yaitu 21 responden (51,2%). Nilai yang signifikan dengan (p-value 0.001) (p0.05) berarti ada hubungan yang bermakna antara usia dengan tingkat pengetahuan pengakses siaran kesehatan reproduksi di radio Retjobuntung Yogyakarta. Kesimpulan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduski masih dibutuhkan oleh orang berusia < 60 tahun meskipun di program kesehatan reproduksi lansia. Selain itu topik kesehatan secara umum yang di akses di media massa radio adalah sama baik jenis kelamin, dan usia baik lansia maupun remaja.
Background: Depression is very common in women, especially on reproductive age. It is estimated that 14% -23% of pregnant women experience depression during pregnancy, and 5% -25% experience postpartum depression. Mothers with caesarean sectio labor experience high scale pain during the first 24 hours. Objective : this study aims to analyze the relationship between caesarean section labor and postpartum depression in primiparous mothers. Methods: The research method used is descriptive analytic with cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study were 20 postpartum caesarean mothers in Yogyakarta City Hospital taken by purposive sampling. Data collection tools in this study are using the Numeric Category Scale (NCS) questionnaire to measure the level of neyri and the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) to measure the level of depression of respondents. Analysis using the Chi-Square correlation test. Results: Most of the level of pain in postpartum SC mothers is in the moderate category that is there are 9 people or (45.0%). Most postpartum mothers in the moderate depression category were 9 people or (45.0%). Statistical results with the Chi Square test showed that there was a significant relationship between labor pain in caesarean section and postpartum depression in primiparous mothers with (p-value = 0.002) (p <0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between labor pain in caesarean section and postpartum depression in primiparous mother.
