The Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership (PDM) Yogyak arta City has a school of 60 units those the elementary, junior high school and high school. When established that has the teacher of Muhammadiyah School in Yogyak arta too much. Teacher empowerment is import ant to enhance education quality. To manage the teacher that is can be fluent by involving SI/IT. However, Implementation of SI/TI in organization/institution that is not yet successful to provide data or information for them when without utilized an ideal design, so that made solution into goal planning. The aim research is utilized in the Ward and Peppard framework which is internal and external business, portfolio analyzes of SI/TI. To analyze of business and portfolio can be done by Value Chain and PEST and Mc Farlan portfolio. Our result is achieved in the business process, the data and information of SI/TI portfolio for the teacher of Muhammadiyah School in Yogyak arta City and in the future.
LAZISMU as an amil zakat institution has an important role in collecting and managing zakat for public welfare. The existence of Law No. 23 of 2011 and the Minister of Religion Regulation No. 333 of 2015 on Guidelines for Granting Permits for the Establishment of Zakat Institutions requires that the management of zakat, infaq, and sadaq (ZIS) funds be transparent, accountable and prioritize professional principles. For this reason, there needs to be support from information systems and information technology to achieve these business goals. Information systems and technology will be utilized optimally if the development is aligned with the business objectives of the organization. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a bridge to harmonize the business needs of an organization with Information Systems and Information Technology. Enterprise architecture planning at the LAZ has been designed using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with Architecture Development Method (ADM). Data collection is done by interviewing and making direct observations of the organization. Analysis tools used are the Unified Modelling Language (UML) method and the Value Chain method. The results of this study are blue print business architecture, data architecture, application architecture so that it can support the business processes that exist in LAZISMU.
Department of Agriculture Food Crops andHorticulture has a task to develop an activity to increase the production of agriculture and horticulture, and also develop the business of food crops and horticulture. One of its partner to do the task is Aspemako. Aspemako is an association of business of processed food. In this paper we take a case in Gunung Kidul District. Currently in marketing part, the Aspemako puts its products in a tent in front of the Department, so the market is very small and the business becomes sluggish. In that way Aspemako needs a new means to expand the market to increase their business. The development of the e-marketplace follows water fall process model, like analysis, design, implementation and testing. From the testing it is sure that the e-marketplace is running well and it is a decent tool for Aspemako to increase the market of processed food.
Data needs of ecotourism managers are quite high. Data is used to improve service and quality. However, there is not much data availability and tends to be difficult to collect. Even though they have used information technology to facilitate data collection, they have not yet obtained maximum results. The reason is that managers do not manage information technology properly and not many tourists participate in filling in information technology content. The advancement of information technology especially online-based social networks actually provides a lot of data. But the manager has difficulty retrieving the data, because it requires unique keywords or markers. Keywords or markers are needed for the process of withdrawing data from internet. This marker also makes it easy to cluster very large amounts of data. This paper describes how to design of digital data collection systems uses the gamification approach. Using game strategy theory and game elements such as rewards and leaderboard. The goal is to attract tourists or visitors to share photos, videos and stories through social media. This system is very simple, utilizing existing information technology and social media. Thus more tourists are interested and motivated to share, more data collection they have, so that management and improvement of ecotourism services can run better.
Memasarkan produk/jasa dalam dunia usaha merupakan suatu keharusan terkhusus pada jenis usaha berkategori Usaha Micro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Persaingan pasar menjadikan UMKM ini harus keluar pakem pemasaran seperti biasanya. Salah satu langkah yang mungkin dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam wujud digital marketing. Pemberdayaan usaha melalui digital marketing dilakukan untuk membantu meningkatkan nilai bisnis khususnya dalam pengembangan pasar. Peserta pemberdayaan melaui program pelatihan ini adalah mahasiswa dan alumni Fakultas Teknologi Industri (FTI) UAD yang memiliki usaha ataupun yang akan merintis usaha. Pelatihan ini mengajarkan peserta melek dunia digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial, melatih peserta dalam branding secara digital, copy writing, membuat flayer. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan secara daring melalui aplikasi zoom dengan metode ceramah dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil pelatihan didapatkan data bahwa peserta pelatihan dalam memahami materi, 23 % materi yang disajikan sangat mudah dipahami, 62% materi mudah dipahami, sedangkan 15% materi cukup mudah dipahami, dan 0% materi tidak mudah untuk dipahami, serta 0% materi sangat tidak mudah dipahami. Data tersebut menegaskan bahwa materi yang bertujuan untuk memahamkan teknik digital marketing dalam berbisnis, sangat mampu dipahami dengan baik oleh seluruh peserta. Selain itu, peserta merasa sangat terbantu dikarenakan adanya proses pendampingan.
