The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence the performance of tertiary institutions in obtaining accreditation. A structural Equation Model (SEM) is used for data analysis. The data processing tool in the buying and selling model in this study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS). The research design is causal research and the variables used are the performance of private universities governance, funding, internal audit, participation in budgeting and risk management. The results of the study show that internal audit has an impact on university governance. Budget participation and risk management have a positive effect on good university governance while financing and internal audit have a negative effect on university performance. Empirical evidence analyzes the effect of risk management on university performance at private universities in Medan City.

Indonesia's constitution which makes the understanding of the welfare state (walfare state) currently open. Nothing else is in accordance with the context and reality of the ability of the Indonesian people to prosper every citizen, as the ideals of the founders of this nation. The State's goal is to "advance public welfare" based on the principle of "social justice for all Indonesian people" where one of the constitutional mandates which is the basis of the implementation of national development in agrarian law, must be put forward in the form of policies or regulations, this is very useful to accelerate the process of granting rights property of land to citizens. In the current global economic development, land is one of the basic rights that must be fulfilled by the state to each of its citizens, and to fulfill it is very complex. Where every person or citizen would need land, both as a residence and place of business. In addition, by increasing the population, there is also an increase in the need for land especially ownership rights, while the broad scope of land in the territory of Indonesia is limited and remains in other words unchanged. Data needed in the writing of this research, obtained through field research and library research, is done by reading books, legislation, and readings related to this research while field research is conducted obtained through interviews with several informants related to this research , The results of this study since the enactment of Presidential Instruction No. 2 of 2018, regarding the complete systematic land registration program (PTSL), and given free of charge to citizens who meet the criteria in the legislation, this is the Implementation of the land registration program as mandated by the Act-Law Number 5 Concerning Agrarian Issues. In addition it also shows a form of government responsibility towards its citizens, in order to obtain legal certainty, and provide maximum welfare for every Indonesian citizen, especially in the city of Bandar Lampung.

Ada banyak metode dakwah dalam Islam. Lalu bagaimana al-Qur’an bicara tentang metode dakwah? Maka penelitian ini akan meneliti metode dakwah dalam perspektif Kitab Tafsir Al-Qur’an, yaitu Kitab Tafsir Al-Thobari, Al-Razi dan Al-Jalalain. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan atau studi pustaka (Library Reseach). Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah al-Qur’an, Kitab Tafsir Al-Thobari, Al-Razi, dan Al-Jalalain. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal yang sudah membahas metode dakwah. Adapun tehnik pengumpulan datanya yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan data-data, atau bahan-bahan pustaka yang ada kaitannya dengan objek penelitian (buku, jurnal, majalah, koran). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode tafsir maudhui, yaitu menguraikan ayat berdasarkan aspek asbabun nuzul ayat, masa turunnya, makna mufrodatnya, makna globalnya dan penafsiran para ulama tafsir tentang ayat tersebut. Hasil penelitiannya bahwa metode dakwah dalam surat Al-Nahl ayat 125 dalam Tafsir Al-Thobari, Al-Razy dan Al-Jalalain adalah : pertama, Metode Dakwah Bil Hikmah, yaitu metode dakwah dengan cara membacakan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, atau menyampaikan isi al-Qur’an. Bil Hikmah di sini bukan bermakna bijaksana, karena bijaksana itu berarti hati-hati, teliti, cermat, pandai, dan bijaksana itu termasuk ke dalam etika dakwah, bukan metode dakwah; Kedua, Metode Dakwah Bil Mauizhoh Hasanah, yaitu metode dakwah dengan cara memberikan nasehat yang baik; Ketiga, Metode Dakwah Bil Mujadalah, yaitu metode dakwah dengan cara berdiskusi, tanya jawab.
