Increasing in the incidence of diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) among diabetes mellitus patients (DM), which then access to health services is so far, as well as the lack of knowledge of the local community in preventing and caring for DFU made researchers try to initiate training related to prevention and basic wound care for village health cadres, community leaders, and families family members with DM and at risk for UKD. The activity, which carried out in March 2021, involved the puskesmas in Sui District. Raya, Kab. Kubu Raya. After obtained a permit to carry out activities, the Team briefly contacted the community with the assistance of the Head of RT and RW. Participants who toke part in this activity were those who lived or have a family with diabetes mellitus. Participants were given training related to prevention and treatment of basic wounds, which in the end evaluation followed by publication.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a form of growth and development disorder that causes brain function not to work normally, affecting growth and development, communication skills, language development, and interaction skills. Parenting styles related to the development of receptive language in children with ASD are important considering that the mother is the closest caregiver to the child. This study aims to determine the relationship between parenting style and receptive language development in children with ASD at the Special Needs Children's Installation at the Sungai Bangkong Hospital, Pontianak. This type of research uses a correlational description with a cross-sectional approach. A sample of 48 people at the Installation for Children with Special Needs at the Sungai Bangkong Hospital, Pontianak. Most of the authoritarian parenting styles for normal receptive language development are 16,7%, while parenting styles with abnormal receptive language development are 83,3%. There is a relationship between parenting style and receptive language development in ASD children with a p-value = 0,001 <0,05. There is a relationship between parenting style and receptive language development in ASD children in the Special Needs Children's Installation at the Sungai Bangkong Hospital, Pontianak.
Violence against women by partners is a serious problem of public health which contributes to injuries whether as short-term or long-term health consequences. Based on the annual records of the women's national commission in 2017, there were 259,150 cases of violence against women that being reported during 2016. Domestic violence occupy as the most cases being reported position for 903 cases (88%) out of the total 1,022 cases being reported. Violence which occurs in the family might cause major problems in women's reproductive health, especially sexual function. Research's reports showedthat 20% -30% of women experienced sexual dysfunction such as not fervid to having sex, difficulty in lubricating and orgasm, as we know that sexuality is an important things in family life. This study was aimed to determine the prevalence and the types of violence, the prevalence of sexual dysfunction and the effects of domestic violence on female sexual function. Quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. Data collection techniques using multistage sampling with a sample size of 330 respondents in 10 districts. Quantitative analysis used chi-square. Univariate dan bivariat analysis found a prevalence of domestic violence of 11.2% with a prevalence of emotional violence of 10.9%, verbal abuse of 7%, the physical violence of 8.2% and sexual violence of 5.8%. The prevalence of sexual dysfunction is 37.6%. There is an influence between violence with female sexual function with p = 0.01 (p <0.05) with OR = 6.95 (95% CI 2.25-21.45). Women who experienced domestic violence are more likely to experience sexual dysfunction by 6.95 times compared to those who do not experience domestic violence. The study recommended the importance for further research related to the search of sexual function problems help and treatment at women who experienced domestic violence. Domestic violence affects the sexual function of women.
